I found Solid Solutions when looking for counter top material. Scott was open and friendly and invited me to his shop to look at material for my project. I was impressed with the equipment at the shop including the 2D CNC router. After quoting my project his estimate came in within my budget and his lead time fit my schedule. Install day went quickly and within a few hours I had gorgeous looking solid surface counters installed. My counter top included a 16 piece and although it arrived in two sections the seam is completely hidden and indiscernible; great job! Like many projects often experience, we did run into a couple of small issues. I expect minor issues to sometimes happen with projects so that wasnt a surprise. More importantly was Solid Solutions and Scotts integrity to stand behind his services and product and make his customer happy. We openly discussed solutions to the issues and the work associated with each option to solve the issues. Solid Solutions quickly fabricated material and gladly sorted things out with us to our complete satisfaction and all within a few days. I was planning to get my countertops at Home Depot until I saw the poor online reviews of the only installer that they used. I then looked at Lowes and saw excellent reviews posted for Solid Solutions.We are very glad we switched! Scott responded to calls and messages and when a minor problem with installation occurred ( to no fault of the installer), they fixed it the next day.I would use them again in a heart beat.

I had a great experience with these folks. They have a showroom that has samples of everything and I was able to take a few chips home to check under different lighting conditions. I bought slabs and did my own fabrication, and after the requisite warnings and admonishments (all true I must say ;-) ). after that Scott went way above and beyond to help me get the project finished. Add to that the fact that he was totally on point with getting me the materials I needed quickly and at a good price. No small feat during the peak of Covid-19.Its good to know that there is a single source for all things solid surface that is top notch.

They do GREAT work for a reasonable price

Scott was amazing. Answered all our questions and made the experience fun. Our master bathroom countertop was installed today and LOOKS GREAT! Most importantly, the $ was fair. We’ll be using them for our kitchen and other 2 bathrooms soon!

Professional 100% Lots of samples to look over in the shop, both chips and fully installed countertops, Owner arrived when he said he would to make templates, installers arrived when scheduled and worked fast while constantly checking, double checking, triple checking levels. We are 100% happy with project and service and would recommend to anyone. (And they were about $1000.00 less than the complicated quote from the big box DIY stores using cheaper products)

I contacted Solid Solutions for some work done to remodel my kitchen. They were extremely responsive, organized, clean and professional. I did my own tear out of the existing counter tops which created quite a mess. I was thrilled to see the installation team working to exceed my expectations. In fact, they did some quick repair work needed due to my tear out. They left my kitchen in a pristine state and helped me dispose of the old counter top as well! I can not say enough good things about their work and professionalism! I highly recommend these guys if you have any counter top needs as they are experts, organized, professional and work with you to meet your needs and expectations. They did not try to sell my anything I did not ask for or upgrade me into a surface I did not need or want. Business done the way it should be done! Call these guys!!!

Received a crazy high bid for a very simple laminate counter top, when i asked if other companies would charge the same or close Mike replied Well I dont know, seems odd an experienced expert in this type of work wouldnt know nor have a clue as to how much this simple counter top would range from. He then asked me what the price should be, and as i started to break down the material and labor cost he hung up the phone. I imagine this company fabricates beautiful professional counter tops, however i feel like i was trying to be taken advantage of. I will take my hard earned money else where, to honest people..

We couldnt be happier with our new kitchen countertops! Job was not easy due to my wanting to save my fairly new tile backsplash​. They did the tear out of the old counters and did not crack or chip the existing tile backsplash. Something another bidder said couldnt be done. Everyone has been wonderful to work with. On time, efficient, friendly and very professional! We highly recommend them!

Very unprofessional company and workers. Does not stand behind their work. We purchased our solid surface countertops through Lowes, and they contracted with Solid Solutions to build and install the countertops. The workers made a huge mess which they did not clean up, and the countertops were not buffed out to specifications. After much prodding, they came back out once to buff the countertops, and after 30 minutes said they were done- leaving another mess which they did not clean up. Solid solutions refuses to come out and complete the job, so now we have to find another company to finish the work. Fortunately, Lowes will back the work and pay for another company to finish the job, but the hassle and time we have spent to get what we paid for is unacceptable.
