Horrible horrible horrible! In every way do not use them! You will be incredibly disappointed!

I though since I was going to spend $50,000 on one order I could get service. Boy was I wrong. Felipe kept stringing me along promising me a quote, then finally he said he had it, but never sent it over. After that, he just stopped responding to me, so I went with Medallion. They told me up front that they were really busy and it would be a month before I got a quote, and low and behold, I got a quote after a month. See Felipe, its not that hard to be honest, and now they get my $50,000

Felipe is an awesome guy! He is honest and takes good care of his customers. His crews are just like him and they respect him a lot.

Have not received our doors, took the money and stiffed us pretty much. Posted a picture with him saying over a month ago well get our order. Felipe is not a man of his word, he will make every excuse he can think of. take your business elsewhere. Unless you want to give your money away for free.

Craig was very helpful and professional. He was able to locate the exact window I needed for my home. Prices are very fair.

We have been waiting on some doors from HD for months and Felipe was able to help us get it taken care if in less than a week! Extremely happy with the help we have received!

Great price better customer service

We had our new home built by our contractor how unfortunately hired Felipe at Liberty Door & Window. 6 months ago, we noticed the exterior doors begin to bow. There are 3/4 seals and parts of the doors still stand 1/4 off the seal, the Garden Doors fixed window seal inside the glass popped out and has failed. Felipe sent a worker by to inspect the issues, which was confirmed man those doors a warped pretty bad, Ill let my office know. After several weeks of not hearing anything, I asked my builder the status and he was surprised that it was not fixed as he was told by Felipe they sent someone out last week to replace everything...that was the first lie and it has continued ever since, right Felipe? Maybe I should refer to you as you do everyone else...Bud, Boss, I call you right back buddy, and my favorite, Dont worry man, you have my word we will be there tomorrow.Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from Liberty Door & Window and Felipe as you can.Felipe, find something else to do other than making good people miserable!

I worked with Craig to buy new windows to install. He was outstanding in his customer service - always quick to get back to me in answering questions, providing detailed cost estimates, and arranging delivery at convenient times. He never dropped the ball, always following through with detailed information with a positive can-do attitude.

Took almost a month to get my door, was told it was going to be a week, no communication. Had to call multiple times. 2 star because the price was good. Wouldnt of cared as much about the time if they had called or something.

Very professional company. The owner JR was outstanding in every way, came to my house measured up my entire door and trim package including wainscoting and crown molding, delivered materials on time every time. Also bought door hardware from them after a high end store wouldnt ever get back to me. Felipe was also fantastic and showed an enthusiasm rarely found, he always answered my texts and calls timely with any question I had. Im not sure what these other bad reviews are about but my experience was terrific and have already referred Contractors to them.

The worst company I ever did business with in my whole life. The manager doesnt return phone calls, texts, and constantly lies. Ive been waiting for my doors for over a month now and cant get a straight answer of when they will arrive. Contractor probably flaked on us. Lies after lies after lies. Avoid doing business with this company because they will screw you over. You will have sleepless nights if you work with this company

This business is very professional and the staff are friendly. The doors are properly functional and fitted perfectly. I would definitely recommend their services. Delivery was prompt and installment smooth. Five stars.

They are a small company but they get you the correct material so you can finish the job. The doors hang very good and they integrate new advancements in the market. Its a pleasure working with them.

They didnt follow thru with are order we ordered a door and window i sat around on delivery day for them to show up with a window and no door. After multiple attempts the reach out and find out where and what is going on we wound up canceling the door and going else where and it came right on time and for half the price.

I have been waiting for a quote on a package from doors, windows, trim and garage doors for over a month. After multiple attempts to contact Felipe by email and phone I am still waiting. They might be too busy. I think I’ll looked someplace else . I would hate nothing more then delays in our construction process.

I paid for my windows on the Nov 11, 2016 and I still havent got them (Feb 21, 2017)! They delivered wrong ones on the 12/08/2016 and promised to replace them only on 01/12/2017. They did not do that on the 01/12/2017 as well as on the next 4 scheduled dates. I call them, they schedule for next week, then nobody shows up and I call them again. Now they see my number and just dont pick up the phone. I dont think Ive ever experienced so terrible service in my life.

I worked with this company a few times and I always tolerated their lack of professionalism until last time when they completely screwed up the order! Not going back to bring any more business!

BEWARE.. Ordered full package over 10k, got the wrong doors, entry door was defective, never got anything replaced. Terrible communication terrible company.. Many many empty promises.

Best deal Ive found anywhere on doors and the customer service was excellent, they custom built the doors for the fargher lake grange remodel prodject, they made me look good and everyone was pleased with the workmanship as well that they deliverd early, there is no doubt they will be my door and window supplier on my next prodject

The service we received was not correct and dealt on several occasions always screwed up order and always had ridiculous excuse. Avoid this company and you will be better off getting right product and colors from a different company for sure. Save time
