We did some remodeling if our home recently and went to Globe Lighting. They have very knowledgeable sales people and a very expansive inventory. We were able to get all the light fixtures we wanted at a decent price. Didnt have to wait long to get all we ordered. Highly recommend!!

Mr. Alfred Ramirez, amazing customer service. This individual went above and beyond helping us locate an aftermarket accessory. Whats significant is, although we have purchased many items from Globe in this past, this particular item was purchased from another vendor. Mr. Ramirez did not hesitate, even with his knowledge, in helping to resolve our challenge. Thank you Sir.

Very snooty and unfriendly staff. I have been in nearly a dozen times and the staff hardly acknowledges you. Their prides are quite high to boot. I would recommend going to Grover or Lowes for your lighting needs. They do have a large selection and showroom however so that is nice. But no prices are listed so be prepared to ask for pricing on everything.

This is our go to place for any kind of lighting needs.

Great selection of lighting. Very helpful staff

Initially, I found the ceiling fan that I wanted at Lowes ... Unfortunately the woman at the customer service desk at the Delta Park location refused to help me order it, so I left. I stopped by Globe Lighting on a whim and while it took a bit of work, Alfred was able to find the fan that Lowes carried and was able to order it for me (matching the price at Lowes). Alfred was very helpful, I recommend stopping in here if you have lighting needs.

So many more options to choose from than Lowes or Home Depot!

Unfriendly service. Went here today to look for fans and had quite a few questions trying to find a fan that I liked. I figured a lighting store would be able to help me. The woman behind the counter showed me some options but seemed put out with having to answer my questions. It seems that people shouldn’t have questions and need to just be ready to place an order. If I’m going to spend $300+ on a fan I expect friendly service. I’d recommend Globe Lighting in Portland over this location. I won’t be back.

Good selection and lots of styles and finish colors. Most displays worked. Sales people were interested in helping .

Great selection to choose from but the customer service was horrible. Sales person was rude and dismissive. Planning on redoing the light fixtures in our house and will be driving to another location just to get some friendly service.
