This location is great if you call them and order material. But if you walk in and no one is in front of you and they are all working on computers good luck ! You might be standing there for 30 min until someone will help you! Today I couldnt wait any longer so I just left after 20 min of waiting. Its pretty disrespectful and disappointing customer service!!

Hands down the slowest Platt in SW WA or OR. The associates will work on their computers and totally ignore the customers. Im licensed in WA & OR and I hate going to this Platt the most! They need to dramatically improve customer service!

Called this location and they told me that the part I was looking for was sold out company wide. This seemed impossible to me so I looked it up, sure enough it was not sold out. So, I called the Portland location and they ordered it for me without an issue.This is not the first incident I have experienced with this specific Vancouver location. I will never return.

These guys are the real deal if youre an electrician with a question. Many electrical suppliers know less than an experienced electrician... not with these guys. They had a tough to find part in stock and had me out the door heading back for the job within 15 minutes. Nice...

Their App is fabulous, there website is the best, their service is great. If you shop there often, you do have to watch their pricing compared to other outlets.
