Love these guys! I sent in my A6s and they remolded them and fixed the armatures. They sound amazing now and the mold fit is pretty spot on. I was skeptical at first about the fit but they are settling in nicely and am pretty happy with them!

I got my 64 Audio U12t repaired through the tier 2 repair and Im really satisfied with their service. The first unit was unfortunately damaged through shipping, but 64 Audio was willing to take responsibility and expedite their repair service the next time around so I could enjoy my IEMs sooner. I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again!
Just got my A12’s and all I can say is WOW. I’ve used the Shure SE535’s for the last 10 years and these A12’s make them sound muddy. The A12’s are crystal clear and high definition. From the lows to the highs it’s all super clear. I can turn them up loud and they don’t hurt my ears (super balanced audio). I’m discovering now sounds with every song I listen to. Their slogan, “Hear Everything” is no lie. :)Can wait to try them out tomorrow in a live gig.
I paid $500 for monitors that broke within a year. They did not want to fix it while under the warranty. If they are going to sell to me with a warranty they better honor it. I am not buying anymore products from this company.

I ordered the A12. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the sound quality is top notch. You will not be disappointed. The process takes a little over a month, but if you want it faster they do have a rush processing. I just waited patiently rather than paying to rush it through. The reward is worth the wait. Their employees will do what it takes to make their customers happy.
Fantastic products and technology aside, I felt very welcome at 64 audio, they treated me like family and finished my order in a very timely manner. Good people.
What happened to this company.? Bought several CIEMs from them because the service WAS excellent. Fast forward a few years and now you cannot get anyone to respond to inquiries....2 voice mails and 2 emails later and no response.....oh well plenty of better choices out there.....UE, JH.......
I dont have my V3s yet, but can say with full honesty that 1964 ears gets my full approval.I have never met a company with better customer service. They answered all my varied questions the next day after I sent them.I cannot wait for my ciems and look forward to any future purchases of 1964 ears products.
These folks have literally saved my hearing! I run my volume at about 1/4 the level of my old IEMs on stage. I have the Adel A4, the sound and tone is amazing, I can hear every little nuance.
I purchased a set of A10 custom IEMs from 64Audio. Before the purchase I demoed the A10 and A12 through their demo program. The staff at 64Audio are very helpful and great to work with. I have been very satisfied with their product as well as the company. If you are in the market for a set of IEMs I highly recommend looking into 64Audio.
Quality ears and quality customer service! I called them because I had an issue with my order and they kindly helped me and resolved the issue for me.
The repair department its really on point. 10/10The info@64audio is really not perfect, two business day for each emails, thats a bit long for a conversation with no helpful information in the end.If you need to RMA, just send it, it will take less time then emailing the info@ for help.I used the Shure se846 over a year before i switched to Tia Fourté. Sometimes it will give you chills, the sound is so incredible. (DAC is Benchmark Dac3)
I have used Shure IEMs for many years, been pretty happy, but there was always something not quite right. I could not get the space I desired in the mix. I just purchased a set of 64 Audio U6 (I was thinking I would try those before I drop the extra $$ on custom molds) and I cannot get over the difference! The space, clarity, punch and noticeable difference in ear fatigue (for the MUCH BETTER) is making me fall in love with these IEMs. I can hear things I have never heard before and they are helping clean up my playing too since I can hear EVERY little detail! I HIGHLY recommend 64 Audio and could not be happier!!! My next set will be custom A6s!

Theres more than meets the eye of the needle or should I day Ear of the Dragon when one listens in on Spe.CIA.L conversations with Pams map with the it tin ear. I say this because there is a magnificent message that points directly to 1964 Ears in Portland, OR ! and that message comes directly from the three call centers that the Home Depot Home Improvement has annotated the map with. They are in Ogden, UT - Kennesaw, GA - Atlanta, GA. Three Centers, One Mission. And that NEEDLE DELL triangle points directly to the port of Portland! The needles eyelet ringlet is Sandy Springs ~ ITs foundation to the East and as the 1,866 mile drive North West from the needle back base or Basilica foundation anoints us home through the mesh of hay to Portland, one quickly notices an ancient story told of the Tah of Utah perfection and blessings. So crack open a corner of an Anheuser Busch when you reach the Special Export and keep a keen eye open for a large Rhizome Rhino Gnome with Dragon wings and a T-Square in a submarine labeled (U+2164) peaking up through the O in Oregon with ash from Washington on his forehead. I hear the echo that tells MeRAK that IT will turn 51 on 4/21 to bid the past ado.
There customer service is not helpful. They were apathetic and gave me know options to meet my shipping needs. They over promised and under delivered on there product. It took considerably longer to get than they stated and now my Christmas gift may or may not make on time. They just dont care
Lame they cant tell me what investment cost wise goes into on ear pieces. Shady business.
