One person working here at 6:25pm. 7:09pm still waiting just to get their T-mobile Tuesday item. Ridiculous waiting time, not even an apology for waiting, zip. Their app is never ready for you. So you have to go in store to pay bills. If I could give this place zero stars I would what a joke.

I went from store to store in that mall and the customer service in that store was by far the best. The gentleman at the counter helped me find what I was looking for and took the time to help me understand how it all worked and fitted together. I feel terrible that I cant remember the employees name but I am certain it started with an M. They had great deals there and were very patient and I understanding. Five Stars.

The guys at the Sprint store inside of Vancouver Mall were awesome. Sales Associate Kyle helped me out in so many ways. Came in just to see if I had any options cause my iPhone 6s was on its last legs. Long story short, not only did I walk out with two new iPhone 8’s for my wife and I and a free LG phone with a new line, but our bill was lowered almost $60 a month! And the best part was it didn’t cost me a single thing out of pocket. I appreciate all the help with everything!

Daniel T. is one of the best Sprint Consultants Ive worked with. He was attentive and understanding of the situation and did not give up until he had a solid answer for me. Daniel and another consultant, Felix, helped me to understand the breakdown of my monthly bill, saved me money on it as well and also helped me upgrade 2 of my older phone numbers so that they were on a congruent plan with the rest of my numbers.

This gets a high rating for one reason: amazing staff that want to help you. Seriously, when you get a new phone, line, or plan, they will do everything they are able to in order to get you the best deal possible!Small stock in a warm room in a mall that are unable to do repaira keeps this from being a 5 star sprint store

UPDATED: The regional manager is working with us every month to correct our bill due to the issues weve had since signing up. Tony has done a great job so far in keeping to what he told us. Hopefully this continues and our bill is taken care of regularly so we dont continue to be overcharged.Do not do business with this store. They lie to you about prices. I have been dealing with the same issue since October. Multiple calls to the store and sprint with no resolution. Told multiple times by the manager he would have Tony the district manager follow up. In December I found Tony in the store spoke with him for quite some time who assured me he would resolve the billing issue and call me. Still waiting for the call. I should have gone with my first instinct to not switch and then when this occurred within the 14 days to cancel. At this point have gone to the store about a dozen times called the store multiple times and have spent hours on the phone with customer service only to be told the store has to fix it which they havent. So frustrating. I bet they are hoping I give and go away but I wont. To top ot off one bad review by my husband on here and he gets a call almost immediately!

All employees really great. My new phone with sprint is great but exit frm xfinity was very difficult and they never gave up if they are the example I know I will be very happy with sprint. Thnk you to Chris, Logan, and Karena. Awesome guys!

I went in there recently with my girlfriend hoping to get a new phone plan with new phones. We actually had just came from a T-Mobile store and were just shopping around. But Kyle helped us out and he was extremely knowledgeable on all of the phones where he was really able to show me which phone would be the best. I was stuck behind a galaxy and the XR or XS max and he made sure I got the phone I wanted with no pressure at all for a good deal. I recommended him to my parents who need new phones too lol

Went yesterday with my boyfriend to set up his own phone line, and the customer service was fantastic! Shoutout to Anthony and the other gentleman that helped us out! They worked with us really well with getting his line connected with a new phone and took his old broken phone for a trade in. Made me a good deal so I went to sprint

Something about Markus (store manager) that makes you think he’s going to help you, is actually just you giving credit before it’s due. While maintaining an unwavering stance as to his limited ability to serve us (the customer), he thought it would be okay to also be rude, arrogant, and flippant. Since I’m an informed customer, I just decided to have this escalated. Even his district manager was dumbfounded by his behavior. We were able to return the devices without fees after the multiple times we’ve come to this location, only to be made more frustrated by Markus each visit. Beyond taking this man’s commission, where does our compensation begin? For this location to allow such tremendous disrespect to transpire, I wanted to take all the power away and deal with corporate sprint as opposed to some third party with a proclivity to feel just a bit too entitled to your hard earned money.

READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY! These guys are skilled con artists, tell you one thing and charge something completely different.They admitted their mistake and credited us for the charges one time. Then when we were overcharged the second month, they denied any mistakes and refuse to correct it.The regional manager, Tony, promised to fix it but did not. Now we cant even get him to return calls. BUYER BEWARE!

The worker Daniel saw that we were being swindle by sprint because we were paying over $600 a month for our bill. He literally stayed 30 minutes after his shift just to make sure that we did not pay that much a month. My mom and I still think that Daniel is a heaven sent angel lol but on a real note we no longer pay $600, we actullay pay $300 less now !!! I 100% recommend you go to this sprint store and look for a young man named Daniel! You will not regret it!
