I had a very expensive custom 18x9 garage door installed by another company. The installer was not my choice - the manufacturer required them. The job included three trips, a broken window, terrible alignment, and screws/glass left all over my driveway. Even though the door cost nearly $7k and was still under warranty by the original installer I was so fed up with them I finally called Ryan for help. He had a crew out there the next day. They re-aligned my door, properly adjusted the spring tension, and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. I was extremely impressed. The door now tracks straight and true and is quieter than it has ever been. I have Ryan coming back today to install a second door for me and have added his # to my contact database so I am ready to refer him to any of my friends or clients who may need overhead door work in the future.

Hands down, On Track is by far the BEST garage door service and installation company!I had a recent emergency when my garage door stopped working and it was stuck less than half way down. Despite it being 110+ degrees and his truck having radiator issues he still came through and replaced the springs on the door as well as making sure everything functioned right and was lubricated. I called Ryan because we had a dent in our garage door and really werent sure what needed to be done. Before I got in touch with Ryan I called 3 companies, 1 never called back, 1 said they couldnt come look at it unless I was home (even though I offered to give them the code) and 1 said they would try to get a tech out to estimate in the next week. We own a sign and vehicle wrap company. A customer hit our garage door, leaving it unusable. We needed it fixed fast. We had a full production and wrap schedule and without a functioning door, we wouldnt be able to conduct business, not to mention it would leave our shop unsecure.Ryan showed up within a couple hours of us calling him and straightaway told us hed have guys there first thing in the morning. He then proceeded to make some adjustments (Its a 12ft door, so no easy task) so that we were secure. His guys showed up on time in the morning and fixed the door within 90 minutes. On Tracks Tech Codi was very experienced, knowledgeable, mature, and highly competent. His work was very comprehensive, including high quality workmanship, and he went above and beyond making sure all old and new parts of the garage door and opener were adjusted, tightened, and lubricated. The older Linear system was replaced by a much quieter, smart phone wi-fi controlled, LiftMaster system all for a great competitive price. The quality of the new system provided metal in critical places where there were plastic parts on the older system. Codis service was excellent (not what you would expect from most contractors), explaining everything he did and how to use and operate the new system. On Track, may need to bump his pay to keep him around and promoting/marketing the old fashioned way by providing superior work and communication.

A few weeks back I called On Track Garage Doors about a problem with my garage door, Ryan answered my call and I explained the problem. He scheduled a repair time for the next day. The following day at about the scheduled hour Brandon and Cody arrived and with a friendly spirit, replaced the original Wayne Dalton internal spring bar, cables and drums that had failed with a conventional bar, cables, drums and 2 new external springs in little over 1 hour. I felt the price was reasonable and their advice and service was superb. My garage door is now working very well and quieter than ever before. Give them a call if you need a garage door repair.

I couldnt get my garage door down and it was 2 pm. Since I have never had a problem before I didnt know who to call. I called one garage door company but they werer too busy. So I called On Track Garage doors When I called them they had me go out to the garage to see if I could fix it myself to save me a service call. Can you belived that. After having me do several things it was determined that they needed to come out. With in a few minutes that had Brandon come out to trouble shoot since he was in the area. He determined I needed a new spring assembly and would need to come back the next day to fix it. And he was able to get the door closed for the night. What a relief. The next day he fixed door, maded it better than when it was new with a stronger spring assemble, adjusted the tracks, serviced the motor, checked the hinges, balanced the door and lubricated anything that moved. He was very professional, the cost was very resonable, and gave me a senior discount. I will recomment this company to my friends and to anyone.

Ryan came out To do a repair on my garage door opener. It ended up being a very simple fix, that he talked me through, and he wouldn’t even take any money for it.That kind of honesty is rare nowadays!

This was the first place we called for an estimate and, based on how honest and professional Cody was, this was who we went with. First when Cody arrived he checked our garage door motor which was what we had been having problems with. He immediately determined the lift pull was on low. He increased the pull amount and voila it was fix. He told us he wouldn’t charge us for the fix but we decided that we should get a new one since our current one was 15 years old. Cody gave us a few options of garage motors and based on what we were looking for recommended a brand and model. We agreed and scheduled an installation date two days later. Cody was on time and began the install. After the motor was done Cody checked all the brackets and tracks, cleaned and lubricated them and cleaned and tightened the spring. Then he demonstrated the new motor and helped me connect to the garage door app on my iPhone and exterior key pad. All I can say was Cody was awesome and I highly recommend On Track. And what I really appreciated was how honest and helpful Cody was through the whole process. This will be our go to garage door company in the future.

After less than 2 years in my house the Genie garage door opener stopped working. I saw the On Track sticker on my door and gave them a call. Toby was able to find the install records and came out to take a look. Unfortunately the part that failed was outside the 2 year Genie warranty since the previous owner had it installed about 6 months prior to selling. Even though the house was vacant and the opener not used for a good portion of the time, it was still out of warranty. Toby went above and beyond by calling the local Genie rep and explained the situation. The opener had known issues and the rep agreed to give Toby a new one to install for me. They came out on time had the parts and fixed it quickly. They actually recommend I replace the other spring since it was just as old and probably close to breaking to. So I had them both replaced. Here’s my garage door repair story and how On Track earned my business for life.I broke my garage over the weekend, and couldn’t get anyone on the phone to schedule an appointment until Monday. I called the people who had originally installed the door, the local highest rated contractor, and one that my parents had used before.The respective quotes I received were:1. You need a new door, and new hardware, estimate: $2,0002. You need both springs replaced and probably new cables, estimate: $8003. No new hardware needed, just new springs: estimate $400The first contractor put the fear of god into me saying how it was all just waiting for catastrophe, and that all the individual pieces were so worn down etc, so I was dead-set on replacing the springs. I was tempted to take offer 3, but ended up calling On Track just to get a final opinion.The business owner, Ryan, came by after his lunch, and explained to me very clearly that my springs were fine, I just needed the door and cables to be reset, and the rollers secured. He quoted me the springs because I was worried about it, but showed me that my springs were newer than I thought. And took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable with my decision, rather than pushing me to make the more expensive choice like every other contractor who came out.He even offered to install a new motor that I had ready, at the lowest cost that I’d been quoted.All said I had my broken garage door reset, everything reset and reinforced, and my motor swapped out for less than any of the other top rated overhead door professionals in the area quoted me.On Track Garage Doors has earned a lifelong customer in me.
