Our old automatic garage door system broke to the point of falling off the tracks; Thunder was able to send someone out the next day to assess the problem and give us options for repairs or replacement. They gave us all of the information we needed to make a decision about the work and were able to schedule us in very quickly with some creative door sourcing! Blu removed an outdated garage door opener and installed a new opener that I had purchased. He did a great job with the installation and set up of my remotes. Also adjusted the belt on my other opener. Blu showed me the ongoing maintenance needed to keep the doors working smoothly. And, he cleaned up the work area and took the old opener and parts. Had my springs replaced on my insulated garage door, one had broken at the beginning of winter. Now that its spring, I figured it was about time to get it fixed. I usually do all my own work, but after researching the replacement process, and what could go wrong, I figured I would hire help.Lucas came out to do the repair, was quick and knowledgeable. These guys are simply excellent. We needed to have some gaskets replaced on our doors, tracks adjusted and originally were considering upgrading the openers. They talked us out of the bigger sale for new openers as honestly, there was no need. With the track adjustments and new gaskets, I would say the door operating is at least 50% quieter! Cleaned up after themselves and even double checked for any loose sheet metal screws.Also, they were very personable and great fun. Price was very reasonable and they came same day. Amazing in this COVID world to find prompt service.Carefully explained what we should expect and what to watch for in the future. I am very impressed and cannot recommend them enough. What perfect way to end the day, fair value for quality work.

Extremely happy with results. Dean and his partner were professional and courteous. Initially gave me a 2 hour window to stop by for a free estimate which was good but then they called back and gave me a 30 minute window which I much appreciated. Within a minute of testing, they were able to identify the issue. They repaired a broken spring, same day, evening and finished by advising us what to do each year for maintenance. Recently got our both garage doors replaced by Thunder Garage. Friendly, Professional and hassle free. Highly recommend them.Our garage door spring broke on Sunday afternoon and fortunately their office was open.  So I called and made an appointment for Monday morning.  Lee helped me to schedule and she was very pleasant and helpful.  Lucas arrived on time and was very personable and knowledgeable.  He replaced the springs and the cables.  We were thinking about replacing the garage doors sometime soon and since Lucas was professional and seem trustworthy we decided to get the new garage doors.  The overall experience was great from making an appointment to fixing the springs.  I recommend them highly for your garage door needs.

We needed to secure our front door better to prevent my father, who has dementia, from leaving the house and getting lost (again). After doing my own research online, I opted to call a locksmith for their recommendations. Lucas came and, after discussing our situation a bit, recommended a solid solution that will help keep my dad safe, and we decided his recommendation was the best option available. He installed a new double cylinder deadbolt in our front door for us, so now there are two deadbolts, and re-keyed the new deadbolt cylinders and another lock in the house so that all of our locks now match our house key.He was very professional and helpful, and he did good work. He was also able to come out fairly quickly to get the work done, which was certainly appreciated. Its quite a relief not to have to worry about my dad sneaking out before anyone else is awake in the mornings.

These guys are fantastic! The did a great job, cleaned up behind themselves, and guaranteed their work.They installed a door in my garage two months ago. Today, I asked them to stop by and check to make sure it was working correctly. They were here in less than 20 minutes, checked out the door, and cheerfully gave it a “tuneup” even though it was working fine.
