There is zero Covid protocol in this place . No one is wearing masks at all or gloves when serving food . They have a kid who is in cash register ringing customers. These people are clueless when it comes to running a business in Usa.

This is a jewel in Vancouver. From the outside the store looks but dont let that full you. Its packed with great food, fresh produce and baked stuff.

Russian/Eastern European supermarket that sells superb cakes and pastries. The best cake that I ever had since relocating to Vancouver area.

A gem. The fresh bread alone they make and sell is worth a visit. Fantastic pastry and deserts, smoked fish and meats, cheese, candy, produce and more.

Fresh baked goods here are amazing. There was a review earlier who claimed they were racist because he was of color. number one they really dont speak English there .. Im Russian myself and I only talk to them in Russian most of them dont speak English.. also Russians mostly dont ever smile. I grew up Im america and even Im not used to the way Russians are sometimes but when it comes to stores theyre not all fake happy customer servicey.. has nothing to do with cultures Russians just dont smile or do small talk.

Fresh food straight from Russia. A plane flys in every single day and lands in the parking lot to deliver fresh pastries and fresh produce. Putin himself approves the food and handpicks it all from his garden. They bought candies that were spoiled. The seller accepted them back, but at the same time arranged a tasting show of chocolates and to their taste they were normal! Then she weighed the candy and reported what she had drunk (more then) to calculate how much money to return! Money returned all. (Initially they offered to exchange spoiled candies for a loaf of bread) It took a couple of months to buy tea again in this store. Not a shop, but complete sadness! I recommend the store to keep track of the timing of the sale of goods, not to interfere with old candy with new ones! 1 star is only for the seller who accepted the tea (a very nice and lovely woman who worked the first day)!
