Doctors are great, they took care of my deviated septum without any delays or problems, and made sure I knew everything about the procedure. Everyone involved was extremely friendly and competent, except the receptionist. The receptionist at this place is normally different each time, and never seems to know what he or she is doing. He or she required me to fill out the same papers every visit, and ended up giving me the wrong ones several times, and couldnt locate the information I had already given previously.

Dr. Wilson is Amazing he is caring and didnt rush us on the decision to have tubes placed in my daughters ears. All the staff is friendly and helpful. I felt my daughter was very well taken care of.

The doctor and his staff were excellent. Unfortunately, they have become part of Peace Health, which is terrible. Ive sat on hold for over 20 minutes waiting to request a copy of my bill, which I never received. Their automated system says Im the thirtieth caller in line. Ridiculous!

Dr. Adam Wilson was without a doubt the least professional, most arrogant doctor I have ever met. He was just awful. He told me that I was making up my ear pain and headaches because I passed the hearing test and had no visible problems, when a later trip to a dentist showed I had massive dental problems from a misaligned bite that was referring pain to my ears and causing the headaches. It nows seems a really obvious thing for him to have considered had he given any thought to helping me. I felt so uncomfortable in his office.

Did an amazing job on my ear... had a very long complicated surgery and they did everything they could after the operation to help my pain and to get me on the right pain medication
