Especially grateful for Danny Coates. All the employees are pleasant to work with
This place has all of your cast concrete and rock needs. They carry a huge assortment of goods in stock on site. They sell to the home improvement stores. There is a well-appointed showroom in addition to the purchase area.
So many customer service issues! So frustrating.Website & sign on door clearly state you are open Saturday until 4pm. So I grabbed my gas guzzler truck to head south to your Vancouver store just to find you closed!!!!Tried calling & on hold forever because your call service closed at 1 & it’s 2pm but it doesn’t say that until I’m fed up & decide to leave a message.Try to leave a message & you can’t!Seriously, get it together to keep customers vs having them so frustrated they go elsewhere.
They have a wide range of products to choose from, and the gentleman who took our order was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with advice regarding product choice, pattern layout, cost comparisons, and material amounts. He made the process of finalizing the project easy.
Beyond great customer service, beautiful, durable pavers and wall blocks. The people that we ordered product from were patient and helped us by also sourcing product from Lacey when they ran out this fall. This is the second time that weve used MM and our second great experience. The drivers took the time to place the pallets of block where they saved us much work. Very thoughtful and helpful. Alan brought us product from Portland, just incredible the skill that he had in placing the goods. All of them really made our lives easier. The product is consistent in size which makes installation much easier. We used NW blend Roman Cobblestone (18 pallets) and 13 or 14 pallets of a complimenting retaining wall block in both small and large. Warming and earthy blends for our sometimes cool and wet weather. The folks in the plant do an awesome job on the blending. Functional and lasting hardscaping. Takes some work, but worth it.
Great customer service and selection. 10 min before close on a HOT day and the guy in the yard still helped me get how much stone I needed and help me with the delivery set up... Way to go! Having years working in a customer service industry, both as a floor worker and manager, it always makes me feel good when I see or experience good customer service.Well Done 👍🏾
Im a rather thin person not extremely strong, and was hoping that some staff members would take time to help me load my flagstones. Nope. Was on my own and had to take multiple trips. The lady inside was nice but the gentleman managing the yard had terrible customer service. It looks like they have a great selection here but if youre wanting personalized customer service I cannot recommend this place.
Inconsistent service, high quality materials, convenient locations.
Very friendly and helpful here! Its complete polar opposite from their location in Oregon on highway 212.
Great customer service.
Unfortunately this place forgets to treat the contractors and many customers that built it, with the same level of care they do to the big box stores that have buying power. Mutual, you are not doing us a favor by having goods, loading me up 4 min past closing cause of a delay, delaying people’s projects in turn. Will not use.
Really awesome place. Brittany was super helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely ask for her help when you go in :)
Bad costumer service
Always polite and helpful. love my rocks!
Great resource for building projects. Great prices and stellar service. Thanks so much!
It is my understanding that the quality of product is where they are coming from...I get it.
Great products. Lots of choices. As a novice homeowner I found the service to be exceptional! Danny was super helpful.
People were NOT honest about products. I order 12 X 24 topping stones (3 thick) for top of a retaining wall I built. They delivered 24 x 24 stones. When I called they said that is the way they came. They should said that up front. Needed to rent a large saw to cut them. Good products but poor customer service.
Dannys knowledge and experience coupled with the large show room make coming to this Mutual location more bearable. This the prices of things werent what they are but if you have a masonry project and are in Portland or Vancouver stop in and see Danny if you wanted to be treated with respect and professionalism!
I understand businesses closing early for the holidays, but dont laugh at me when ur locking up and leaving. Remember theres plenty of competition... Happy Holidays
Nice stuff. You could spend a small fortune here.
Staff is rude, no follow up, pricing is high, customer service is abysmal.Go to Willamette Greystone. Nice people, better prices, and they get material quickly.
Lots of rock and bricks but really high prices. Good luck.
Had exactly what I came in for. Staff was helpful. Great place for masonry.
Our place to go for rock and stone material. Good service. Thats all.
Very courteous and professional service I was out in minutes with exactly what I came in for.
Haven’t bout anything here yet, but if I want some sexy patio pavers I will be coming here to get them. They are around $20 a piece, but well worth it. I haven’t seen any pavers els-wear on Vancouver that have the same hi quality and fine look to them.
Very nice facility, materials, and staff.
We go here a lot they have fair prices & the staff is so nice & friendly
Tried to buy pavers for a patio. Waited on hold for an eternity and finally gave up. Guess they have enough business, they wont get mine.
Good selection selection of natural stone. Friendly helpful staff - especially Bruce!
Not very friendly. I guess small sales are not important. Oh well.
Lots of nice material here but yeah, the customer service is lacking. Too bad
