Very smooth ride, I didn’t expect the power. Build quality is amazing. Very stable and compact. The folding mechanism works great. It is almost the same as what we see on the Ninebot Max, but this one is better. Vsett 9+ is a head turner! I went on a ride and brought it to grocery, damn almost every person who saw my scooter were saying compliments.

I was in the market for a pretty expensive scooter. I am on a Scooter forum and asked for some recommendations. Many seemed to brag about the customer service RevRides gives. I felt when Purchasing something mechanical, it is important to buy from a reputable company with good customer service because naturally over time, problems can develop. I went ahead and ordered of a Vsett 10+. I thought it was competitively priced and it arrived very quickly. During the first day or two I thought I had a very small issue with the scooter ( it turned out it was nothing) But when I emailed them, they called me back within an hour. I would have to call that some pretty impressive customer service. So far, I am very happy with them. 😊😊😊

The best place in the US to get a quality E Scooter

This charging port cover is exactly what I needed. Its light weight, strong, and even color coordinated with my scooter, Urban Drift Gobi S11. I screwed on the cap to finger tightness and went on a 18 mile ride straight away. It didnt loosen in the slightest. I rode on bike trails(concrete) and on dirt road type trails to really test it out. The rubber cover that my scooter came with was not cutting it and always fell off shortly into the rides. I needed a good, solid, metal cover that, just by looking at it, says Im up for this job. The cover will probably outlast the service life of my scooter. I bought two because Im indecisive in the colors and black and red both work color wise. Its a low cost investment for an important part of you scooters. Would definitely buy from these guys again. One last thing, shipping was fast, which is nice in todays snail pace of USPS and other delivery companies.

I ordered a 2020 Zero 9 e-scooter from Rev Rides back in August and Im a very satisfied customer. The machine lived up to all of its marketing claims (range, power, suspension, portability) and even after 500 miles on the odometer, it still runs and functions flawlessly. Besides being quite performant, its also a looker, eliciting many compliments and adoring looks from people on bike trails, around the neighborhood, and at parks.Ive experienced one issue so far and it was a stem bolt that snapped off during a weekly maintenance check. Rev Rides got back to me relatively quick and sent replacement bolts at no charge and with free shipping. Impressed!Rev Rides has earned my trust with its excellent and well-built Zero 9 scooter as well as its friendly and prompt customer service. 5 stars all the way~! 👍

Customer service is Top Notch!!! They were so quick to respond and answer all my questions. Surely my go to parts place for now on.Overall the seat is great! Only grip was the mounting bracket did seem to sit totally flush, it angled up a little too high which made it tricky to align the screws at first. I compensated for that by first screwing in the bottom screw lightly juts enough to keep the mounting in place. I then screwed the top screws in completely then readjusted the bottom screws.The seat seems pretty comfy to me. I really enjoying the ride as it reminds me riding motorcycles. It also helps with the calve cramps from long rides. Great product all in all.

Rev rides has fantastic service and superior parts that will actually improve the performance of your scooter as it did when I replaced the controllers in my scooter. I loved this scooter.... Until I had my first tire issue. Rev rides does NOT sell inner tubs for the 9R. I was able to patch the tire for the time being but I keep having to put air in it. I bought 2 inner tubes on amazon and the stems are bent but pointed on the wrong direction! This scooter could be amazing if the inner tube would last. We were able to find tubes and tires for many other types and sizes but only 1 that wasnt going to take weeks to come in. Im so disappointed in how easy it is to pop a tire. For the money I spent of this scooter and to barely have rode it 7 times before I couldnt ride it until I find a tube that fits and actually last for more than 2 rides. I would love to give this scooter a better rating but I cant with the issues Ive had with the tires. When the tires are good it rides great, smooth. Horn is loud and easy to use. Breaks are great and gets up to speed wonderful. The kick stand is far from my favorite. The ground has to be perfectly level to avoid it from falling over. Why cant rev rides sell the replacement innertubes?!?! Spending $1300 on a scooter than having to constantly replace the tubes is inconvenient and extremely irritating!!UPDATE---- The customer service for RevRides is second to none. They heard about the issue I had with my inner tubes and called me so see how they could help. Two days later I had a brand new inner tube(the one that fits the Zero 8&9) waiting for me. I havent been able to get back out and ride lately but I cant believe how wonderful this team is. I understand that small tubes pop easier than wed all hope but they are pretty easy to swap out and not super expensive replace. Now that I know where to get a replacement I will keep that in mind for next time I inevitably run over something on these Iowa streets. I still havent managed to ride long enough to use the entire battery. Best scooter I ever bought!I purchased the Zero 10X and let me tell you,this scooter is an absolute monster! So powerful and so fast. The dual motor is complete insanity! I’ve never felt so much power in a scooter until this one.I bought the 60V variant and it was worth it, the hydraulic brakes are the best kind of brakes I’ve ever seen on a scooter. The weight capacity of 330lbs makes this scooter heavy duty for sure. The suspension on this is insane, you’ll always feel safe riding this beast! The range on this scooter is amazing as well! 40-50 mile range. The speed is ridiculous, just be very careful as it can go from 0 to 35 real quick!

Ive been looking for a scooter for awhile to step up from my Hiboy S2 and after some exhaustive research, I settled on the VSETT 10+. Dudes. I got the 60V 10X. Didn’t think it was very funny paying $3K for it (in fact, I tried bargaining). The real fact is though, it is WORTH it. I figured it would be kinda of junky but fast. It is stout. And it sure appears their intent was for ANYONE to be able to fix a problem. Go look at spare parts too. $10 for a kickstand (good quality too)?! The throttle is LEGIT, and not much to replace should you get a little too crazy. I don’t know, I figured this may help those on the fence (I did get raked for warranty but try to find a place that will honor, or even match, it). Rev Rides is the way to go!

Had to pre order the vsett 9+, but it was worth the wait. I love this scooter more than all my other rides. Im 68 years old but this scooter makes me feel like Im much younger. Its just a blast to ride. Pot holes, speed bumps, or rough roads are not a problem with this smooth rolling scooter. I was a little worried at first because my other scooters have 10 inch tires on them but with the front and rear suspension it out performs the others. The motors are so quiet, no whiny sounds at all. Best built, stable at any speed. If youre looking to purchase a scooter and cant decide because of so many competitors to buy from, let me tell you, buy this scooter and you will have no regrets.

Hi, This is the first scooter that I have ever ridden. For Christmas, We bought a 10x for me, 225 lbs and my wife 140 lbs, a 9. I have to say I was nervous about getting the powerful 10x scooter. I am very happy that I did. The scooter will only go as fast as you let. I love this scooter because it can climb any hills and smooths out bumps with its awesome suspension. I have been riding around on level 1 and switching between dual and single motor when needed and have only gotten up to about 20 mph. Ill go faster when my confidence improves, Im sure. The range has been a nice feature too. I can ride all day. The build quality of both of these scooters is really good. I havent noticed any rattling. As for the staff at RevRides, they were all very helpful and answered all of my questions. You cant go wrong with these scooters. Enjoy!

I replaced the original clamp with a bigger clamp and it made a big difference in the ride. It feels so much better and a lot more solid. It was money well spent. It’s too bad this isn’t original equipment.The Video that Rev Rides has produced is very easy to follow and it took me about 15 min. to replace.

Good scooter for the money!The Ninebot Max scooter came packaged well and covered up to be nondescript - and it arrived in just a few days after ordering with no issues.The scooter is great, good range and good power, all in a good package for the price. I wish it was a bit more comfortable of a ride though, but there are aftermarket suspension parts available if you want. The 10 wheels make it OK in the meantime, better than smaller wheels!

Not to mention the cool LED light are nice and bright for the night ride. All and all 10/10.

Zero 10X Scooter: Awesome Commuter, short range?Really love my Zero 10X 60v. I use it to commute back and forth from my home to my small business office each day. Its only about a mile, but it has steep hills and Im a hefty (235 lbs) guy, so my Segway Ninebot Max just couldnt cut it.The 10X dual motor has plenty of power and the speed is awesome. Im generally going 32 kph even up steep hills, so its clear that the 2000 watts of motor is more than sufficient and that Im speed limited electronically (would love to be able to hit 48 kph/30 mph so I could do the speed limit of my small community roads, nudge nudge).The suspension is great and a big improvement over my Segway Ninebot. While I like the Segway too and have used it quite a bit, it cant handle the normal bumps and cracks of a bike lane / sidewalk commute like the suspension of the Zero 10X can, so I had to slow it down and dodge constantly. The better tires and suspension of the Zero 10X is tolerant of quite a bit so I spend much less time worrying about the pavement conditions.The dual hydraulic disk breaks are great, and I use them extensively when commuting at speed and stopping on steep downslopes. They can occasionally rub a bit after use, but they seem to self realign after a little travel.Im not sure about the battery life / distance of the scooter yet. I havent tested it much. I run it in dual motor performance mode and the electric battery estimate drops from 5 to 1.5ish bars after a round trip of ~1 mile. Im not sure if this means I have a real range of just 2 miles or if the electronic battery estimate is just overly sensitive to voltage drop. Havent had the willingness to run it until its stalled to find out. For me, this is OK, but Im buying a second charger so I can charge it at the office, as Im too timid to run multiple trips in one day right now and only charge at home. Would really have liked to feel like I can do at least 4-5 round trips on a charge (8-10 miles), given that its advertised as a 35-40 mile range. This also bodes poorly for the future as the battery naturally loses capacity over time.Was disappointed that the steering column didnt fold & lock for carry. Prior to purchase I looked into this because I really like this feature of the Segway Ninebot Max, and it seems like other versions of the Zero series do this, but my 10X does not. It has a simpler set of pressure rings holding the column in place, and you release the column but it doesnt become a carry handle. Given the weight of the 10X, this is probably a questionable feature, as my much lighter Segway Ninebot Max is already at the limit of what I would want to pick up and carry on a daily basis.Ordering & shipping process went smoothly, scooter was well packaged and arrived in great condition.The final proof is Im buying another 10X for my older kids. With the pros and minuses above, I come out solidly on the love it side. And for the goals of having a short distance commuter which is easier on the knees than a bike and quick enough that I dont feel tempted to just grab the car to save a few minutes, its been a huge win for me.

5 Stars for this awesome local business. I crashed my MSX going 5mph and my lights went out. I called Rev Rides because they are local and they told me they had the replacement board I needed. Turns out it was the wrong board, but they took the time within 30 minutes of closing to open up my wheel and start diagnosing. Turns out something needed to be reinforced on the main board, but they got it completely working again on the day before Thanks Giving! Thank you guys for all your help and making me feel like my problem was your problem. l will definitely be back to this great shop where you can get support!

Im NEW to electric scooters.....I saw a fellow on a Zero8 and stopped him and asked about it and he loved his but recommended I buy a Zero9 for more power and lights. So, I got online and ordered from the web site that day. It arrived at my house in 6 days. It was very well packaged. The box was slightly damaged from shippers but the Zero9 was just fine. I immediately plug it in and charged it overnight. I used the multitool to adjust the controls and brakes. It was very simple. I brought it outside and added air to the tires. I have only made one quick loop around my block but so far I am very impressed. I plan to use it to go into Red Hook from my condo Judes Caribbean Getaway at Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina, St. Thomas USVI.

Happy and Satisfied😊This is my first ever e-scooter and really satisfied and happy with it. Or maybe because im just a newbie? Lol! But for sure with No tax/ no shipping fee/ fast and safe delivery (4 days) in my possesion already😊. Cant beat that for sure👌. Easy to unbox with few screws needs to tightened for safe riding. Rode a couples time already and really impressed on speed and stability of it. Hope it last forever that way 🤞. Few things i noticed that can make it more fun and exciting 1. Wonder if they get the speed accelerator like a motorcycle thru the handle itself, that way its smooter and for sure much safe. 2. Eco/dual motor indicators lights thru your lcd screen😀. But overall its really satisfying and happy with it👌

I’ve purchased 3 e scooters prior to buying the Vsett 9+ from Rev Rides. I had to return two bcz we could not get it to work. Also, customer support was difficult due to having to communicate with someone in China via email. Rev Rides is a blessing. They quality check the scooter before shipping. And from when I ordered, I was riding in two days. Ordered Monday, ride Tuesday night. Wow!! And it worked!! Thank you Rev Rides and Minon who took my order on Monday. Vsett 9+ is indeed fantastic. Comparing it to my single motor Ninebot that cost $800, I would say Vsett is on a different level. It is so much better. The dual motor and suspension was shockingly noticeably better.

Got my Unicycle fixed here same day that I called in. Was in and out in less than an hour. Been here before and will continue to do so. The guy sheridan who fixed my wheel also was very knowledgeable and answered so many questions I havent been able to get answers to.

After 2 days of my purchase, I noticed a Black Friday deal so I contacted them and asked if there was any way for me to still get the deal, and after an hour or 2 they replied telling me that they would give me the Black Friday deal and discount. I recently bought two scooters from REV Rides. The scooters themselves were quite nice and exactly as stated on the website. What prompts me to write a review, which i usually hate to do, is the customer service associated with REV Rides. In each purchase, there were issues with delivery and both times the customer service people (Manion and Nathan) were exceptionally helpful. In the first instance, the delivery address was not correct but Manion called UPS and was able to make the correct change. He did so without prompting and was genuinely concerned that I would be able to get the scooter delivered properly. In the latest interaction, I repurchased a scooter after a theft. I asked in an email if there was a way to expedite the order as the scooter was my primary form of transportation. Nathan made sure that the scooter shipped the next day and expedited the package as best he could reasonably do allowing me to have the scooter within a few days of my placing the order. Given the quality of the products that they sell and the outstanding customer service, I unreservedly recommend REV Rides.

I purchased a Zero 10X and 2 Zero 9 from Rev Rides that we have owned for family rides and adventures since December 2019. Since my first call with them they were patient answering my many questions.We had issues with one of our Zero 9 which I feel shouldnt be for adults over 150lbs. They took care of it and we are back to riding as a family again.Great customer service and product knowledge.

I recd my King Song S18 euc in just a few days - very fast! It came in perfect condition. Ill be 60 years old in 2021, but Im a very good bicycle rider, but still, this is my first euc. It only took me 30 minutes of practice before I was up and riding! On day 2, I had put on another 10 miles and by day 3, I had over 18 miles on my euc. I love it! I live in a retirement community in Daytona Beach Florida (Margaritaville) and I use my euc to get back and forth from the amenities. The app is very well written. I highly recommend this model and Rev Rides as a retailer/distributor.

ZERO 10 is simply an AWESOME scooter!! Since were traveling on our sailboat as a family, we need a scooter to get all our errands done when were at a marina. Things like getting to the post office, UPS and provisioning for groceries etc, etc. I can honestly say the ZERO 10 is incredibly well built, solid and a huge performer! Lots of power and speed although all I care about the speed is to be safely able to navigate the car filled streets when bike lanes arent available. The suspension makes the ride not just comfortable but safe as I dont have to cross my fingers and hope I dont wipe out when rolling over uneven sidewalks or driveways. And, the lights........the lights are fantastic! I love there are so many lights so others can see me coming or going, especially the blinking brake lights, the cool LEDs that run up the stem and under the deck. I LOVE when a company gets it right and the ZERO 10 is exactly that. Not only is the product awesome (I think were going to get a ZERO 9 too!) but the team at RevRides are truly some of the best at customer service and care. Trust me Ive run customer service for a tech firm and the service I received from RevRides was 10+. Ive always said any company can sell a product but keeping a customer is truly an art!

The customer service is awesome! I had issues with the scooter seat seams coming apart and contacted support. They promptly responded with the option of replacing the seat with the same seat or offered a $30 refund for the seat to find a replacement of my choice. I took the refund which was credited to my account right away. They responded quickly to my concern via email and a phone call to insure that the issue was resolved. A great company to do business with!

Bought a Zero10 controller. Got it in 2 days. It was pretty simple to install. Very happy with my experience.
