I was passing through on my way to Alaska when I had an electrical issue with my adventure bike. The service team was quick to help and the mechanics were exceptional professionals. I was back on the road in an hour. Pro Caliber has a great showroom and a diverse inventory. I also really like the gear selection. Thanks for the help guys. I really just want to take the time to thank James in service for all of his help. I have taken my grom in 2 times. Once for its first service and this last time for new accessories. Communication is excellent ! Service is very quick ! They even got my bike in a day early. I know it’s group effort but James is the guy I talk to every time .
