The Harry Potter of airport Starbucks. This particular location and hidden right under the escalator on your way up on to terminal B. I have seen the line for this particular star busters thirty people deep (mainly because there is not much to do at this airport). Sometimes it is faster to walk all the way over to the other Star busters and walk back. This isn’t due to terrible service, it’s simply the number of patrons who line up.

The staff was friendly. This is an airport location and typically when Ive come here it is very slow service. Today was a pleasant experience with fast and friendly service.

I didnt get her name, but the nice lady behind the counter was on her own, set up the store on her own, opened promptly at 5am, was super efficient and friendly. Well done.

WHY IS THIS COFFEE POPULAR

Its an airport Starbucks. Not bad, decently good. Youre still at an airport, but feeling better than the people who went to cinnabon.

One employee working at 5:45am. The person in line behind me saidI wonder who drinks coffee that early? referring to the staffing. The person in line in front of me said Ive been here 10 minutes and moved up 5 spots in line, because 2 customers already left. Well I got in line anyways because I had 15 minutes. Then I left too... as 1 employee opening the store when the coffee drinkers are most active is not enough. Starbucks I hope you are paying attention.

Supposed to open at 4:30. Barista showed up late, said open in 5 minutes, took sweet time starting teas and register, ignored line and customers. First customer got their order around 5:15. News flash - we arent in Seattle anymore. I got my Starbucks in Detroit an hour later - was probably faster than waiting for it in Dayton.

What can you say about Starbucks? They are on every block and they serve a standard menu of drinks which are great and you can depend on.

Concourse A. No customers, two employees, couldnt spend my money though because they spent all their time talking to each other. I walked away with my credit card visible and no one said anything. No apologies, no effort, and no work ethic. Still chatting each other up. Starbucks is overrated but this store is a definite no. Two stars for being in the airport and taking other peoples money, just not mine.

30% of my drink was froth... not cool.

I was grateful to be the only one in line, figuring Id be in and out. Usually there are huge lines at Starbucks in the airports. Nope, ordered two drinks, waited at minimum 10mins.... For 2 drinks. No mobile orders pending, no other orders immediately after me... 10mins. The drinks were not customized, ordered as is from the menu. Disappointed. Starbucks has to find a way to expedite service at airport terminals. Theyre ALWAYS slooow... 3 star is for service and one drink was poorly made.

Stopped here after my flight into Dayton and my departure flight; had prompt, friendly service. Drinks were made well and the barista was kind enough to ask if I wanted whipped cream, which I forgot to ask without when I ordered.

It was good employees where a bit slugish but other then thag great would def stop by again

At 6:00am on 10/6/2017 I approached the counter where there was no one to wait on me and there were no other customers waiting. After waiting for 5 min another customer joined me in line. Finally someone got up from the seating area to the right of the counter and here it was the barista--she had been sitting there the entire time. When I questioned her about it she just said what do you want? Really Starbucks--is this your service culture! I travel a lot and will be sure to find alternative options in the future

Awful service. Just awful. Ordered a decaff almond latte and eggwhite bites. -we have no bites, she said. Ok then I just want my coffee. Got my coffee and it was not decaff. Returned to ask to have it redone and the barista said: I didnt hear you say decaff- well I did say it.- we dont carry decaff maam-then I need my money back...And after some grunting and mumbling from the cashier, I got my $4.50 back.Wish I could get the 30 minutes I lost waiting for that *decaff* coffee.

One person working and a ~30 min wait. They ultimately closed in the middle of sevice.

Im not a fan of this location. Its tucked in a dark corner of Terminal B, almost under the stairwell. I never see more than one employee working which I feel is a bit ridiculous given theres travelers heading out with not much time to wait on drinks to be made.

This location (inside security) opens early (4:30a) for your favorite fix prior to those crazy-early flights.

This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a Starbucks. Well first my order was not taken correctly then it was messed up but I had to wait for almost 30 mins for her to correct it. She let about 10 people go ahead of me. Then I looked at the counter and the employees drink is sitting there along with her hat and headphones on the counter where she makes food, plus her hair wasnt pulled back. Ive been in the food industry for 4 years and I was disgusted.

Opened on time at 5:00 am, well staffed with courteous and efficient baristas.

They were out of everything I wanted (nothing exotic, just stuff from the menu like vanilla bean, matcha, iced coffee) and conversing with the barista indicated this was normal by 4pm on a Friday.

Reliable quality but still over priced

They close at 8:30 pm. We walked up at 8:30 and they wouldnt let us order even though there were customers still waiting in line. Bad service whats 1 more min ... very disappointed

On January 12th the employees did not know what the yearly Starbucks promotional coffee mug was. On January 15th, the new policy for this Starbucks is to not participate in the promotion.

This Starbucks could benefit from one or two additional batistas. Very slow service due to the lack of help.
