This is a fabulous place. It is run by a terrific family. If you have hearing loss, this is the very best place for help. The location is convenient and theres lots of parking. The office is clean, attractive and well organized. I highly recommend this business for anyone that needs help with hearing.

I bought my hearing aids at a discount business because they were a lot cheaper than thru an independent audiologist. They gave me a hearing test and set up my hearing aids. I was not satisficed, so I changed to another brand. They were better, but I was still having problems. After years of repeated adjustments, I finally went to Contemporary Hearing. WOW, what a difference. In one visit Blair was able to completely change my hearing experience. It was not the hearing aids, but the lack of expertise in adjusting them that was the problem. I dont need the captions on the TV any longer, and I have not had this quality of hearing in years. No funny noises or chirping. Thank you Blair!

The week I have worn my hearing aids have been such a pleasure. The things I dont struggle to hear are many. The voices of my daughter and Granddaughter in a busy and loud restaurant, and to be able to hear the waiter. All a new experience. I no longer become nervous when I have to make a phone call. Trying to hear on the phone was so hard. I was avoiding talking to people. They probably thought I was unfriendly. It was the embarrassment of not being able to hear. I no longer feel that way. I have now gotten my 3rd pair of hearing aides from Blair Post. I wanted to share a story with you about how well thought of Blair is, literally nationally. As part of the process of setting up my new hearing aides, Blair had asked me to bring in my Resound streamer boxes and he would link them up. Upon getting home, I was plugging them in and broke a little door piece on the back of one and thus the cord would not stay in the box. I phoned Resound Customer Service and spoke with an Agent based out of Minnesota. He asked me who sold me my hearing aides. When I told him Blair Post and Contemporary Hearing he knew right away who Blair was. I asked him how in the heck he could know Blair in our little town of Venice. He told me that he deals with 3000 plus hearing aide providers on behalf of Resound and that he has had so many calls through the years from patients of Blair who just rave about him. He told me that he fields so many calls everyday, from people that are dissatisfied from their providers. Quite an amazing story, almost unique....so I just wanted to share it. And PS, I would certainly recommend Blair and Contemporary Hearing to anyone.

I took my 98 year old father to Contemporary Hearing to have his hearing aids re-programmed. He worked with Blair, who was most professional & friendly. He did many tests, including a hearing test. He took the aids apart, cleaned them & fixed the wire on one of them. My dad could hear so much better. Blair, & his wife Karen, are the best! I highly recommend Contemporary Hearing!

I came to Contemporary hearing with a hearing aid that had a broken speaker wire. Blair also determined the other aid was not connecting to my I Phone and needed a new antenna. Also my hearing aid had not been properly fitted. And then Blair found a large amount of wax in my ears which he removed.When it was all said and done he installed 2 new speakers, 2 new cases along with the other repairs. MY hearing aids work perfectly and most of all they fit and feel very comfortable. From the very beginning it was clear that Blair is an expert at what he does, and this is in comparison to other places I have gone.I would highly recommend Contemporary hearing for all your hearing needs.

I was in Florida on vacation and one of my hearing aids stopped working. Visiting my friends in North Port I went on the web and googled Oticon hearing aids dealer near me. Contemporary Hearing appeared as the closest dealer, I gave them a call and spoke with Blair. After explaining my dilemma he told me to come on in at noon the same day. Upon looking at my hearing aid Blair knew exactly what was wrong, he fixed the hearing.Blair took the time to advise me how the break in the wire occurred, replaced it under warranty and sent me on my way. He is a professional and I wish I could find a Audiologist in Michigan like him!

My husband Robert was experiencing problems with his hearing aid and consulted with audiologist Blair Post who had the expertise and commitment to results to correct all the problems and issues! Highly recommended! He persisted with working on the needed updates when though my hearing aids resisted the upgrades.

We were in Venice Florida from Pa., vacationing and my husbands hearing aid quit working. So after going to two audiologists with no results bought a cheap amplifier. We were in a store picking up a few items a day or so later and a man approached my husband asking about the amplifier. Well here it was Blair Post, he introduced himself to us after we told him why my husband was wearing the amplifier and such and gave us his card and told us to call him at his office the next day and maybe he could fix it for him. So thats what we did, took the hearing aid and dropped it off for him to check. It was only about an hour and his assistant called to let us know it was ready to be picked up, my husband asked, is it fixed? It WAS!! Cannot tell you how happy we were, and let me remind you this was after two other audiologists had said they couldnt fix it without returning it to manufacturers. We are heading to a cruise and thought about what my husband would be missing from the loss of being able to hear, but thanks to Blair Post he will be able to partake in whatever is going on. Cannot thank him enough for this. If we lived local this is the man we would be dealing with for anymore hearing aid needs.

Being from out of state, I needed emergency service before flying out Sunday. I called Friday afternoon 10 minutes to closing and got an apt for 10:00 am Saturday. Blair took all the time I needed to straighten out my problem and went above and beyond making sure everything was right before I left. Excellent and professional customer service. He also told me to call from home in NJ if ever I have a problem and/or if I needed a local referral. I can’t recommend him enough!
