Customer Parking available and front entrance leads to offices on second floor. 1st floor is the warehouse where all the exciting happens with IT equipment gets configured and shipped to the customer by me and the team at configurations where I work. Sales and office staff on 2nd floor work diligently to serve our customer orders and I am not sure why all the complaints in here on google regarding the worst customer service but I can assure you a lot goes behind in preparing customers orders is professionally done with quality control and inspection. In any business whatever it is, there will always be unsatisfied customers but the key role is to amend business relations for continued service and support for all.

Ordered a printer which was instock and says ready to ship say day. One week later printer still not shipped and the items still says its in stock on their website. I contacted support by chat which disconnected on me and sent numerous email and no ones gotten back to me. I will never suggest or use CDW ever. This company is scam. Update: Still after numerous contact they still will not speak with me, Tell me to contact me to contact the account manager and they dont respond so they tell me contact the supervisor and you guessed it they dont respond as well. I am in awe at their customer service. No one would tell me whats going on.

Really no stars!!!Managers attention!!!After check in at guard house they sending you to door 26 to beck in, they cannot cut seal and gave cutter to driver, AND, they sending your 53 to another door. Near door 26 very tightly and very bad cleaned snow, after catered seal your truck cannot move, because neighbors truck standing at the doors. It is very unprofessional, awful, and nothing safety

Right before New Years we had purchased an PNY RTX 3090 from them at ridiculous overpriced price of $1956 after tax... Today I have checked again... Unfortunately there is no 0 stars for places like this.this facility starts with first shift at 14:00, broker never tells you that, and after 2 hours of waiting they notify you that you are going to wait 4 more hours because nobody knows why. 0 stars for broker as well.

I called the Human Resources, director of their employees offering to come in and give a free class to educate their employees who smoke cigarettes why quitting cigarettes and switching to a healthy alternative is beneficial. the class is free it’s on my time working around their schedule and their director said no we don’t want to partner up with you to have you come in and talk to employees and explain to them and give them fax about why quitting cigarettes is the healthy smart decision. I guess they don’t actually care about there employees

Ive order a lot of TVs for our Company over the years from this site. They apparently do not care if you receive broken equipment. I was told an RMA would be sent to me and it never came. I reached back out to Support and they did respond to my email (two emails). Today I ordered 4 more TVs that were suppose to be delivered yesterday and I am being told they have not shipped yet because they need to give me a freight quote...??? I paid over $200 for shipping AND nothing was mentioned about a Freight Quote. Sadly I had to call them to find all of this out and they gave me an email address of someone to reach out to for a freight quote. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Try Newegg, Tiger Direct or even Amazon.

Worked here initially as a contractor, then as an employee. Though the work involves computers, expect it to be like light factory/warehouse work--lots of seasonal overtime, repetitive mechanical motions, and an emphasis on making rate. The company does however, place a strong emphasis on providing education and training opportunities for its employees, and offers clear avenues for advancement for anyone willing to apply themselves. Youll work hard, and the labor will be far from glamorous, but youll be surrounded by great people, and will have the chance to develop your skillset and transition into the world of IT proper.

I purchased a Headset Jan 6 2020. On March 20 2020 it stopped working. When I asked about a replacement they told me since it was past 60 days I would have to pay $40 to receive a replacement. Somehow I think if you spend $136.00 for a headset to be used in a commercial set it should last more than 60 days. Very disappointed in their warranty policy.

I worked at CDW as a contractor for 13 months. When I start I thought its the best place to build my career in IT and over the time I saw stupid crazy discussion by the management, one of them they close one of the entrance for a month just to save some $$, but more importantly they do not respect the people who work there, the supervisors are kids and they consider all workers are slaves, even they do not want someone to respect them. one of the coworkers that I worked with him he left a two week notice and I surprised next day the manager told him to leave now, also it happened to me when I told my supervisor that I will leave the company in one week, he called my recruiter company to end my contract 2 days before of my last day!!! What the hell baby decision they do, they do not want any one to respect them, they are poor lier. This company is the worst ever.

If there was such a thing I would like to give them a star rating of negative 10. If I could choose to, I would tell my company never send me here again. Was told not to be late for my 7:00 appointment or they would not take me. Get here they argue with me that my appointment is at 730 which doesnt matter anyway because they are at lunch from 7-8 and will get my six pallets off in an hour or so after driving 10 straight hrs to get here and now out of time.

Delivered here. Idiotic process. Will NOT unload early. Make you back into one door to inspect the load, then leave that door and back into a different door to unload then take their sweet time ever actually doing it. I thought I was going to have a problem finding a place to park until morning after a 3 am appointment but they took so long to unload that it didnt turn out to be an issue.

I ordered 4 GPUs and the order was confirmed. My credit card was charged and I was given an e-mail confirmation. 24 hours later CDW sent me an e-mail stating that the credit card (which was already charged) would not be accepted and I would be required to use a bank transfer to send the money to their corporate office. Then when I called them to ask why I needed to use a bank transfer, they claimed the products I ordered werent in stock and they would be canceling the order.1. You charge my credit card2. You e-mail and state you wont accept my credit card3. You request a MONEY TRANSFER for payment4. Then you let me know the product is not in stock and is unavailable.The entire buying experience just seemed shady and felt like a Nigerian scam. Supposedly they canceled the order 2 days ago, but the charge is STILL on my credit card. Now I have to call the credit card company to dispute the charges etc.

Ive tried to be patient with CDW as a company I partner with signed a contract with them for product that makes it difficult to shop elsewhere. They are quite bad. Ive chatted them 10+ times to check on 3 orders for my company and after waiting for them to respond for an hour they pop in for 1 minute and disappear if you dont immediately respond to their chat. Even more problematic is that they take so long to respond to basic service chats once you do get a hold of them that you have to leave mid chat (Im talking 5-10 minutes in between basic responses). Ive spent over an hour on a chat trying to get basic responses from them. This review is because Ive been waiting 30 minutes for them to respond... yet again... and Im frustrated. I would never willingly do business with CDW at this point. I think they used to be a bit better, but their service is truly horrible right now.The reason that Ive had to reach out to them is because Ive purchased product they list on their site and then they backorder it and say its not available and my order sits there. I have 35 computers from 3 weeks ago that are still sitting there... and their response was whoops, I think Dell stopped making those. Which, they didnt. Another pain point is that after placing an order it gets approved by our account manager at CDW after they review it. Well, theyve taken up to 2 weeks to approve basic orders so they are sitting there. For a technology company... they sure do struggle with basic technology issues.Still waiting for them to pick up the chat (since the saucy customer relations employee bling transferred my chat to sales).

I ordered an item for my computer network from this company, they charged my credit card, and never fulfilled the order. I was given the most unbelievable run-around by all of their staff. The order clearly stated, as verified by their so called email confirmation, that it will be sent to my address in New Mexico. This was Jan 03, 2018. It is now Jan 17, 2018.UPS just called and said they had my order sent to an Eye doctor in SALINAS, KS!No apologies fro UPS or CDW. I am completely unsure how this company stays in business. UPS may follow.

Worst experience in my life, a full week to receive a license code for a product, something that should have taken a day to 2 max.Rude Reps, Managers are as useless as a Deaf-mute interpreter, and rude as well (if you can get a hold of someone) and most of the time no one answers you.I will not recommend them to anyone and more so I will make sure no one in the my IT circle will deal with them, not that it matters as they obviously not care about ratings of customers as seen by 38 complains and 92% negative feedback.

Never have I been treated so poorly by an employee of any company, anywhere. Loved this company as we bought some of our laptops and supplies from them, but after my interaction with Anne Vargo, I certainly will not be returning and have suggested to those in my circle to do the same. Some people are driven by hate, and disdain, and Ms. Vargo seems to be one of those people. Because CDW employs people who operate from a place of anger and unethical behavior, I will be taking my business elsewhere. My colleagues certainly have been informed, and have encouraged them to do the same. Shame on you, Ms. Vargo, and for CDW for allowing your behavior to continue unchecked.

There is a reason why people do not bother to address complaints to big corporate entities because most of the time it will end up with meaningless copy-and-paste apology from a secretarial staff. Just do not do business with CDW unless you are a large corporate buyer, then CDW may consider treating you with respect. If you are individual consumer-STAY AWAY. You will get nothing else but a headache and time wasted. Terrible experience
