This shell doesnt have a toilet which sucks & the clerk with the smirky rude smile told me that they DONT HAVE restrooms at all. I dont recommend this location

Donna is the greatest! I enjoy going to this location, just to see her :). Today my card was denying my transaction and before getting money transferred from one account to the next, she offered to pay for my gas! How amazing! I only go to this gas station for that reason. She is super outgoing! The Manager, Marge is also wonderful and incredibly helpful and patient. They are amazing!

No bathroom for the customers of the gas station. Please rethink you business strategy.

I came to fill up and get a car wash. Gas was okay but, this is by far one of the worst car washes Ive used. Didnt even wash the dust off the hood of my car.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Always get a wonderful greating. The gas station is clean and well maintained. Stop in a get a great sandwich from Rosies Deli.

Tire inflator did not work but they are not responsible for refund, which is on their property. I had to contact installer instead.Still have not get refund after 2 weeks of problem.Anyway cross the street gas station has free tire inflator.

This Shell gas station here in Vernon Hills is a great store that I do love I have been shopping here for as long as I can remember it has as everything I need it is so very nice and clean the price of the gas is pretty nice as they have a discount card they take and you can I like that I can if my car is dirty I can get a car wash at the same time.

Old man working 8.pm on Sunday didn’t let me use washroom..... very rude cashier

The Manager was so friendly not to many people will go out of thier way to help but he did !

Good gas station with a car wash. When I got my wash, there were two workers who towel dried the car after the wash.
