Went into purchase some yard waste tags, the cashier seemed to be from eastern Europe judging by her accent. She does not greet, just looking at me like what do you want? Its not that I have an issue with where shes from but her attitude. I just added her description so that perhaps Walgreens can train her better.

I just picked up my prescription from the Vernon hills pharmacy and I had Michael help me at the window. I have seen him there multiple times and hes done this specific thing multiple times... I go up and ask for my prescription knowing it is there, he tells me its not. He did not take the extra initiative to double check for me, he just kept saying no we dont have it. I needed to advocate for myself and tell him to go check again and whata know! My prescription was there and ready to go!!! All he needed to do was ask for help instead of pissing off a patient. This is the third time he has done this with prescriptions of mine in the last few months. Please retrain him at the window or get him into a different spot in the pharmacy.

Do not buy their valentines day candy. My wife bought me some, and when I bit into the chocolates, they seemed off. Turns out theyre still restocking old candy from 2018!!! This is likely not a manufacturer mistake as I have worked in retail and I know its common practice to save holiday merch for the following year. Candy should not be on the list of stuff to save however.

The WORST pharmacy Ever!!!I think they make customers wait 20 minutes MINIMUM!! I have never been there wait less than 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. The wait is ridiculous, their pharmacisys dont know anything about the prescriptions, yet they sometimes ask Do you have any questions about the medications? And when I ask a question they say Sorry, the pharmacist who can answer is on break and will call you back and they called 3 days later saying they were busy... I was like what a nice pharmacy... cannot be more dissappointed than this. Absolutely the worst of all times.

Typically a quick in and out. I have also had blood pressure tests here for free. Wide variety of items, but quick stuff for me is candy, wine, paper towels or other small snack items. You can still order photo prints at this location.

The Pharmacy at the Vernon Hills Walgreens is the best. They are helpful and willing to work with my specific needs. My wife and I recently moved to Ivanhoe and tried the other Walgreens near our new house, but the pharmacys service wasnt nearly to the level of the Vernon Hills location, so despite it being out of the way, we will stay with this locations pharmacy.

The beauty consultant in the cosmetics section (Thursday afternoon) is great! She helped me find a suitable foundation and had testers for me to try. So helpful!

The Russian cashier is so rude! Not even a hello or goodbye also she did not even tell me the total of my purchases. Not one word from her mouth. Last time she was talking with a co worker and again nothing from her to me. She is so rude. And as I can see from other reviews others can say they have had a bad experience with her as well.

Russian lady at register is so rude. I always have problems with her. The last time I went there I pointed out a price didnt ring up on sale instead of checking she said maybe its this maybe its that what can I tell you m. Totally not siding with me. I had to ask her to call the manager n he quickly fixed it. Talk about laziness

They over charge for prescriptions, $7 at Walmart, charged me $31 with same insurance, I feel cheated and ripped off. Going back to Walmart.

I order for refills my medicine, when I call checks when can I pick up old lady( sounds likely)Says they had to waiting from Doctor authorized, but my doctor sent new order 2 weeks ago I try telling to her shes saying I have go, you had to wait what ever we are call hang up before I even finish my wards. I has been there long time ago but that is lady very very loud mean, so bad feelings..==😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Just experienced severe racism from this store. White male front salesperson refused to give me his name but white female manager said it was Joey, managers name is Jaime. Ive been coming here for 7 years and until Walgreens apologizes Im not coming back. #boycottracists

Unacceptable customer service! I was looking for reading glasses and asked the store manager which ones were for male and female. He answered I dont know and walked away. What is going on with Walgreens folks on that location? They need to remember that customers who spend money there are the ones who pay their salaries. If I have options, I wont go back to this place.

The pharmacist is a lying and uprofessional and decided to outright refused to dispense or even attempt to attempt to fill my prescription.She is a TERRIBLE human being, the one i talked to. And the technician I talked to straight up hung up on me because he said there was some new rule that their store made up. Go to Lincolnshire theyre treat you right.
