OK so me and my dad we were looking at wedding rings for my brothers wife to be and there was an amazing sales associate there by the name of Michelle. This girl knew everything about all of the different diamonds knew everything about the gold and white gold. She was very kind and had great customer service and treats all of her guests with respect. She was very approachable and had a big smile. Next time when I go back to Kay jewelers in Vernon Hills I will be asking for Michelle to Help me with all of my diamonds and jewelry needs. Hope everybody has a great day god bless... I had to get my ring cleaned and polished for my wedding, and Sally made every effort to help me! She immediately called to find out if my ring could be a rushed order. It was a Wednesday afternoon and my ring came back Thursday evening, looking sparkling new than before! Im so thankful for the great customer service!

The staff here is amazing and hilarious! The GM and AM helped my wife and I pick out a gorgeous ring for my wife, and got us a great deal on it as well. It came back from being serviced ahead of schedule, so I was able to surprise my wife with an early Christmas present! Thank you!!! I will be back next month!

I went to Kay Jewelers in Vernon Hills for help with my watch. I was not able to remove the back and replace the battery but Sally offered her assistance. She was able to help me remove the back, replace the battery, and secure the watch back. Sally was very kind, knowledgeable, professional, has a positive attitude, and helped me get in and out quickly!

My boyfriend and I are long distance, so I went into Kay Jewelers looking for engagement rings solo. I was a bit disheartened to do this alone, but Mary Anne and Shannon quickly got rid of that feeling. Both were lovely to work with, and were kind and patient while I looked at a number of rings. Shannon was also ready to go above and beyond - she is truly expectational, and I left the store feeling the opposite of what I came in feeling like - thanks to Mary Anne and Shannon, I was uplifted and excited for the next steps.

Donna helped my fiancé pick out my engagement ring and did an amazing job! I absolutely love it! We had to come to the store for having problems with the Kay Jewelers credit card but Shannon did a great job of helping us out with that. Shannon is so nice and hilarious. Im very happy this is the location he decided to go to. I would absolutely recommend this location to everyone.

We have sent our rings out for rhodium plating and the rings have consistently arrived after the promised delivery date. Additionally, the service center that Kay outsourced to in order to repair rings has actually permanently damaged my engagement and wedding rings and hasn’t fixed the issues despite sending my rings back multiple times.

Kudos to Mrs. Shannon for stepping in and designing my custom ring at an affordable cost. She knew I was not happy after my customize band broke and wanted me to have the best options to select from. Job well done!

Great customer service and attention to detail. I needed a new battery in my fathers watch, and Tommy took care of me! It was cheaper than the ripoff guys at Fast-Fix Watch Repair in Hawthorn Mall. Kay Jewelers is a real place with real people, not a lame kiosk that charges crazy prices.

Shannon is amazing! My fiancé bought my ring here and we returned in to look for wedding bands in March. We found my matching band and then found the right ring for the groom. Shannon called in April and left messag me to say there was a sale but I missed he message. Then, luckily we got another coupon in the mail, came in and Shannon remembered us, knew the exact rings we wanted and worked with us on the purchase, sizing and financing to save us $$$$. I just visited Kay Jewelers in Vernon Hills and they had a special on rings and necklaces. The special was $24.99 for the necklace or ring. When I asked about it they said they changed the special. You have to purchase something for $50 and you get the ring or necklace for free. That is sad that they cant uphold what they originally said and advertised. That is false advertising at its best.

Unprofessional they say no before even trying to help. No communication among this store and the manager seems to enjoy making you miserable. Never coming to this location again. Don’t trust the manager.
