Not satisfied with this company. The sales person is pushy. According to the sales person one is allow to use the blade and see how it works, this is not true, this is false advertisement. They sent me two blades, I have not use them, and they are harassing and threatening me to send me to collections. I will send the blades back and not do business with this company. I would not recommend this company. I have not gotten one e-mail regarding the issue to resolve the problem.

I have been using Diamond Blade Warehouse for years. I always deal with the same salesman. I get what I need a great price, no harassment to buy things I dont want. If I say call me in 3 months they will, and not before. Thanks.

Ive done business with Diamond Blade Warehouse for the last 24 years and they always deliver what they promise. My projects vary, and whether I need dry blades, wet blades, or core bits...one call to Jeff Johnson ensures my job gets done in a timely fashion, and on budget!

They told me to try blade if I liked it pay for it, but dont pay for it until I tried it they harrassed me then turned over to collections and we just started using it. Dont recommend dealing with this company.

This company has poor customer service and sales. I was called on a sales call and was told that they would send me 3 blades to demo. If I liked them then just continue to order the blades from them. I then get an invoice in the mail. I called the office where a rude lady tells me that I need to return them if I dont wish to pay for them after I explained my story. I asked for a return postage slip to be sent so I could mail them back, she told me no and that she was going to send me to collections.

The company is nothing more than a middle man for cheap Chinese blades they mark up. They relentlessly harass people telemarketing

Salesman is a pain. Have told to quit calling numerous times, and he still calls every day.
