My experience with Probat has been nothing less than outstanding! Even while on deployment to Iraq, the team maintained active support to ensure a fully operational machine as well as the technical and artistic expertise. They have outstanding leadership and are proud of their history and name.

This is a review concerning Probat Inc in Chicago.The company I worked for, had a contract with Probat Inc, to supply and install equipment. The contract was put on hold and eventually cancelled.On questioning Probat Inc, they could not provide any evidence, that any of the equipment had been manufactured.Nevertheless Probat Inc, invoiced for 2 months partial payments, totalling $1.3 million.So, if your company has signed any contracts with Probat Inc, be aware they may defraud you of project money.

Service is terrible. My roaster showed up after a total rebuild broken. I waited 39 days just to answer my email for warranty work. 80 days later still waiting for my parts. I love Probat roasters but this is beyond bad service. This is the worst service I have ever seen.
