My first time here. The restaurant was clean and the staff who took my order was personable and polite.I took a star off the review for two reasons. The first is that when ordering another team member started running a wet dry shop next to the cash register and it very difficult to place the order and confirm it was correct. The second reason for the lack of a star was the manager slid the bag containing my order across the counter at me and walked away. It’s not that he was rude, it’s just that he wasn’t friendly.The bagels were good. The amount of cream cheese was impressive and I’ll be sure to return. I would encourage everyone to get bagels here but I think the customer service skills could improve.

I was born in Brooklyn and the water here may be the only thing that this place has in common with a NY bagel shop. A turkey sandwich is $11 and I watched them take the roasted turkey slices out of a plastic sleeve. Gelatinous Oscar Meyer kind of cold cuts. The service was pretty appalling and I watched one lady ask for her money back after she said she had waited for 20 minutes for a sandwich. Paid $33 for two sandwiches and 6 bagels. The bagels themselves werent that bad. I would say they were a step above store bought. The pickles were spears that came out of a jar with no snap. Bottom line, this place would not last very long in Brooklyn.

These are some good bagels. Love the Reuben. They know how to make food. Coming from a person that is particular about food and can appreciate it. They treat you like family here. Come in a few times and they know you by face. Always warm welcome. Highly recommend!!!!!

The only reason its not a 5 is because theyre too pricey. Im from Brooklyn and theyre cheaper back home! Its not like theyre foreign imports. Its freaking water! Bagels are good though, too pricey

Very unorganized. Extremely poor hygiene. Everyone rubbing their nose and touching their masks and picking up food. Cannot count change. I will never come here again. I am so disgusted. Spent over 50 years in the food service business and the health department should close them down for their personal hygiene. no one pays attention. extremely poor management. Sadly the bagels are fabulous but everything else is so bad.

REAL BagelsIve had bagels in Brooklyn as well as the other 4 boroughs in NYC and these taste like they came from their namesake. Sooo much better than the white bread when a hole in the middle that I have gotten from so many other places.These bagels have glorious gluten and plentiful toppings I am partial to the sesame seed version. Recommended

The muffins! Oh my goodness! They are divine. Blueberry and chocolate chip... heat them up about 35 seconds when you get home and enjoy a little slice of heaven. They were very busy but the service was still quick and friendly. Be warned though... their food is addictive.

The staff here are amazing! This place is always busy and, like everywhere else, they are short staffed. The staff’s attitudes are very positive even with annoyed customers. I will gladly wait!

We ate here every morning on our recent trip to Vero.. it really is that good. We enjoyed sitting outside in the mornings.. lots of seating inside and outside. Lots of flavored creams for coffee. Food and drinks were consistently delicious.

Brooklyn Water Bagel is usually a pretty solid and consistent choice for a bagel and cream cheese. Coffee is always good. I’ve never had an iced coffee from there but they have the coffee ice cubes for iced coffee to avoid having watered down coffee. I got a bagel and hot coffee to go. I drank half a cup while waiting for my bagel to be ready and got a top up to go. In addition to bagels they have muffins, and sandwiches and the like. This particular location is right next to the Springhill Suites hotel and serves as a good alternative to their breakfast. They have also been pretty good about masks throughout the pandemic.

Website needs to be updated. Did not have the specific options I came for. One guy up front doing all the work while the manager and another employee stayed in the back chatting. Guy up front was frustrated and taking it out on customers. Waited 20 minutes for a piece of sausage and two hash brownsWill not go back, not that they care

Wish I knew the name of the two managers or assistant managers that work the mornings. They make my morning and make sure I always feel welcome ANYTIME. They definitely make my morning eveytime I go in there!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

So very disappointed three weeks ago we finally found a good bagel in Florida. Today after driving one hour to get some bagels only to find they were RAW. Some even sliced into as the person who was probably making a sandwich saw it was raw. Outback into sale bin ! So sad. Poor management that she wasn’t concerned about quality control because she could actually tell me which ones I brought that were raw. 😢. Yes she offered to replace them next time we want to drive an hour... Just Disappointed

9 of the 13 bagels were burnt. Was to far to go back. I emailed corporate from thier website. No response. Guess they dont care.

Very good bagels - probably not THE number one best most legit bagel out there - but a great chew, good flavor, and fresh. Breakfast sandwich was great, fluffy eggs and not at all greasy.Rounding up for the great customer service - doordash was bugged and not letting me choose what bagels I wanted in my half dozen correctly, but it was the only available option for delivery. So I thought Id call in and let them know my name and which ones I actually wanted. Having never ordered from here before, I figured theres maybe a 50/50 chance of the person answering being either confused or unmotivated to help. However, the person who answered (on Sunday 11/22/20 around 12:30p) immediately understood and took my order, which made it to me exactly as I described.

Bagels are great. I ordered a sandwich with egg cheese and pork roll. They advertise pork roll as Taylor Ham which is not uncommon. If you order pork roll or are from the northeast you know what Im talking about. She didnt know what I was talking about so we talked through it..so I thought. I get home with my sandwich and its what seems to be black forest ham. A little disappointed but it was good. Bagels are worth it. Sandwiches not so much.

The bagels are good. The environment is cute, BUT the employee running the register on the morning of Tuesday, August 4, 2020 was the nastiest human being ever. What a total disgrace. I wonder if the owners know this person is out there representing their business treating customers as if they are a nuisance rather than just being kind and courteous. This female at the register ( no name tag) showed no hint of ever being taught the slightest bit about customer service. Because of HER I won’t be back. I bought bagels for the office and would have been a regular-repeat customer had she not been so rude.

Needs New Management, someone that can handle high volume and a little stress without melting down in hate toward patrons.Was great upon opening for first couple years and now they have just plain given up in terms product availability, order accuracy, follow through, and customer service; as there is none.The lady in the red shirt this morning was very pleasant despite all the issues as we sit baking outside in the heat but the one in a black shirt without a name tag and an attitude needs help, training in customer service, a different career, or perhaps just a hug and a day off, either way she should not be dealing directly with customers. Spending an hour in the heat and leaving without anything but warm coffee and a hashbrown (omelette was awful and not worth the abuse for a refund) and yes lady I ate the hashbrowns as I told the nice employee when I brought the bad omelette back inside.

I understand we are in trying times.I checked your web site for hours of operation and it said you were open till 1 oclock. I drove all the way there to get the bagel special for today ☆ half price for a half dozen bagels. Imagine my surprise walking to the door and the place was locked up tight. It was 12:30. On the window was a sign stating you close at noon. I was disappointed to say the least. As I was getting into my car empty handed, 3 cars pulled up. They too went to the door only to turn around and leave. They said the same thing re: checked hours on line. By the time I pulled out of my parking spot, 10 more cars had come and gone. I wasnt the only one who left empty handed and a bit annoyed.From now on, I will call wherever Im going so I dont have to waste time and gas for naught.Lesson learned...Please up date your web page! Cool little spot. Fresh idea showing how the bagels are made. Great tasting too. Coffee is excellent. Enough parking. Pretty quick service too. Pricing is pretty much in line with what few other bagel serving places offer. There isn’t a ton of seats so larger parties should be aware of this. It’s self seating.

When they first opened the bagels were absolutely perfect; nice hard outside, soft inside, and great flavor. Lately, theyve gone down in quality, the bagels have been mushy, I had a ruben today and it was chewy. I dont know if its due to the pandemic but I hope they get back to basics because this place was on point.

This is NOT a Brooklyn Bagel,Its a Brooklyn WATER Bagel.First time here, it hit me to late regarding the WATER part, the bagel is small and heavy NOT TASTEFUL

My husband LOVES this place. Wide variety, for sure. Excellent coffee. Very fast service but if theres a wait, you can watch them make the very bagels you are about to eat. The place is kept clean and neat, despite the customers not always being helpful, and staff never complains about it.

Great food and service. Try their apple cinnamon muffin. It was really good.

Food was good but staff was not so pleasant.

The bagels are great!!The cheese on the egg and cheese bagel was very processed. Tasted like those cheap Kraft singles. I expected more from a place with such great bagels. I also got a bagel with cream cheese. Again, the bagel was excellent, but the cream cheese seemed bland. These guys just need to step up their game with quality dairy products, because theyve got the bagels down!! Closest thing Ive had to an NYC bagel outside of NYC.

What can I say. Its all in the water!!! This is the ONLY place to get a real New York bagel! A must go to place worth the drive. The Vegi cream cheese is great on an everything bagel with a slice of tomato. Check it out you will not be disappointed!

Its great coming into a business where everyone is smiling. It was great to see Jamaica is back and the place seems to running on point. Coffee was off the chain with the pumpkin spice cream.. Always good!! Highly recommend!

Have been here several times in the past and liked it. We live 150 miles away, so when we stopped this morning to pick up a half dozen Black Russian bagels, we were dismayed to find when we arrived home that ALL were burned beyond being edible. Never thought to look before we left the store as they clearly should not have been sold. Wont be back again.

I had the Williamsburg(the Salmon Bagel), I really liked it. The Muffins were good too. I have never found a muffin that I did not like.

Nothing compares to the bagels here! Even the people in line were jovial as we wont moved forward towards our prize. The dark roast coffee was excellent. I like that we can choose from multiple coffee roasts.

Well, in full confidence, we can say that these bagels are the best and exactly like the ones of Long Island. Also, the service team have been awesome every single time we have been there!
