I have been here on 3 separate occasions and each time the staff was amazing. The only downside to the location is that it is franchised so you are unable to place an order through the app. Aside from that, the staff is super friendly, food is fast, and location is always clean.

The food is always fresh! The staff is always on point and extremely friendly. They are quick to deliver. They come to work to go above and beyond. My favorite breakfast.

Today I had the pleasure of being waited on by happy and friendly staff, and a clean dining area. For the first time in months my name was spelled correctly on my receipt. When the coffee ran out, fresh and hot coffee was immediately replaced. The crew came out to collect baskets, wipe counters, and deliver food multiple times. It was running like a well-oiled machine.

Einstein has some good Bagels (the more expensive premium ones) and a couple of friendly employees but thats pretty much it. The meals are overpriced for what you get.

Best bagels in town of course. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the schedule. They close early so if you want a late lunch go elsewhere. They used to have the best cold brew here but its been a bit watered down as of late. Always friendly and helpful service every single time I eat here. Save me an everything bagel please!

Always a pleasant experience. Store is clean, food is great, staff is polite, helpful and caring, especially La donna and Lisa. My last visit on 5/8/2021. At Vero Beach store. It was very busy but as soon as I walked in I was greeted and I was fourth in line ! Impressive !

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Only 2 out of 6 employees NOT wearing a mask during this pandemic. This demonstrates they do not care about their customers safety. The bagels do not have the proper taste or consistency. The crust is too soft.

Super friendly service and the bagels were so fresh and yummy. I had the pretzel bagel and the Spinach Florentine. Today, 11/17/18 had breakfast with my nephew and his girlfriend. We ordered Spinach, Mushroom & Swiss with one egg on pretzel bagels and one Chorizo Sunrise two egg bagel with regular coffee and O-Juice and ate inside. Took some pretzel bagels and Spinach Florentine bagels home for the rest of the family. Super yummy and great service! Thank you! Also joined their loyalty program online.

So the bagels are so good! BUT every single time and I mean every single time I go to Einstein’s (I only have one in my area) they mess up my order. The first like five times I was super nice about it but it’s like 12x now and I don’t want to eat there anymore.All I ask is that the meat be taken off the sandwich but it always comes with meat anyway. Sucks cuz once they correct it it’s delicious but to even get it remade is like a whole issue. Not worth the drama for me.

Our first visit. Bagels were not great; thinner and not as chewy as we were expecting.The breakfast sandwich was barely warm.The outside of the wrapping was soiled with what possibly looked like chive cream cheese, which neither of us had on our sandwiches.Some of the staff had no masks, the rest had theirs below their noses. I noticed only one staff member wearing his mask properly.Its a convenient location, but very doubtful for returning.

Were from out of town but when we vacation in Sebastian we are sure to stop at this, the Vero location for the freshness of the bagels and the friendly staff.

I was fourth in line in the drive thru and it took about 45 minutes to make it through. I have no idea what was causing the delay, but the staff didnt seem to care in the slightest. Even the people walking in werent leaving.When the car in front of me pulled up to the window, the woman working was showing her something on her phone for about 5 minutes, then leaned out of the drive thru window to take a hit off her vape pen...while working.When it was my turn, there was a man working the window and he turned to me, looked up at the ceiling with his eyes closed for about 10 seconds, and then asked me for my credit card to pay. He handed me my bagels, my CC, and then closed the window. No receipt, no words, nothing.If I owned this store Id fire everyone in there, shut down for a couple of weeks, and pray to god I could salvage my investment before I went out of business. The owner of this place is asleep at the wheel.

Best tasting bagels in the area and a nice selection to choose from. Nice little outdoor area to sit as well.

Rating simply this location alone and not the company. For the price you pay, the amount of shmear (cream cheese in this case) applied to the bagel (for a very high extra charge) is pathetic. Its such a thin application youd be surprised to know its there had you not added it yourself. Not only that, but how difficult to spread cream cheese on a bagel? 4 visits now, and without fail, its scooped out and plopped directly in the center like an ice cream scoop. Just pathetic and honestly enraging when you drop over 4 bucks on a single bagel (4 bagels and 16 dollars in my case for a family) and feel ripped off when you leave. You want your customers to feel like their dollar was not only well spent, but they got quality food for a fair price. Not the case here. Ill spend my money elsewhere, where the company takes care to ensure quality and consumer happiness before revenue. To top it off, the wait times are insane. Drive-thru with 15 minutes on average.

Honestly I usually dont post reviews but I simply had to. Ive gone here three times for the same exact order during lunch time. All three times Ive ordered a tasty turkey sandwich on an everything bagel and chips. The only thing correct each time was the chips. The first time I didnt get an everything bagel. The second time I didnt get an everything bagel and they did not put any turkey inside the bagel at all. I went back inside, they apologized and fixed it as well as gave me a free coupon for another sandwich. About a week later I came back for the same order and they got the everything bagel correct but did not put turkey on the bagel once again. I would not recommend this location. Every other location has been awesome and on point.

We went on a Saturday around 8am. There were about five other customers in the store. Were ordered six bagels and a couple of coffees. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was a great experience.

Didnt feel safe at all the electrician/ac repair guy who was there didnt have a mask at all put his head deep in the cooler and on top of it he walked behind the counter where all the food is exposed touching everything bare handed. After i ask an employee why he has no mask i got a stupid answer,, oh that is Mat we now him,, will not recommend at all. NOT SAFE

Einsteins in Vero always satisfies. For breakfast or lunch its hard to beat the great food, coffee and amazing staff.One of my favorite bagels is their Power Protein bagel. Its always fresh and the service is always friendly and efficient. Ive also used them for catering breakfast events in town and they never let me down!If you go in often enough, they will learn your name and make you feel like youre coming home! Its one of the few places that still call you by name!!

I left feeling VERY offended and it takes a lot for me to pull the race card, but I ordered and at that time I was the only one in the store about 7 people including a family ordered after me ALL got their order before me. I asked “please explain to me why people coming after me got their order before me?” I was told my order will be coming up and then another person who came after me got their order too. Now I’m the only one there left standing in that store when I was the first to order and I was the ONLY BLACK. I asked for my money back. It add insult to injury It was multiple black guys working their the ones I advocate for and they saw me standing there and still allowed me to be looked over. Remind you I’m here in Vero assisting with helping keep medical staff free of Covid-19 and that is the thanks I get when I don’t even live here. I left feeling highly offended!!

Fast fresh tasting and over all excellent experience

I always get the egg and chorizo on jalapeno bagel which is incredibly delicious. Howard is such an asset and seems to always be so happy, creating a calmness in the middle of a very busy atmosphere.

I often go out of my way to stop here for their soft yummy bagels. Oh the deliciousness of their products. Always busy staff and one has to wait a little bit but oh those bagels!! Just a pleasure to go in, sit down even, and some 20 minutes totally relaxed and satisfied. My favourite bagels out of here, Publix, and Duncan Donuts. None comes close to Einstein

It is just a chain so i souldnt have had my hopes up like i did and i went there with to high of standards. That everything bagel was small basically a plain one with the stuff sprinkled on top. Where i used to live they actually cook that eggs. I like my eggs over easy/over medium and no pepper in my eggs. I said how i wanted by eggs and the girl at the counter stairs at me and gave me a weird look. It would of been nice if she told me how the eggs are cooked instead of just give me a look. And there was little to no cheese and one piece of chain resturant cooked bacon.

I usually never write a review but I thought this experience deserved one. They are having an inspection today so you would think they will provide better service. I barely ever come to get breakfast here because I rather buy a bagel at wawa and get someone with a better personality make one for me. I wanted to add to my bagel and the guy cut me off and gave me my total... So forget if I wanted a coffee with my order right? I pulled up he didnt say hi nothing.... I gave him my card he took it heres your food thats our conversation I said have a great day he close the sliding window....I left noticed no receipt no napkins, seriously.Called and manager picked up to tell me all these excuses as they have an inspection.What can she offer meI dont want nothing free from youA simple better morning start would of been greatShe was sarcastic to want to take a cell phone photo of my receipt, OK..Never again, forget this place.

Great bagels. Closest we can get to the NY ones I grew up with. Great selection as well. I would give it 5 stars but using the drive through is long and tedious process. If you are there and several cars in front of you, take a book with you. Its going to take a while for your food.

Disappointed this morning. Ordered our food, paid and got our drinks. Sat down to wait for our order. Never heard our name called. After waiting of 15-20 minutes and realizing everyone after us was getting their food. Asked where our food was. Was told the basket sitting on the counter was one of our orders, which means the other one was probably taken. It was cold. I was told they were now making another sandwich to replace i . As I saw glares from the sandwich line. Waited another 10 monute . Asked where the sandwich was again, and found out it had been sitting in a bag at the sandwich prep line. Im inbetween giving this a 2 or 3. The coffee was delicious but over priced. The bagels were soft and fresh but once made into a breakfast sandwich (eggs sausage and cheese) was mediocre at best. For the price totally not worth it.Nice envirnoment, pleasant employees, all around good service but not worth the price.I verbally said this is probably the best coffee ive ever had from a store (vanilla hazelnut). If it were cheaper id probably go there just for the coffee regularly.

First visit to Einstein Bros. Bagels the service top notch and cleanliness was spot on. The reason I didnt give them a 5 star rating is Im from Brooklyn which is the capital of great bagels. The bagels need to be a little larger and they also need to be slightly harder on the outside otherwise they were quite tasty.

Hard-working crew. I wish they had something more interesting on their menu lineup. Of course, as a franchise, theyre limited in what they can offer.

Staff is friendly. They always make sure you are taken care of. Their green chili bagel is awesome. The coffee is pretty good too. Great place to get a box of bagels for the office.

Havent been here for quite a while. Got my usual....Spinach, Swiss and mushroom with egg bagel. Had that on everything bagel. With a iced mocha it was a perfect start to my day.

My order is always wrong, which is sad when youre only getting one bagel. And the cream cheese tastes like butter. Not worth your time or money.

They are relatively quick, the food is good and the orders are correct. It is a bit out of our way but it is a special treat to get. I enjoy their French toast bagel sandwich with the maple spread, cheddar cheese, bacon and egg.

Food is all the same cross the nation shop was pretty busy but still had our orders in a timely manner employees are friendly but the building needed some updating especially the flooring.

Einstein Brothers Bagels is a successful restaurant chain because theyve come up with a menu people like and have mastered the ability of delivering their menu items in a manner that is timely. I got what I ordered quickly, from a polite sale clerk, and it was good as expected.

Everyone already knows how awesome this place is. Sarah and the whole team is fantastic. I look forward to seeing them a few days a week.
