I purchased a great used bicycle at a great price also used Him to repair my Girlfriends bicycle, fast and fair

I called to ask a simple question and the owner was rude and impatient, and constantly interrupting me. He would not let me finish explaining what I was looking to purchase. I finally told him he had a bad attitude and I would call another bicycle shop, which I did.

This man is absolutely insane. He has absolutely no manners, or politeness for lack of a better term. I have been building custom MTB and carbon bikes for over 10 years and wanted to see what he had out of interest.I Immediately left, went to Alan’s, and was treated with respect and got the right parts to boot.

If you want a good laugh, stop in! This bike shop is only a bike shop In the sense of its name. Otherwise it’s a garage bay full of junk. I can 100% confirm the other reviews though, the owner acts like a maniac and it is hilarious to see.

If I could give 0 stars I would.This man, no, this lunatic, verbally assaulted me when I came in looking for a used bike. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Saw a bike I was interested in at a fair price, but there is no way I would support this mans business after the way he spoke to me. Please don’t waste your time or sanity by visiting his shop.Direct quote.... “You’re a f***ing fat pud”

I have purchased 2 bikes from here in the last year and got a good deal. We are still using them weekly and have been back for tire repairs and tune ups. Honest dependable place. Our kids are know going there for used bikes and repairs. check him out. Nice owner. Upfront and honest.

If i could put 0 stars i would as well. The man that treated me was extremely rude and does not know how to treat clients. Dont waste your time going there. I dont think this man should have a place like this if he is going to treat people in that form!

Needs to listen more and talk less

Have bought two bikes from him. He was very nice, he only accepts cash and was about to close so he held on from closing so I could run to an ATM really quick. He was honest and directly informative some people might take it as rude, but its just blunt and straight to the point. He is also extremely fair on prices.

I think his mannerisms and personality are sterotypical of someone from NY or NJ. If you can ignore him and what he says, hell fix your bike for cash.

Outstanding service and excellent value for the price. My family has been buying bikes, three Jamis ($300.00 ech) and several used bikes from Harley over the last ten years, he is very professional and knowledgeable about bikes and what will work best for you. He has always a gentleman, truly a Plus for our community and businesses.

The guy is really rude. He was trying to be funny all the time (in a mean way) and would make fun of me when I was trying bikes. Theres not really a variety to choose from.

Please dont waste your time!! Me and my husband came here looking for a bike for our granddaughter and we werent greeted with a friendly tone at all. The guy changed the price of the raggedy bike twice within 1min then said hell put training wheels on it for $20 and $20 just to put them on SERIOUSLY!! The last straw was when he told my husband our granddaughter couldnt ride the bike OKAY Walmart here we come brand new bike for less training wheels and all

Stopped by looking for vintage parts or bicycles and the owner was extremely rude. Would not let me in his shop, and then proceeded to tell me to come back when I had some money to spend. Mind you, I stopped in looking for specific things and had cash in my pocket for them. Maybe he was having a bad day or something but he definetly wont have to worry about me spending any of my money at his shop. Hopefully he will read this and not be so quick to judge people, or assume so fast weather or not somebodys going to spend money or not. All within 5 minutes..... Good luck with your business running off your only customers at the time.

I should have read the reviews before I came. The customer service is horrible. He snapped at my children for touching his bikes. Then demanded cash only after service. He held my daughters bike until I drove to an ATM to bring back the cash. Will never come here again.

Went to shop for a tube repair kit ended up buying 2 tubes for half the cost of one tube at wally world.

This shop is a joke! If this was the only shop in town I would tell my friends to go to Walmart or go buy tools and watch some youtube vids! If you visit this guys shop......good chance you will leave with high blood pressure. Good luck.

Extremely rude and unprofessional person.

Took my wifes bike in after another shop quoted $100 to fix broken spokes. They fixed and charged $40.00 !!

Told me I had a defective part and needed a new shifter. I told him it was brand new. I took the bike to Alan’s Bicycles and he adjusted the part and I was on my way.

Terrible service
