We had all of our cabinetry--kitchen, bathrooms, bar area, showcases and library bookcases done by Snow. We were overall very pleased with quality and the workmanship and the installation. This was two years ago.And, just this week, we had a small repair necessary. The owners were most accommodating to schedule someone to come out to our home within 3 days of my request.And, the person who came to work on it was absolutely the most professional and detail oriented. Very pleased.

We are very, very happy with Snow Cabinetry. They designed, built, and installed a custom designed desk for our new home. The craftsmanship was on point. The quality of finish was outstanding.Snow Cabinetry was very easy to work with. They were professional, on time with delivery, and the craftsmanship was outstanding.Lastly, the installer was very detailed and the finished product was impeccable.

Snow cabinetry refinished our chairs to a high gloss finish. They were eager to obtain the exact finish we were looking for. Their workmanship is excellent and they were extremely helpful; the job was completed in a very timely manner. We are sure to use them again to refinish our kitchen cabinets and to create new cabinets in our living room. So glad to find this gem of a business.

I contacted other cabinet makers, most couldnt be troubled making a cabinet that we needed. Snow Custom Cabinetry did the job quickly and carefully, the color, the mouldings and everything about it was a dead-on match. I will use them again when I need a cabinet made.

Craig came to the house, on time, and we discussed the scope of the work. His input was very valuable, as some of his suggestions I had never thought of. The material used was of good quality and should last forever. The installation team kept me informed of when they would arriving. The work done was professional and they were also very friendly. Friendly and very helpful staff. Took the time to listen about my needs and quality I was seeking. They asked me about my budget for my kitchen cabinets and then proceeded to provide several design options with various materials that exactly met my needs. Now after such a pleasant experience, Snow Cabinetry will be the first place I go to look for the cabinets for the rest of my home.

The kindest thing I can say is that working with this company was an unmitigated disaster. Their in house designer worked with me for weeks on the layout of my kitchen and bathrooms - when the cabinets in the kitchen arriived 40% had to be ripped out and re-done. Measurements were so far off that I had to have a wall rebuilt twice and my hardwood floors repaired twice. I still have a hole to the outside where the vent for the hood was wrongly placed. The kitchen island was installed in a visibly crooked manner.The designer left and an installer who was not an employee of the company was hired to install the new cabinets. He leaked transmission fluid all over my cobblestone drive on multiple occasions (which I still cannot get out) - spent an hour or two, maybe three then left. When I complained both to the company and to him, nothing was done about it. In fact, Snows informed me that he was an independent contractor and his time was his own (!). He was finally let go when it became apparent that the cabinets were not aligning properly and it had been nearly two weeks!Finally, they sent a very skilled craftsman from their shop who spent well over a week repairing the mistakes and trying to fix the damage. He was wonderful and the only good thing about this entire ordeal.He should have been sent in the first place.I never received a follow up from the owner and I barely received an apology for the time, extra costs, inconvenience and stress this caused.I never write poor reviews, ever, but this time it is deserved. I hope they take this to heart and improve their customer service and operations. This ordeal cost me weeks of wasted time, money, stress, and delayed the job extensively by throwing the schedule off for everyone else.I know they have a reputation to uphold - in fact, I was referred by a lifelong friend of the owner - but the way this job was handled and the way I was treated is the worst experience I have ever had in building/remodeling.
