I called first. The gentleman on phone was polite, took his time to explain where and how I could find the info I needed for him and he was very knowlegable. I arrived at store right where his directions said it would be. The store was bright and clean. Again the gentleman was polite and like he said, he had the part I needed. Best part was he didnt try to over sell me. In fact, I had to ask if he thought I should buy a charging cord while I was at it.

Would give less than zero if I could. TERRIBLE service, incompetent associates. I dropped an IPAD off yesterday for repair. I was told a battery replacement would take about 2.5 hours and I would be called when ready. No one called, so I called the following day. I was told that they forgot to call but the IPAD was ready. I picked it up today. I paid $100 for the new battery. I got home and found that the IPAD does not charge. I called the store and the same associate who took it in yesterday, and who was also there today when I picked it up, is the one who answered the phone. I told her what was going on and she said yeah, the charging port isnt working thats the reason why it isnt charging!!! I said why wouldnt you tell me that when I was just in front of you, or when I paid the $100 thinking it was fixed her response yeah, someone should have mentioned it to you! That was it! Will never go back there. I had a phone repaired there prior and the associate was much more competent. Today they were more interested in talking to a guy that was there visiting them from another store. They obviously did not want to be interrupted to tell me that the IPAD was still not working.

Highly recommend going to repair store! some where else the services here was not professional at all, my cell phone still not work properly & they was not willing to work with me very rude from the start. Went to the mall get my phone fix at reasonably price & very honest caring guys that work there.

Took my phone there for screen repair twice before. When I was there a few weeks ago, I let them know I needed phone charger and the worker selected one for me. Later I realized that it does not work with my phone and brought it back today to exchange for the correct one. Male worker asked if I had receipt, which I no longer had, but he was able to pull up my account on their system and saw that I was just in there. They did not notate the purchase of a charger so they would not exchange. I understand it is preferred to have a receipt but all of my other transactions were in their system so this should have been in there as well. It seemed they did not want to take care of their customer so I will not be back.

Ordered on line and picked up curbside. The order was ready in minutes and the girl who brought them to my car came out quickly and was very courteous. One of the few places that carry these batteries locally.

I had a battery that was dying. It still would take some charge but it did leave me needing a jump start 2 times so I wanted it replaced. When I went for the warranty exchange, the meter said needs charge but said battery good. I know the battery has a dying cell because it would take a charge but not keep it. The guy was hesitant to replace which I understand because of all the people taking advantage of warranties. But he made me feel like I was trying to take advantage of a warranty. However, my claim was legitimate, the meter showed a problem, my charging system is fine on the car, so he gave me a new battery. The only reason I gave an 8 instead of a 10 was my transaction took a long time. It was probably at least 30 minutes of waiting and I was the only customer. I would rather he make a quick decision and say yes or no. Do it or dont. But with that said, he left me a satisfied customer.

Very professional, I brought Shane my iphone x when I was in a bind and needed the phone that night. He finished the job just in time before the store closed and it looks/works like new. Two thumbs up 👍 👍

I am disappointed by the stores policy toward key FOB programming. The policy of charging a non-refundable fee (in our case $64) to connect equipment to a vehicle, regardless if the key programming is successful or not, is unfair in my opinion. The key fob service finder on your website does not identify a 2010 Kia Rio5 in the search results (going back only to 2014), yet our vehicle was tested anyway at the recommendation of the store employee. The programming equipment output indicated that either the battery in our vehicle was bad or the connection port was faulty, resulting in a failed test. No.1, the car battery is literally 2 days old having just been replaced and No.2, the port in our car has been used successfully in the past to run diagnostic tests by both a Kia dealer and various auto parts stores. The experience at Batteries Plus leaves one to think that the store went through the exercise of programming knowing that the testing equipment is incompatible with older vehicles. I was willing to accept the risk of 50/50 success in programming our new key fob (purchased on Amazon), but since the fob itself was never even tested I am very dissatisfied that the store charged us for a failed attempt, especially since it took only about 5 minutes of the store employees time.

He was super friendly and kind to everyone, and had a great attitude. He was very knowledgeable, and respectful. If he hates his job you can not tell. he seems to like it very much.

This is my second time needing service for my iPhone and both times I was in and out of the store with 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus to my friends and family, and as a matter of fact I have! Thanks for a great job!

We bought a new key fob for our car and took it there to have it cut. They totally messed it up and the key does not work.Their response was that they dont guarantee their work. Of course, they offered to sell us a new one. Never experienced anything like this before and will not be going back.

Easy peasy. Did a google search for my motorcycle battery. This link came up first or second. I looked at the reviews - all good. Then I saw they had a local presence and I could get a 10% discount by ordering online and picking up at the store. This I did. I even left online instructions to please charge the battery, which they did. The battery options had one-year and two-year guarantees compared to 3-month guarantee at Advantage Auto. Battery was competitively priced. Pick up was smooth. Battery works great (so far). This experience was so good I even went to their franchise page to see about getting into the business. I will definitely go here again.

This is the second time I have used this store for service on an iPhone. The first time it was to replace a cracked screen. This time was to replace the battery in an iPhone 6. Apple was replacing the batteries at one of their stores for $25 because of a recall problem, but the closest Apple store was 45 miles away and this store did it for $39, so I paid more but they were close so it was a reasonable trade-off between price and efficiency. The battery was replaced and the phone works fine now.

During this virus crisis I took advantage of the phone in, curbside pick up. It worked flawlessly and I actually ordered the correct battery!

Very good buying experience. Bought and paid for batteries on website. Received email saying order was ready. Went to store, was asked for ID and credit card used for order. Picked up batteries, doesnt get much easier than that. Employee working at the store was very polite and obliging (sorry dont have his name). Look, all your stores have to do better on getting parts in to fix phones. Called weeks ago, was told the parts would be in on a certain date. Called that day and sorry dont have the parts. This is a huge company.I expect more than sorry. This has happened to me at two different locations. Disappointing!

The website clearly states my cellphone battery was available for pickup at the store and offers a 10% discount for prepayment online. THEN the store calls to say its not available and you have to wait a week.Edit to reply to your response from owner:That you called me to advise me the battery was not in stock is NOT the point. The POINT Is your website is intentionally misleading. It says available when its NOT. I also called the corporate headquarters who told me the same nonsense. Oh well we have to order the batteries from the supplier that takes a week blah blah blah. WALMART does not say available for pickup today when its NOT. And your company is unethical saying it is when you KNOW that the customer will have to WAIT A WEEK. The LEAST you and corporate could have done would have been to FedEX me the battery since it was YOUR error. So much for earning trust.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They charged me $8.00 for a battery you can buy at Publix for $3.50. They also wanted to charge me to let me use a screw driver! Salesman, Chris, said why help the customer when he can charge them a service fee. This place is a rip off, big time.

Dillion, was very helpfull. He allowed me and my crazy kid to see all the fun flashlights and helped her play shadow puppets while he helped me with my phone. Definitely the go to place for fixing a phone and or getting batteries.

The staff was very helpful and understanding when I had to return a camera battery. I bought a battery thinking my malfunctioning camera needed a new one. It turned out that I didnt need a new battery; I needed a new camera.

Dont buy a car battery from these people. I bought one a year ago that went bad and it had a two year warranty. They insisted that it was not the battery so I took it to TWO mechanics to have it tested. Both mechanics said it was my battery. These people refuse to replace it. Terrible customer service.

My wife had her phone screen replaced here. The screen began separating from the phone, so I took it back to the store. The staff, including the owner, refused to repair the phone under warranty. They offered me a $10 discount. The service is terrible and work product is overrated.

I got my screen on my phone “fixed” yesterday and was told i had a 6 month warranty and to stop in if I had any issues. I later realized that the screen wasn’t functioning properly and my fully charged battery died within an hour twice. so I stopped in this morning and there was a very rude sales associate ken working. he wasn’t helpful at all and didn’t acknowledge that it was malfunctioning so I asked him if I could speak to a manager and he said no, I asked if he could call the manager he refused, when I asked how to contact him to get this taken care of he pointed to a business card..when I called the number it just rang to the store I was standing in and ken just looked so smug. Then asked me to leave the store and called the sheriffs dept. I have never experienced someone so rude and unprofessional. I would stay away from this store they are crooks who have no customer service and don’t truly guarantee their work. After I left I put in an email to the gm and called the corporate office and still no response.

IPhone 6 screen repair.  This place saved my vacation!  Highly recommended.

The service here was outstanding! I went to ifixit and they had poor customer service. Told me lies about their inventory but that is besides the point. Here they were efficient and replaced my screen perfectly. Would defiantly choose this place over the dump in the mall any day. They know what they are doing unlike the youth that works at ifixit. Best Buy even turned me away from ifixit and Im so glad they sent me here instead. 11/10 would recommend.

I got a car battery and the cells apparently died within my warranty time and store clerk refused to replace while still under warranty. Very upsetting!!!

Easy to deal with!

Took over 50 minutes to do something that I was told would take 15 minutes. The salesperson kept waiting on others instead of completing my work when I was at the head of the line. Not goo.

Had my iphone 6s screen repaired and immediately could tell the quality difference with the new screen. The color was nowhere as bright as the OEM screen. The new screen also would not allow me to where my polarized glasses while looking at the screen, the whole screen would be black. After I had them install my new screen I was experience battery problems where my phone would shut off for no reason and turn back on with 20% more battery than it had before it shut off. 1 month later the screen cracked in my front pocket while I was driving. Brought phone to a DIFFERENT EXPERIENCED phone repair who told me the screen they installed was a cheap Chinese one that was no comparison to the OEM screen. He also said I was having battery issues because they didnt unplug my battery when changing my screen which caused the battery to short out.
