My animation/video editing workstations are custom built in Pennsylvania, so Im particular about to whom I take one when Im having an issue. When Im out of town, its difficult to find a truly knowledgeable troubleshooter who excels at more than viruses.Computer Connection has my full confidence to provide that expertise. Both Vivian and Michael are helpful, timely, and professional, and their prices are reasonable.I just got my workstation back, and its working flawlessly. Im elated because when Im without my computer, Im a lost soul.

My computer crashed and Dell wanted a week or two to examine the laptop, even with a warranty. I was also told that it was probably a hard drive failure and I probably lost every thing. I called computer connection and told them I needed a miracle in hours not weeks. They fixed my laptop in hours, all my files and programs in place and the cost was nominal. Im so happy I called these people.

I was very happy with the service I received. My computer was done in a few hours and the price was amazing! I learned a few things too. I will definitely be using them again in the future for all my computer needs.

I called to ask if Computer Connection sold mechanical keyboards. The lady who answered the phone didnt give her name. When I asked if they sold mechanical keyboards, she told me shes been working there for many many years and has never heard of a mechanical keyboard. We talked a little more about what they were and she said they do have keyboards but I would have to come in and see if they were mechanical or not. I said thank you and she promptly hung up on me.Im pretty sure they dont accidentally have mechanical keyboards in stock, so I wont be stopping by. I found the ladys attitude and approach rude, unprofessional, and quite off-putting. :(

I was at Computer Connections during the midst of the Corona shutdown. My laptop had quit working. They spent most of a day determining it was a lost cause. So I bought a used laptop from them for a reasonable price. I found Darlene and her husband extremely friendly and thorough. For all that they did for me, I believe I got a very good deal. I would not hesitate to use their services.

Mike and Vivian are the best! Highly knowledgeable and they offer superb customer service at very reasonable prices. Theyve been in the same location for over 20 years, I believe!

After Windows 10 update my PC began having many issues. Slow and freezing. Took it into Computer Connection and within two days I had my PC back running great. Informative as to what was going on and friendly service. Many thanks for getting me up and running again.

Good People. Excellent Service. They are honest, professional, and skilled. I have lived in the area for 5 years and I have not found a better place to get a Computer Repaired. And, if you have a computer that is a lost cause they tell you upfront without charging you a fortune. They even have new and used computers to purchase for your convenience. I will not go anywhere else when it comes to my Computers.

My laptop suddenly stopped working, I couldnt do anything with it. Ive had my laptop for nearly 2 years and never had a problem with it before this incident and it was the first time Ive ever had an issue with a laptop, so I had NO idea what to do. A good friend recommend I bring it here and I DO NOT REGRET IT! The people there were super nice even though I was a complete mess. And whats better is they fixed my laptop, good as new, in less than a day. 10/10 would recommend Computer Connections and Ill defiantly be going back if I ever run into a problem again.

I’ve been trying to find a video card for my computer and it really has been a pain in the butt, and I’m now on my 3rd attempt and so I went here to pick up a card and mike was very nice and hooked me up with a card. I went home and realized that I needed one that had a PCI 16 and the card was the wrong type. So I called and came back up and he immediately refunded me and made me feel so much better. I hate returning products and most places make you feel like 2 inches tall for doing it. I’ve had a great experience and they now have a customer for life. Thanks guys!!!

Words cannot express how happy I was with this company. My main server and my cash register station both had CRASHED hard drives at 8am Feb 13th. They were able to get my server back up with a new faster hard drive by that day at 1:30 pm., my cash register hard drive the next day! The price was so unbelievably fair and the service was beyond measure, this is a great family owned business run by a caring and knowledgeable couple. Computer Connection is what make are family run businesses in Vero simply the best!

I see the 5* reviews and cant believe my eyes. The tech signs in to your private email accounts (how did he get my Google passwords?), then you get spam for years on end. The owners are rude and know nothing about generals or specifics, only know how to blame their lack of knowledge on Microsoft. After failing with Computer Connection, I took both of my computers to a private individual and had all issues resolved in a day. Computer Connection was a referral for me. I will NOT be passing that referral on.

Knowledgable and honest. They couldnt get parts for my apple, but diagnosed the problem and made good suggestions without charging me.

Great service, very honest and professional! Dropped cpu off and received notice 2hrs later that it was fixed. I wasnt even charged any money as it was a simple repair. I will definitely be back for any future cpu repairs
