How’s this for a scam? Look carefully at the pictures. Marking the “Was” price up to an inflated amount and trying to sell the items for almost twice the price of Amazon? Low class Office Depot

Well stocked and conveniently located, this Office Depot serves the public well. It has all the items you would expect plus it has a copy center that can print large prints and other formats not typically possible on a desktop printer. Customer service was excellent. Can’t really think of anything they could be doing better. Happy shopping!

Great place to go if you want to be completely ignored. I needed help printing a label because my printer was broken. I stood forat least 15 minutes, told the salesperson my problem and he still ignored me. I was going to buy a new printer as well. Staples always are very helpful and kind. I wont be back to Office Depot..ever...

I wouldn’t call this an office depot review but more of a “Cory” review! Cory is an awesome employee and he is always working when I have a printing/cutting service. He always goes above and beyond with making sure my order is exactly what I want! Seriously, Office Depot is so lucky to have him! I will continue to come back because of the great customer service I received.

I had to refund a product because I bought the wrong one and the cashiers were great but the old dude who was manager treated me like garbage and wouldnt give me my money and kept the item because it was already processed this store is a joke.

Standing in line for 20 minutes why employees walk around and talk to each other, standing on their phone, just zoned out why Im obviously standing in line waiting. Will not return, staples can get my business

Employees are very knowledgeable and the store is well stocked and clean. Nice to see a company training properly to ensure employee product knowledge and customer service experience.

I would like to say thank you and give credit where credit is due. A few days ago I had a major project that I needed to be printed and bound. Lauren went above and beyond with making sure that my project was done extremely well and she treated me even better. Its hard to find good customer service these days, but she did everything with a smile and a very nice conversation. I will definitely trust her with anything I have in the future.

Office Depot in Vero Beach gives great service! Its bright and clean too! When you walk in the store there are at least one employee that welcomes you ready to assist with whatever you need. My husband and I have always been impressed with this store and the staff. For some reason we were in the habit of just going straight to Best Buy, but would leave there frustrated because of being ignored. Theres usually lots of staff in the computer and camera section, but they stand around visiting with one another, and dont even acknowledge that youre there. After enough times of that, we finally just started going to this store. Every once in a while well go to Best Buy hoping it has improved. Nope. We leave there aggravated and empty handed and head on over to Office Depot where we are welcome and appreciated.Normally if I read a review like this, I would think its coming from someone working for Office Depot, or a disgruntled ex-employee of Best Buy. Neither are the case. We are local residents of Vero Beach.

Great prices, especially for back-to-school. Very friendly and helpful staff. Just wish we had one in Sebastian.

We did all our print & copy services at this store for over 10 years.Initially, very satisfied.Sometimes we had as many as 50,000 copies.We bought numerous computers, printers, etc. here.Then management changed around 2015.Almost immediately we had severe copy problems where pages were missing, out of order, etc.The management actually blamed us, claiming thats the way we brought them in.Just recently we attempted to have them print up cards for our business.They couldnt even get that right, losing the order twice, if you can believe that.This is only reflective of their Vero Beach store.We have not had problems at other Office Depot stores.We now go to Staples with out $25,000 annual worth of business.

Salesman was great but equipment is worn out and is only nominally functional. Constantly had to re-enter information, even when simply wanting to hit accecpt. Punched p and got 0 then m came back everything but m. Finally hit just print receipt. After all it was just 12 cents for the one page. Still, it could just as well have been $12 for a larger print job. After talking to people there the responses were all the same; takes about an hour, what with wait time and dysfunctional equipment. Too bad.

What a terrible experience. I went to purchase a desk with a friend, and they were unable to split the cost onto two cards. Maybe some can educate me, but Ive never heard of that being an issue anywhere else. Ive split the cost for numerous products at other locations, and had no problem. They claim it was anti money laundering, which doesnt make any sense. If it wasnt possible to split the cost at any store, I could understand... but thats not the case. Not to mention the sales woman we dealt with, was very annoying, and in our faces trying to oversell it when we were already convinced.

Today I went to the Vero Beach Office Depo with computer issues. Bob could not have been more helpful and ran a diagnostic test at no charge. Comcast had been telling me the modem they gave me was fine and my computer had viruses. That did not turn out to be true. Bob answered all my questions and give me some useful tips.

The tall kid who waited on us at copy center was great. Didnt get his name but, Thank You!

I wouldnt even give it one star the service was horrible ! My dad looked at a lady for help and she turned away and ignored him... and then when we went to check out I asked to open a line of credit and he looked at me like I was stupid and never opened a line of credit for me... and then I told him my email and he did it all wrong and after I mentioned it was wrong he ignored me and continued on doing what he was doing... and told my dad he HAD to take the 2 year service when it was optional.. gotta say Im not pleased with this place by far.. very dissatisfied!

We were there today for supplies. The department manager was called over to override the register because it would not take there own coupon. The coupon was not valid because he considered a $4 calculator an electronics product. Regardless the real problem was how he treated the woman originally helping us. He was very degrading and bullying. Her reaction left nothing to the imagination that this was not the first time she had this kind of encounter with him. At this point the line was forming and we chose to abandon the purchase for our comfort and the obvious torture of the saleswomen. Shame on Office Depot for allowing this badgering and bullying of there employees.

They made it work. I had a problem with paying with PayPal so they tried ordèring online, which worked. However, the failed in-store purchase locked up my $20 in rewards and the paper I wanted didnt have the buy 2 get 1 deal online. So after the order they did an exchange using in-store pricing and it all worked out. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the original problem of their in store PayPal not working, which caused the issue. But they did great getting around that!

I tried to put some spiral yesterday to a couple of pages but the person didnt want to help me. He said that it could take 30 min and they were closing the store in 1 hour. What???. I left the store very dissapointed and I came back today to do it during the morning and they told me that it could take several hours to make it. (I think they didnt want to work on it).I decided to go to Staples. They helped me and I had it in just 1 hour.If the manager is reading this message,let him know the customer service in your store is the worst that Ive ever had.I have bought several times there but I think after today I wont come back again.

Three customers me being one of them about five to six employees in the in the store two customer service reps very slow had to get help from the sales guy to get one of the customer service reps to help me...

Called in advance to see if I could email a document to print and if it would be ready when I arrived. Well it wasnt printed when I arrived and since I was trying to make a city deadline on a building permit I was late and our of luck. Sucks if the employees cant be honest.
