MainSail Data came through for me yet again. I took my laptop in to the shop for what I thought was one problem, only to find that it was more than one. Yikes, since I run my business from home ON my laptop, I could not afford to be without it for very long. Within 24 hours, it was back up and sailing along smoothly.Paul and Caitlin are such consummate professionals, it is always a pleasure to go in and have them adjust the rudder!Thanks to them and to Dale for running such a tight ship!!!

My daughter recently had her laptop repaired by Mainsail. Paul did a great job. The cost was very reasonable and right in line with the competitors. Everything was explained to her before the repair. He didnt try to take advantage of her by selling her what she didnt need like another repair shop. Id definitely recommend Mainsail for any IT needs.

This week I had my second experience with Mail Sail Data. The first time they completely retrieved my data from a crashed hard drive from a laptop. 2 other places said they couldnt help me. This time, they restored an iPhone that had crashed and wouldnt power up past the apple. Paul is so knowledgeable and persistent, plus hes pleasant and professional. He wont give up until hes tried EVERYTHING. This time, it was 3 other places that turned me away and said it was hopeless. The only reason I didnt start at MainSail was because they werent open when I was first investigating the problem. Next time i need data recovery services, I will just wait and go there. Thank you to Mail Sail Data for such an amazing experience. You are proof that good customer service still exists.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my computer and website needs. The owner is top notch and really cares about his clients. Would recommend to ANYONE!
