Staples is my store to buy any office supplies and some needed furniture for my office. They have a wide selection of office supplies at reasonable prices.. They also have a great awards program for purchases. The customer service and staff are professional, and helpful and friendly.. Looking forward to my next visit. Keep up the good work.. Thanks.. ☺

Teresa the Supervisor from the special printing department was such a help. We were having an issue with getting my husbands resume correct, it was taking way to many times for them to get it right so Teresa stepped in to help, within a matter of minutes she did all the correction necessary, and printed all the copies we asked for plus included the CD with no additional cost other then the price of the resume cost.If it wasnt for her and her help, we would have gone somewhere else, and it would have taken longer. She is a blessing in that department. I gave her 5 stars, if I could have given her more, I would have.

Its a place to get what you need, but prices seem high. Also the copy center at all these stores seems either overwhelmed or too busy.

My 87 year old mom and I went in to Staples to inquire about a new printer. Rick helped us so much that day and when I went back to purchase it he was there for us again. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Other staff members who helped us were also great, with one exception- a young man who didnt want to help find my moms Staples account. We were able to get it during our next visit to Staples with somebody else who was quite willing to to take the time to help. So overall we were very happy with Staples and with the new printer, including the good price we were able to get. I would definitely shop there again. Its small, which is great, l and and the service is just fine.

The red headed girl that works behind the counter of the printing area is terrible you can tell she really hates her job I have came in there multiple times and she constantly has an attitude or issue she also believes that she understands everything about what Staples can and cant print I think before trying to implement a policy that is false one should educate themselves with what they can and cant actually print as copywriting issues are severe and I can see the concern of a company for infringing upon them I believe that it is up to the staff to know said laws so that when they speak to a customer in regards to what they can and cant do they do it with an informed and educated foot forward rather than just not wanting to do the work.

Rude, ugly and outdated, nasty to special needs customers. Will never go to a staples ever again due to their nasty treatment towards a CHILD. Pitiful.

Comments for today only. Store is not open at 8:26am. Supposed to be open at 8am. No sign on the door. Zero communication with their customers. Terrible.

People who work here are very, very kind and helpful. One woman not only helped me find what I was looking for, but helped me carry my things to the cashier, who was also just terrific. A great experience, for me. Oh, and my things were on sale, too. Sweet!

If I’m in the area and I need some office supplies, I will shop here. The actual store is a little on the older side but it’s renovation inside does not indicate that. They sell all the items you would expect them to with regards to office supplies. There’s printing and other services also provided which I’ve used with success. They’re pricing is in-line with other retail big box competitors.

I was very disappointed this time. Ive been doing business with Staples for many, many years. I went their for a monthly expandable file folder. When I could not find it, I asked the store manager for help. They sent me a nice guy who knew less then me about their inventory. So, I left and ordered it from Amazon.

I always went here to get my photos printed. I do photography and scrapbooking. And I like the variety I could get matte prints on cardstock etc. and as a frame shop manager I always sent people there to get their stuff done. Never again. Im doing a charity event and I went to go get some little pictures done for the event and they refuse to print them. They said copyright although the images were not copyright and straight off of Google photos. They photos of 1950s actors and actresses since Im doing a 1950s themed event. Its fine I went to Walgreens and there was no problem. Done with Staples. I wont be referring them to my customers anymore either.

This is the place for all your printing needs they are fast efficient and more than happy to help you set out the layout of a brochure or a business card all the people that work there are fantastic they’re nice and this doesn’t come lightly my reviews garnish over 80,000 Views Great Pl. to shop great place to print or copy

Had an issue with papers I scanned at another staples so came into to rescan the papers and send them to my email instead of a flash drive and they took care of it for me at no charge. Great service.

Was told this location had the Square specific thermal printer we needes and when we arrived, the manager said the 4 they have in stock must have been stolen or damaged out. That was after the very helpful rep asked him if they were in the back, to which he replied, if theyre not out, then we dont have them in stock. About the time the manager cared to start locating it in the back for us, we found it on Amazon from Amazon directly for $190 ($60 cheaper than the one in Staples). I now see why businesses like Sports Authority, Macys, Staples, RadioShack and many more are going out of business when up against cheaper, easier places like Amazon.Get rid of this manager! He just lost you a $250 sale due to carelessness of him/stock manager. The bigger you get, the more careless a corporation gets and it shows Staples. Enjoy closing more stores this year!
