Excellent customer service!!! I left my wallet on the counter. I went back to the store 30 minutes later and they had the wallet set aside. I was so thrilled, they were so kind. Wonderful honest women, thank you.

I would watch this 711, Cathy is the owner and will tell you your debit card is declined and takes the money, this is the 3rd time its happened and I know 2 other people who had the same thing happen... DONT GO TO THIS STORE

The Woman and Man that were working this store tonight were very RUDE AND HAD VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I ASKED WHY MY GAS WASNT PUMPING. BJ IS WHAT SHE SAID HIS NAME WAS, WHICH I DOUBT. I ASKED FOR CORPORATE NUMBER AND PATIENTLY WAITED FOR THE NUMBER SO THEY CAN HELP THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. BOTH WERE YELLING AT ME TELLING ME OF I DONT PICK THE PUMP UP IN 3 MINS IT WILL BE CHARGE BACK TO MY CARD. THE MAN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME TO LEAVE AFTER I TOLD THEM I WANTED THE CORPORATE NUMBER. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABOUT MAKING SURE YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY AND TREATED WITH RESPECT. YOU ARGUING AND YELLING WASNT GOOD SERVICE AND SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE. BOTH SHOULD BE RECOMMENDED FOR THEIR ACTIONS.

Nasty! This store was ok until the new employees came in.the ladies working 1 was filling a bag for free for a young man and the other was on her phone saying come now its dead of course I couldnt get waited on till they were done. will NEVER go to this store again
