Im a owner-operator, I pull the trailers that have the Star on the side (without saying who it is) we have a national discount with TA for service and repairs. I was there on 11/28 to get the same Ultimate service P.M.That I have gotten over the past few months. I was charged $120 over our normal price for the same service that I usually get. After going back and forth with Jose and even showing him my previous invoices it became pointless. I use to love this shop but I think I will be taking my business elsewhere and I did notify the company I run for that this location is overcharging and using deceptive practices.

Clean. Stocked and organized. The staff is cold and unfriendly. I asked about open food on the exit the lady said she dont know anything. You cannot get to half the toilet is someone is on the first urinal

Customer service was horrible the staff wanted to argue with me when I made an order for food and refused to correct it. Don’t stop dirty store rude staff

I checked in at 11am today for tire repair.They said a 3 hour wait.....I asked are you sure,because I can stop down at the Loves in Fort Pierce if its longer then 3 hoursThey reassured me it was going to only be 3 hours..........Well.......here it is 5pm and they said its STILL going to be an hour before the next shift gets in...Lesson learned....never stopping here for service again!!!!

Try to get service I dare you. They have people there but money outlays what you need. Ill gladly spend the $450 for a new steer when I go to a place that wont state one thing and do another.

This is a nice TA. Very good simple truck parking set up.

Tried to fuel at pump 3 could not get through all the promps. So i chose to move to pump 7 and experienced very similar problems but finally got the pumps started and fueled. Went to get my fuel receit and notify the fuel attendant and i was completely ignored so i then tried to get a shower and had the exact same problem at the kiosk and finally got it to spit out a shower ticket. So i suggest whoever stop at the T/A in Vero Beach plan on being patient with the equipment everything is in need of replacement.

I often visit this TA for gas and to use their Fed EX drop off box. Ive also been known to partake in some Louisianna fried chicken at their Popeyes in parcel. The gas prices are competitve. The swing space for trucks is excellent. There are 8 mpds and 16 fueling spots. Since the WAWA across the street has opened, the pumps have been readily available. If Im heading into town, its much more convenient than the other stations nearby. For truckers, they have a weigh station, a truck repair shop, a truck rest area, video games, showers, tv lounge, laundry facilities, and of course a convenience store stocked with every imaginable travel trinket and gift available. The Popeyes, Subway, and Country Pride, are the 3 restaurants loosely affiliated with the TA. All three are reasonably managed and kept to above average standards. All in all, you have a fine facility to visit here.

Hands down. Best experience Ive ever had. Ive been driving for a decade now. General manager Dawn is simply the best. Huge heart, very thoughtful and considerate. Long story short-I lost my phone at Mulligans beach house. Boss couldnt get a hold of me so he called Dawn and asked her to do a wellness check on his driver( me). she knocked, saw I was alive and well and let me know what was going on. I told her I lost my phone and she offered to go get it for me. I asked if I could go along and she said sure. We called my boss from her office. And while I made a quick restroom stop she had allready sent an associate to retrieve my phone. She threw in a cup of coffee on the house. Thanks to her good heart I had my phone within the hour. She didnt have to do that, but she did, and I love her for it!!! You are amazing Dawn. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so very much!

Went to the service to have a tire replaced at around 10 oclock. They said they couldnt start the work because they have one mechanic, who is waiting for someone from Landstar to call back so they can go on a road call. Therefore, they couldnt start working. Mind you I am already written up. Its been an hour and half, and both the service writer and the mechanic are just sitting there. I called up a mobile service. Tire changed and still the service vehicle that the mechanic was prepping, is still there!! Its now after midnight. It just doesnt make sense!!! Why dont they wanna work? Oh well. I have a load to go deliver. Good riddance.

Plan on only being hungry from 10 am until 10 pm at this place. Guess thats the hours for the restaurant, subway and popeyes. They made there own covid rules ridiculous. And the lady that works the fuel desk on 3rd shift that talks to us drivers like you would talk to a toddler was no help. Cant stand her voice.

My favorite TA in Florida side Petro in Riddick. Always friendly and clean.

Went into restaurant for dinner. Food not that great but as truck drivers we know this. Waitress was great to start then after getting food never saw her again. No refill on water or tea. Billie you need to do better. Your tips would improve if you improve

I dont know what is going on but i made an appoitment in truck service for dot inspection and i was waiting about 4 hours and nobody here knows nothing at what time this guy will pass, they just say he should ve be here. you have to think twice before losing the day here😡🤥🤥😠

CLEAN!! The best truck stop we’ve ever been too! We frequent this truck stop often and it’s consistently being well maintained. The restrooms are always spotless, maintenance people constantly keeping the grounds clean and the staff are ALWAYS very kind and helpful. Dawn, the general manager, is awesome! She took the time to help us out and told us a little about the area. Very professional!TO DO: There’s a small video arcade room for adults along with two massage chairs. A laundromat ($3/wash & $3/dryer) that will get your clothes clean and dry! Showers and a lounge area.FOOD: The truck stop has a huge selection of food (cold/hot breakfast and lunch sandwiches) along with many cold drinks (including alcohol). The coffee is fresh and strong! There’s also a Popeyes, Subway and Country Pride restaurants in the TA. I’ve had food from all three places and they’re all good!Easy in and easy out! Plus there’s a repair and tire shop attached to the back of the TA.This is a must stop for anyone looking to stretch their legs, grab a bite to eat and of course grab some gas!

Today 11/27/2020 12:42pm i had the best salad thanks to Mrs. Patty Perry she made it so good and special for me and i had the best well welcome to the restaurant by Mrs. Laurie Bury made me feel like home i am from Alton, Texas 78573 droping a load near by after the salad, I order a Ribeye steak it was cook and made by Cheff Patrick Corben; he even came out to ask me if the steak was good. Man it was the best steak of the state of Florida i recommend this restaurant and cheff and this customer service personnal.. people like them makes you feel good and come back sorry i all ready eated the steak forgot to take a picture🤤🤤🤤

Nice little truck stop! Has several restaurants in it, to include an actual sit down and eat, Mom n’ Pops restaurant! Really good food. Has many different souvenirs and electronics who doesn’t love that!?

Its a good quick sandwich place. Has a full kitchen. Went there for lunch. Late lunch. Few people there. Comfort food. Staff friendly. Helpful.

Excellent truck stop, customer service very good, very clean and safe parking, plenty of space, I’m a veteran driver I only stop at 5 star truck stops this is one of them, clean showers, with plenty of towels, you can walk to other food chains. Service department, excellent, Emile is great.

Restaurant doesnt open till 0800 and they took out the benches out front which is pretty ridiculous covid is the biggest scam next to global warming wake up people

Convenient location. Great gas. Lots of fast food restaurants readily available. Almost everything you need in one truck stop travel mart location can be found right here. I always feel safe here with and without my husband beside me.

1) fuel desk? always nice and the girls are trained. They know their job.2) bathrooms? Usually clean and not scary. Thank you!!3) restaurant? Our favorite part of this location. Laura is always our server. We dont sit in any other location. Food is always cooked well and presented well. Clean area and tables. Conversation is fun, entertaining and literate.4) parking is easy and can usually find a parking space. Parking lot is always clean and free of nasty.Highly recommend.

Took my rest there last night, and enjoyed the visit. The store is generally clean and well-stocked, and the clerks are very friendly and helpful. I really like this store. Had dinner at the Popeyes and the food was hot and delicious. Thanks for a great job

Not enough ultra credits for the gallons I get.

Nice little salad bar with some soup. Todays was cream of potato and vegetarian vegetable, both fine. I had the spaghetti and meatballs which were simple but didnt have enough sauce for the whole dish but enough for lunch. The waitress gave me my menu and a while later after I pulled out my cellphone to play candy crush she came over and said she thinks she might have forgotten me. There where three other customers in the restaurant so okay. They did have a dessert I wanted but my check was given right after I received the meal so I skipped the dessert as I felt they wanted the customers to leave as soon as possible. I will occasionally go in for the small salad bar, but the entrees are just average. The waitress was nice and did okay.

This gas station is conveniently located near I 95 exit 147. It has ample parking for cars and trucks. It is safe to leave vehicles over night. There is a good restaurant next door. Bathrooms are clean!

Extreme issues in the country pride restaurant today... Service was good however the management should take a hard look at the kitchen.. everyone was sitting and I saw some dishes returned.. typically not like this here.. good luck. Tuff job no doubt .

Prices are okay, bathroom is clean and there are two places to eat. Plus a convenience store.

Always a very friendly staff, quick service and great prices. And if youre hungry the restaurant is about one of the best around.

TA’s have always been my favorite truck stops and this is a damn good one! clean nice smelling restroom w/plenty of urinals & stalls, plenty washer & dryers... plenty of food choices and most of all, lots of truck parking spaces!

A wonderful place to stop! Clean restrooms, FRIENDLY staff, and a variety of goods that cater to all sojourners, regardless of age. I love checking out truck stops because they sell a variety of items youre not going to find just anywhere. They even had c-pap replacement hoses! I mean, if youre going to stop to refuel and refresh anyhow, you might as well stop where you can look around while stretching your legs.Cameron was at the register- it was his hospitality and professionalism that prompted this review.Keep up the great work!

The T.A. is centrally located, right @ I-95. There are more then one restaurant @ the the T.A. and in the area, close by. In walking distance. Not to mention, hotels. Which there is more then one, in a walking distance as well. Everything about the T.A. is great. Such a convenience.

Popeyes in this area is impressive, professional team. Excellent fresh fried chicken, Cajun fries and fresh drinks especially the lemonade! Best of all is really the team, professional, welcoming and great sense of humor!

Signed in for DOT inspection at 9:50 am. A few trucks ahead of you Emily told me. Long story short, it’s now 6:00 pm and still waiting. This place is a joke.

The store was clean, but the restaurant and subway are cloused except for popeyes, gross. The manager said they redid the cooler and could sell the drink i wanted, it was all stacked up and not on the shelve. Had to wait wile the manager that was running the cash regester to get off the phone.

Im giving this place three stars becuase the restaurants are closed except Popeyes. I visted during COVID 19 so Im understanding about why their closed, but its still a but of a let down. However, the staff have all been very friendly, and the showers were very clean. Also, the parkimg lot is one of the cleanest Ive seen. A man by the name of Richard passed by me multiple times a day changing trash can liners and picking up what other less polite truckers left behind. The choiciest spots are in the back under the trees, and theres a Pizza place not too far away that delivers with burgers on the menu if you dont want Popeyes. Pulled a 34 here. And I would do it again.

Needed spare tire put on rim from blowout, told them location of bad tire. They dismounted good tire and put on spare. Blowout still on truck wow. They fixed blowout. Bad Bad service. Do not recommend.

Have not ate here in over a year, due to a string of incidents over a 6 month period.It would seem management has improved a bit, salad bar was nice, food was good, service above the standard of the past.Pleasant surprise nice visit, step in right direction Bobby

Always consistent in the restaurant. Good food. Good service. Usually can find parking. Parking lot kept clean. Store is kept stocked. Fuel desk is efficient. One of the better TAs on the East coast. Keep up the good work.

Truck stop is OK. Popeyes is good. Although, truck parking lot is Scuzzy and too small. Too many Reserve Parking spots have ruined it. I no longer overnight there because I do not want my truck to be hit. There are many truck stops that need to RePave their lot and Reduce Reserved Parking

The fast food was good. The whole place pretty clean, and felt safe. The parking and traffic pattern was a mess, due to the busy intersection and heavy truck traffic. We were really only interested in the Popeyes chicken 🐔.

The best rest stop on I 95 make sure to try some chicken

All the squeegees on the diesel side were torn everyone of them, went down the line trying to find one that wouldnt scratch the windshield trying to clean it. All the buckets were empty of washer fluid. There is a bunch of lazy people working here is a nice way to put it!!! Its hard to find good help anymore, including management !!!

This TA is very clean!! Clean bathrooms, clean coffee station, showers are very clean. Staff is constantly in motion working - what a concept!! The Country Pride restaurant is ok - the service is good but the food needs consistancy - cook fresh bacon to each order, crack fresh eggs and use only eggs to each order.

Christmas dinner was great. Real nice people.

The shop wanted to sell me some tires for my steer axle, I politely told them that I’m going to get them replaced in a few days at a more qualified shop that has an alignment rack that can adjust camper. And the tires are more reasonably priced. And what a coincidence!About 30 minutes later a state trooper showed up wanting to inspect my truck, he particularly focused on my steer tires.I asked him if somebody called him, He said his dispatch got a call from one of the shop employees… The tires passed inspection. That just goes to show these shops or not your friend. They are very predatory.

Large parking, parking lot was clean and easy to get in and out of with large RV.Mens room could have used a cleaning.But in there defense the place was rather busy.Only reason for 4 star instead of 5

The night crew is absolutely amazing friendly people, wish I could say the same for the lady working this morning. She has a very cold nasty attitude towards guests. I wish I could say maybe it was just towards me but it wasnt. I stood there waiting for my shower to be called and witnessed her nastiness towards others. Besides her everything else was great. The place is very clean. The set up makes it easy to find what your looking for. Food and showers are great.

Most people dont go to the TA because they know its for the truckers but their food is fabulous and the prices are very reasonable everybody should try it I think you will really enjoy it

I was told there would be a 1 hour wait to get my truck serviced by the elder Arrogant front counter person. Mean while two hours have passed and my vehicle still isn’t in the shop. She had no explanation excerpt for saying the guys are slower then she thought. After taking a call on the phone and making fun of the customers country accent she had to leave for a meeting and couldn’t be bothered with my questions. This place doesn’t seem to be professional or value customers time. Unless you are in a bind go somewhere else

Good #2 fuel, no biodiesel. Full service restaurant with great omelet bar on Sunday morning until 1pm

This is the most beautiful TA Ive seen perhaps bc of the blue skies and green shrubs in Florida but the pond next to the parking lot and lots of wide spaces to turn... Its a good location
