I followed this pharmacist and some of his staff because they are always considerate, intelligent, and kind & 100% legal. They help patients and with one of the most stressful jobs, they do it with grace. I feel very lucky to have found this pharmacist and his team. Im willing to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed just so that I get quality of care. Thank you to the entire staff!!

Refused to fill an out of state palliative care/hospice patient pain meds. Disgraceful

The pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. Not because they are busy - they simply dont want to. Then they seem to use what intelligence they have to invent new ways NOT to help you. Unbelievably bad service.

Ive had nothing but issues at this pharmacy for myself and my brother in law. It is always the other persons fault. Ive moved to this area recently and out of 4 prescriptions theres been 8 problems over the months. It is incredible the amount of screw ups and attitudes here. There was one helpful and cheerful lady who works there. God bless her because shes the only shining light. I give up. Going to Publix.

The new pharmacist is a welcome addition to this CVS. She friendly and very helpful. All her coworkers seem very happy with her addition. The old pharmacy manager Mike was rude and very insulting to customers. Never friendly or helpful. So glad he’s gone!!!

Uhm... those CVS prices are way out of line! Go across the street to Walgreens. Or to be Frugal about prices, go to DOLLAR TREE and be Amazed at how much More you can buy for the same excessive dollar amount you spend in CVS!

Idk if its for COVID or what but theyve got a gender neutral bathroom and an employee bathroom, labeled with printer paper. Which would normally be okay if it were a single person bathroom, but its one with stalls and its just really nerve wracking AND AWKWARD to be a woman in a bathroom and a man comes in...

Awful pharmacy never use!!!! Had my sons RX called in from another state (we just moved here). And the pharmacy manager questioned everything about an electronic prescription-told me all his RXs needed to be there next month and then wanted to call his doctor to make sure he was getting the proper meds he’s been on for over a year!!! Rude awful will never go there again

I have been trying constantly for the past 3 days to register online for a covid-19 test and when I tried to take a picture of my VA card it shuts me down. I want to get this test and I am mad right now because every place I call I get the same thing. We are either too busy or we dont do testing.

Nice and clean store. The cashier was courteous. Prices aren’t bad. The receipts should be illegal.

Ive used this pharmacy for a few years. Never had any issues until recently. Ive been dealing with rude people who get upset with me for asking questions. The last straw was today. My dr sent in a prescription for antibiotics. I was told I have to wait until tomorrow to pick them up. Ive NEVER had to wait more than an hour for antibiotics at any pharmacy for anyone in my family. I will be calling corporate monday.

Text me and said my RX was ready....not!Was told to come back in twenty minutes! Then I questioned the price differences this month it was $27.00, last month $41.00??? Had no real explanation! Go figure!

Very rude pharmacist. Rude to customers, rude to his coworkers, especially women. Never heard someone in a service position speak so rudely to their coworkers or to me. Corporate office does nothing, we’ve called about him and I read other reviews here that others have called about him too. Find a different pharmacy. We did.

The customer service was absolutely terrible, never been treated so rudely in my life, I would definitely recommend going here if you want to recall the feeling of being scolded as a disobedient 4 year old... wish I could leave zero stars.

Never had a bad experience there...Andwe are there quite often. Excellent and helpful pharmacy department no matter how busy they are.

Terrible. They are always out of prescriptions, and they are a pharmacy. I have gone 6 times in 2 years and 5 times they were out of simple prescriptions. Just go somewhere else trust me.

Yeah, this particular pharmacy is horrible. Terrible customer service. Very bad vibe every time I interact with them. I wouldnt trust them with my meds.

There is hardly ever a long line. If so, another clerk comes to help. The store on 60 & Kings Hwy. always leaves me ANGRY. WAY too many people. LONG lines!

Very rude pharmacy

Decent store with all (and more) products you expect to find. Many products are quite expensive comparing them with some regular stores. Got good advice on a blood-pressure machine and bought it.The pharmacy is a different story. I dont have so much time to wait or come back.UPDATE 2021:Nothing changed - will it ever? Expensive batteries and not much help to find a product - blame Covit.
