This star is for Chris, the pharmacist. I was terrified going in for my second COVID shot. This young man was kind, patient, and reassuring and put me at ease. I did not have a good experience with the first shot administered to me by a different person, but I never felt the shot that Chris gave me. I thank him for making my visit so pleasant. Management should be proud to have him on board.Also, and I do not know his name, a gentleman working the floor was super knowledgeable and helpful as I wandered the store for my 15 minutes wait time after my shot. I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere of this store and its employees. It was a pleasure being there that day.

Does not even deserve one star to another customers review below. Terrible customer service with no regard to customer loyalty or business. Do not recommend this pharmacy when there’s 2 across the street who will offer better service and care for the customers!If you’re new to the area do not use this CVS for RX -Publix up the road will treat you far better and do things right the first time.

Great location; great staff 🌟 and in 🌟pharmacy also. Sadly, be patient: customers are self-centered & elderly, and require courtesy in a world of their own, although they do not consider that need for others around them... 🤔 (Americas ME, Me, me, mentality) 😯😲🤫

A girl named Chris, from the pharmacy, answered the my call immediately and took all my information. She was kind, told me her name, and took care of all my prescriptions. A class act! The phamacy department is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was in there Sunday 9-8-2019 Person working check out refused to check me out unless I used self check out. I told why I didnt like them he said he wasnt there to check people out only to show them how to use the self check He was very rude and only wanted to argue with me. POOR SERVICE, Guess they (CVS) doesnt care . CVS should change their name to DC for dont care, There is no Customer Valued Service there anymore.

Phone customer service take forever they need have someone answer questions at the phone

A great place, most of the staffare excellent. They have great pharm staff, with one exception.

I asked for an asthma inhaler for a baby, its a kind of plastic tube to adapt an asthma inhaler for baby (without any medics). The girl there even didnt look at me and just repeated you need a prescription for that. For a plastic tube?!? I finally order it on Walmart...

They keep two self check out registers open and no cashier. God forbid you need a human being. Whoever owns and runs this place should be smacked in front of their children.

The man who worked onAugust 18th from 10-11pm has Really saved me the trouble!I recently discovered my son is allergic to a certain antibiotic and couldnt think of the name and turned out he had an ear infection well of course Im asked the name of the antibiotic...called CVS pharmacy and thank you so much for being able to tell me what antibiotic he had recently filled.Thank you so much!

I would prefer to go to the CVS closest to my home but because the Pharmacist at this location was very mean and uncooperative with me I drive further away. She said she didnt care if I contacted someone about her attitude.

Go to Walgreens or Perkins...The woman who was working at the time was extremely rude to me and insulting to my doctor. She told me my doctor was incompetent to prescribe the medication and that I needed a psychiatrist, (My doctor is well respected in Vero and has been practicing for a very long time.)I was confused and embarrassed she had said this in front of the other workers. I drove across the street and asked the pharmacists there about what she said, and they had no idea what she was talking about. I got my prescription filled with no problems.
