I would give this place 0 stars if I could. You call and call and call. No answer. No voice mail. No website with contact info. You finally get a person on the phone and you cannot understand them. You understand enough that they will be by to pick up your mower that afternoon. You wait and wait and wait and no one shows up. After 2+ weeks waiting for an oil change and the blade sharpened you have to go to the location to ask what is the status of my mower. They say it is done. No call to tell you so. You ask when will it be delivered? The reply is sometime this week. You are supposed to have plans all week to stay home to have your mower delivered?

A great supplier with friendly service! Advised on and sold my dad a generator that is still chugging along. We stopped by a year later to let them know what a positive experience they made the sale.

Ive used them 4 times now and its always Youll get it back in a few days. but the reality is over a week and one time it was almost a month. This last time I was told that they would pick up the Toro and get the starter replaced within a day until after two days i called and was now told A week or week and one-half. Do NOT count on this firm for fast turn-around.

Was told mower would be ready in 1 1/2 weeks when I dropped it off. After repeated calls to check on it, and asked twice for the boss to call me, it was still not fixed and never heard from the boss. I went in to pick it up after they had it for 5 1/2 weeks and was told it was fixed yesterday. Didnt call me to tell me it was ready and didnt call with the estimate (as I asked them to do). I know its only a mower repair shop, but you would think they would have some kind of customer service. But, nope! I will never go there again!!!

I have been doing business with them for about 7 and the service was decent. There was a change of ownership and my equipment has not been repaired for over 6 months! Now they are sending invoices that are from a year ago! Every time that I go in there I pay. Horrible place to do business in now.

The exact toro part I needed.

Horrible service!! i wanted a chainsaw oiler repaired ( a $45.00 repair) All county kept the saw more than three months and still doesnt work. Seems to be their standard operating procedure.

Went to All County because of the lawn mower I bought there are nine years ago was acting up not always starting they picked it up within the hour

Horrible service and kept mower for a month and not only didnt fix the problem but never even worked on the mower just let it sit and then charged me absolute horrendus business

Took old mower that wouldnt start, by next day mower was fixed and running like a charm.

Took mower in for warranty work. I was told it would be done in a week. Two weeks later, still not done with no end in sight, and ZERO communication from ALL COUNTY on what the reason for the delay is. Unprofessional, unethical, and sadly par for the course for these types of businesses in Vero Beach.
