Absolutely Wonderful Service! Dennis Moore was very Helpful and Knowledgeable. Great conversation. Called his store front and they answered right away. We went in to purchase a New Wright Stander X mower and he had everything ready and had us out quickly and smoothly. Highly recommend driving to his Location if you need to purchase any equipment or service work!

Called 5 times to get through to someone as they are listed as a cub cadet service center only to find out they do not service cub cadet trimmers/ small engines. they could be good in other areas but for my uses

I had two weed eaters that needed new carburetors and I brought them to Moore Motors for repair. I also looked at a new mower while I was there. I found the staff to be very helpful. The weed eaters were repaired ahead of schedule and for less money than originally quoted. They have been running fine ever since the repair.

A little expensive, but quality work. I had an issue with my John Deere lawnmower, they were able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue. A couple months later I went in to buy a drive cable for the same mower, slightly above average price compared to online. Knowledgeable employees.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Dropped off pressure washer for warranty work because fuel was leaking and Briggs & Stratton customer service told me they used this guy for warranty work. The man working the counter said this was a common problem and it’d be ready by the end of the week (3-4 days). Seemed like no big deal. I didn’t bother getting any receipt or paperwork from him (my fault, I know better). I guess sometimes I’m too trusting. After TWO WEEKS, I call to check on the status and the man tells me in a very angry/rushed/annoyed tone “it isn’t ready!” I, sort of stunned at his tone say, “ok...well should I call back in a few more days or..?? Just wondering because i thought it would be done by now.” He informs me again in his angry tone “well stuff came up and it isn’t ready! I’ll call you when it’s done!” I mentioned the conversation to my husband that evening but said maybe the guy was just having a bad day, I just couldn’t believe the hostility in his voice especially when that was the first time I called to check the status and it had been so long.. I went on though and thought no more of it. Then about 5 days later he calls and says it’s ready I say oh good, I’ll be there soon. He informs me it’s going to be $98 and some change. I said I dropped this off for warranty work, if it wasn’t covered why didn’t you call to make sure it was ok to proceed? He screams at me that’s it’s ready and come get the damn thing, then tells me he will “f*** it up where no one will know what’s wrong with it”. I was stunned. I had to call the cops because there was no way I was going to deal with this lunatic alone and my husband was at work. The police showed up and got it back for me while I waited outside. The man refused to give ANY paperwork showing what he had done, he told the police “he didn’t touch it” - this was after he told me it was going to be $98 for the repairs he had already done. I have never dealt with any business as horrible as this!!! That guy is a lunatic.Took the pressure washer to Jordan Motors in Vero and they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and treated customers kindly.

, I run a Landscaping Home Improvement business. Every time I have problems with my lawn mowers, I take them to Moore Motors. The guy that repairs to mowers is very knowledgeable in his trade. He does a good job and he knows what hes doing. I will always go to Moore Motors for all my mowers when they have to be repaired. They also work on chainsaws weed wackers. ECT ECT

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Save yourself a lot of money and stress. Buy parts ANYWHERE else. I bought a part and tried returning it 30 min later because the part was faulty. Owner would not listen to my complain and was aggressive and screamed at me, spit in my face, and bumped me with his chest!! Had to buy the $66 part AGAIN from Goodknights who sold me a WORKING part
