We have been going to Luke for probably 10 years, and he is the best! He explains everything clearly. Hes honest about what really needs to be fixed and doesnt try to sneak in unnecessary extras. He also looks out for his customers, and if he is not the right person for the job, he will tell you that. Its so nice to have a fair and trustworthy mechanic in town!

Took my pickup in. They did a great job not only figuring out what was wrong, but did a great job on the repairs as well. They were very transparent in their communications. Very affordable. I first tried the Ford dealership in Middleton and they misdiagnosed the issue and cost me a lot more in repairs to fix the wrong item. I was glad to finally find this place.

I have been coming here since 2009! I wouldnt take my cars anywhere else. I love my mechanic hes very honest and always tries to get me the best deals. My subaru has almost 300,00 miles on it and is in great shape. I really appreciate this little local place. Honest and quality service. Cant beat that at all.

Very helpful place they were recommended to me and was not a disappointed. We were going on vacation and my wifes car needed service and they let us drop the car off and pick it up 15 days later. The day we had to pick it up the werent open due to illness but they were willing to make a trip in so that we could get our car. The price for the repairs was very reasonable and fair compared to going to the dealership. We use to go to Avenue Auto in Verona years ago but since the change of ownership was not happy with the owner that took over am so glad we found out about Verona Service much more pleasant experience. Luke did a good job repairing our car. If anyone would ask me where to take their car I will highly recommend Verona Service.

For starters, Verona Service is tucked away behind the Car Star in a quonset hut. They are about as no-frills as shops get.I went in to get an oil change and get a couple other minor items and waited there, in the corner of their building (theres not a separate room for waiting, so coming with kids would be almost out of the question).They price things reasonably, and I will likely come again but Ill arrange to wait somewhere else.

I went here for a small problem (drop in tire pressure that turned out to be nothing) -- but the service was excellent and inexpensive. Id recommend anyone to come here for car trouble! One of the best experiences Ive had with regards to car trouble, ever.

My 98 Honda Civic wouldnt start. Battery was fine. Alternator was fine. All the easy-to-fix stuff was fine. A mechanic at another company told me I needed a new distributor, and quoted me $500. I asked if that was a new or rebuilt distributor. New, he said. That was all his regular supplier had and he wasnt going to look elsewhere.Now, my car has nearly 150,000 miles on it and I drive only 5-7,000 miles a year. Why would I need a NEW one?The fact the other mechanic wouldnt even bother to check around made me nervous.So I called around, and luckily I got Bryan at Verona Service. Bryan went out of his way to find a rebuilt distributor -- finally tracking one down in Michigan. He saved me $100 in the process.Verona Service Center is one of those wonderful hometown style repair shops that puts honest, reliable customer service ahead of everything else. They will work with you to keep your car running and will do his best to keep the price within your budget.I am new in town, several hundred miles away from where I used to live, and I am so glad I found this company. I know that if I put my high mileage 98 Honda in their hands it will continue to deliver low-cost transportation for years to come.

Luke is great. I called same day with a flat and he was able to fit me in and get me all fixed up at a low cost.

A/C was flaky on 2004 Corolla. They isolated the problem (flaky relay), fixed it, and took less than one hour, less than $100. Friendly too. Really happy with this place.

We had work done in June and then after bringing our car into another company (2 actually) we found out the issues we were having resulted from the work that was done here. When I called them to inquire about the work they were very defensive. In trying to schedule the appointment for them to look at it the individual was trying to get off the phone and constantly cutting me off. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
