Great paint. A bit expensive. Paint out of stock. No small samples free or for purchase. Have to buy a quart “sample” which gets expensive. Consistently understaffed. 20 minute wait even when I ordered ahead of time.

Sherwin Williams used to be my go to store for paint and stain. I always appreciated the knowledgeable personnel and information that was provided. Sadly, today’s visit fell far short of this standard. While the Verona location is convenient, I’m not likely to shop there again.

I generally have good experiences in Sherwin-Williams stores. However, I am beyond impressed with Crystal (sp.?)! Each time I’ve interacted with her, I’m impressed with her knowledge and understanding of what’s needed. She is patient and nice, all while being as helpful as one could expect. Thank you for being excellent!

I Needed to match a paint color to a piece of plastic, the team quickly greeted me and helped me find the exact product I needed. I was in and out in 10 minutes and they have amazing customer service!!

ORDERED SEVERAL PAINT CHIPS THROUGH COLOR SNAP. VIEWED MORE COLORS IN THE STORE. IN FACT ONE TIME I WENT TO THE STORE CLOSE TO CLOSING WITH A LIST OF COLOR CHIPS I WANTED AND THEY HELPED FIND THEM ALL EVEN AFTER THE STORE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLOSED.THEY WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL. THEY HAVE ANSWERS FOR EVERYTHING.

My daughter had her condo painted before she moved in a couple of years ago. She had a couple of places that needed retouching after moving towel bars, but the paint we had didn’t seem to be the right color. We went here late on a Saturday afternoon and Courtney went to great lengths to find the original order, including making two or three phone calls - and it turned out the painters had bought the paint in two or three batches, so that wasn’t easy! - and find the paint we needed. She really went above and beyond. And of course, Sherwin Williams makes great paint!
