Old school, locally owned, and open since 1948. What’s not to love?! Every single time I go there’s somebody that knows what they’re doing to help me with what I need help with. I’m thankful to have a place like this in my community!

They were super helpful and even gave me good advice for my project. Doors were held open for me and it was a quaint little spot. Prices were quite reasonable and comparable to bigger stores :)

Great locally owned business. I get all my yard tools and landscaping mulch here. They have the best deal on gravel as well.

Almost always have what I need when doing jobs in the area. Staff is great and ready to help. In particular, I love their pine straw. They sell the bales instead of the rolls and they are very fairly priced and the straw is clean.

When Big Box Stores do not have it, this store will. I learned years ago, that this little store packs a lot of things that you cannot get at the other stores. My parents have been without power and will be for awhile and they were the only place with 4 prong 240 plug adapters that we needed for the generators we were able to score. Mr. Buddy knows his stuff! Thanks!

This is the best small hardware store around. You can about find anything you need for your project. Very knowledgeable and courteous employees. They almost always can give advice on what youre working on if you need help.

Im glad a place like this exists. I feel so ignored and overlooked at the bigger home and hardware stores. These guys were attentive, listened to what I was looking for, and were extremely helpful. They walked me to my car (I had more than I could carry), and they were friendly. Ill be back for every possible thing Id never need from a hardware store. Customer for life!

I never have to ask for assistance, the guys at Cahaba Hardware always ask me first. Ive also used them for mulch and 89/10 bulk delivery, never an issue. Always my first stop when I need anything.

I walked into Cahaba Heights hardware and immediately someone working there asked if I need any help. I told them the parts that I needed. They immediately got what I needed and I was ready to go after their quick service. I then walked outside and saw that my cars wheel was very low. The Cahaba Heights hardware attendant came out and asked if I needed there air gauge? They gave it to meI used it and went on my way! They help me in any and every way they could.Thanks!

Save yourself a trip to the big box stores. For their size they have a very good selection friendly staff and a lot of knowledge.
