The lady I spoke with was super sweet and she answered all of my questions. I didnt have to wait to speak with the associate, because there was not a lot of people in the store. Oh, and I love their prices!

They treated me so nice and I got a free phone with a port over. I love the phone. Ive been with a carrier for several months had to go outside to get a signal. And now I have 5 bars all the time with C Spire its great service!!!

Excellent carrier. Ive had a lot of trouble trying to get a decent network connection with the carrier I was using. Cspire fixed all those problems. Im getting a great signal 4 to 5 bars with Cspire.Everyone was knowledgeable and polite.I highly recommend them.Thanks Cspire

Everything was clean and organized. Didnt have to wait for a chair. Tons of color options. Staff was very nice. Everyone had masks on and were property checked for covid before entering.

From my experience cell service is cheaper with cspire!!! The store in vicksburg, right beside Wal-Mart, is super friendly and very customer inspired!!! On eif the pay machines for bill pay was recently down!! Hops its up and running soon!

They were very helpful except they did not give me a refund I was due in cash I paid with cash but they would not refund my overpayment they credited my account but just like most people I couldnt afford not to have my money especially at Christmas. Other than that they were very good and polite

Great customer service. Great discretion for their employees as well. I took one star off what could have been a five-star review simply because they do NOT have a big enough selection of phone cases for newer devices- a phone case is a must-have to keep your phone protected. I hate saying this.. but I have to go to AT&T every time I need a new phone case. Please fix this because I hate feeling like a traitor.

Excellent customer service today. But I disagree w the high speed. My data drops regularly, sometimes to 1x when Im supposed to be on high speed.

Hello as long as I have been a customer at C Spire I have never had my services interrupted especially if I asked them to give me three days and I was told it was ok,and I told the representative to make a note of it and he said ok,but my services was still cut off and I dont understand why?after I asked him to make a note of it
