Found this place while passing through the area, and we were not disappointed. The portions are great; you definitely get your moneys worth! The drinks were very tasty too!

First time going!!!! I got the pancake sandwich with sausage egg and cheese. It was sooooo good. Pancake was the right thickness and it was made fresh and hot. I couldnt really decide on a drink I just knew what flavor and told the cashier and she surprised me with a drink!!! The service was great which made it easy to order and I will return!!!!!

Chai tea with oat milk was delicious. The cookies, muffins and gummy worms were well received by our little one. The pancake platter and the french toast platter are both great. I highly recommend it.

Super cute coffee shop with EVERYTHING - coffee in all of its forms including espresso beverages, bubble tea, smoothies, and good sandwiches, not just pastries! If youre in the area definitely give them a try. They have breakfast and lunch options ( we only tried breakfast). Clean shop, friendly and expeditious service.I tried the waffle sandwich with sausage, egg and cheese with a large toasted gingerbread latte. Both were great. Also, they are NOT playing with the size of the extra large!

Best coffee shop in Vicksburg. They are locally owned by some amazing women that remember your order and your name. Customer service is unbeatable. Just a tip, if someone new/training makes your drink and you dont like it, speak up, and they will fix it for you! Tell them what you like and they will fix something to fit your tastes. These ladies are truly the best in town.

Very friendly ladies, the white chocolate mocha was fabulous and the food was absolutely delicious!!! We always try to find local food and shops everywhere we go and this is a must stop place in Vicksburg!! We travel all over the country and this may just be my favorite coffee shop/cafe I’ve been to yet!!!

Found it online to stop at a local coffee shop while passing through Vicksburg. Nice atmosphere and good coffee. Lots of options! We went with the Anne Elizabeth and the Coconut Creme Brûlée. Drinks were mixed well. I will stop here again!

I ordered from them a month ago off of Facebook .. spent 75.00 never received any shirt or product from them ! I was told it was in the mail and never received it ! 👎 they were quick to charge my card !!

1 out of 15 coffees have been made correctly here, the incorrect ones are watered down gas station coffee basically. so I went inside to watch their process, To see if I can find the problem...well heres the conclusions1. Not properly trained batista2. Double spout portafilter, so if you order anything over 2 shots. They just push the button re-run the grounds3. No clue what breve means, leading back to problem 1.Ive traveled from Seattle to Chicago and everywhere in between, yes Ive been spoiled with properly made coffee. Save yourself some time and grab a latte at McDonalds...least it will at have a coffe taste instead of hot 1% milk taste

The drinks were all so good. I got dragon fruit lemonade with popping boba and it was super refreshing. The chocolate frappe was really good too.

We just left this place. I always like to support local. In fact, I go outta my way to support. As soon as my husband ordered, I told him, no, lets go. The two young people working were NOT customer service oriented. In fact, it looked like they both had hang overs. The girl let coffee run over the machine while she checked her phone. The guy NEVER put in my husbands order for his sandwich and his cappuccino was lousy.

Starbucks is nearby, but dont skip out on this local shop. Their coffees are great and theyre a local shop. They also have bubble tea and smoothies. And on top of all that its hard to beat their pricing. (they also have a drive through and you can order through the an app)

Everytime I order online, the order is wrong when we get there. just about everytime. Coffee is so watered down now, lacks flavor. Service isnt good anymore, and It use to be so good, makes me sad really.

So, I’m in town for a couple days, and needed coffee...went to go to Starbucks and seen a locally owned coffee shop...this one here. Went to it instead. Very nice people and the iced americano I ordered was brought to me quickly and is way better than I would’ve got at Starbucks. Price seems to be cheaper as well. Highly recommend!

Really enjoy bragging on a small locally owned business, but there is nothing to brag about this time. Seen a few incidents where a bug has gotten into a drink. Things happen I guess. Also things can get out of hand of their social media accounts if you are not liked in the business. An individual that did no harm was completely disrespected for all of the world to see on the businesss Facebook page. Owners should definitely have a more watchful eye on who takes care of the social media accounts and makes posts for them.

Cozy, comfortable couches with WiFi for studying. Would definitely recommend a visit! They got some fun decor about Stranger Things

Workers are nice, but the coffee is consistently watered down and the or cake pops tasted rancid.

In short: they suck. unprofessional and the drinks arent good.

Employees arent very attentive and the coffee isnt even that good. and they got my order wrong.edit to add: the reply isnt very helpful. I dont talk to people who clearly dont want to be bothered. they looked like it was such a hassle to even make the drinks the first time, so why bother when they clearly dont care?

Lovely reception to go with the delicious latte and breakfast made the visit to Vicksburg so pleasant.

Kayla always knows what I want. Love that I can text my order in, zip through the drive thru and it be ready when I get there.

Drive thru attendant wasn’t wearing a mask. Kind of concerning that she was the one making our drinks - seems like a huge safety risk. The iced latte was really watery, making me think that the espresso was extracted directly onto the ice (instead of into the milk with ice added later). Definitely not worth risking one’s health over. At least at a large chain like the Starbucks next door, the mask mandate will be enforced by corporate.

Me and my Grandmother stumbled upon this place and have been satisfied every time. Its now a place we go to every time I visit. Always pleasant staff and delicious coffee and macaroons.

I paid $28 for two cups of coffee a brownie and a six pack of macaroons. The coffee was average. The macaroons were so hard we couldn’t eat them. I asked for a variety of macaroons and they gave me the old ones from before Christmas.judging my the decorations on them. The only thing good was the brownie my son ordered.

Waited to order for 10+ minutes and we eventually just left. Staff is unprepared & service is slow..if you can order at all.Update***Then the owner response was ridiculous. Advised maybe we should visit a corporate chain. No.. Maybe your staff should acknowledge patrons waiting in the lobby!We were completely ignored & unable to place an order. Period. If they provided better service, then the wait is not an issue.Also, the lobby looks nothing like its pictured.

The girls running the shop look super young and had no idea what they were doing. They kept asking each other how to make certain drinks or what they were. Not well trained. And my muffin was really dry, like it had been sitting out for a long time.

We asked what flavor the macaroons were and the young lady named off have them said I dont know the rest and focused her attention on the television. The other Woman stood up and pulled up the menu online. The coffee is good but not what I was expecting

The service was great. Everyone was nice! The only concern is that the coffee didnt taste good. But its only my opinion and I still recommend!Edit: I will definitely be coming back! And it wasnt necessarily bad it just wasnt my type of coffee but everything else is great!

I have been here a couple of times now. The staff is absolutely amazing, they definitely take care of you. I have gotten a frappé, bubble tea and macaroons so far all were great and super yummy! Ive been to a pretty fair share of Coffee shops and this one beats every single one Ive been to no doubt. I am so thankful I made the decision to stop by here one day, little did I know I would end up being a forever customer ♥️

I have been a few times, and I always believe any establishment has room for improvement. So far, I love the customer service because they are always friendly and courteous. I like that there are a lot of choices and combos to choose from. My only negative is that when I order bubble tea twice either there was no tea or pearls that I originally wanted. Understandable because its so good that its popular ;)

Not a big coffee person but just started getting into it. Dont really know how or what to order and the lady at the counter was unhelpful and didnt even walk up to us.But the vibe of the coffee shop was chill and the selections were abundant

It took forever to get to the window and once we did we had to wait for our coffee had to wait even longer for a black coffee I could understand the wait if coffee wasnt what yall usually made but there are non franchise places to get coffee that dont take as long to get coffee

I have loved everything I have tried there. My husband loves their breakfast burritos. Hot, iced, and frozen coffee are all amazing. The one smoothie I have had was good too. If you want a caffeinated drink that is not coffee, the hippie juice lotus drink is so yummy.

Great selection of hot and cold drinks with huge choice of flavors.

Gave us the wrong order, played country music loudly, I felt judged walking in there, employees had no energy.. but at least the drinks were decent I guess.

Been here countless times and always have a good experience. My breakfast sandwich is always made well and same with any drinks Ive ordered. Great place and well worth the wait!

Excellent coffee. I had the cappuccino. And I had a rasberry chocolate sconce which was delicious. I hope to come back here and try some other menu items as they have a lot to choose from. I really enjoyed the atmosphere here as well as the service provided. I hope to be back again very soon.

Good coffee. Meh food. I had a breakfast sandwich that was pretty sad. The cold brew was decent but not too far above average. Solid macaroon though. Could do for some faster service as well. Overall just okay, nothing special.

Rude service. Coffee was not even blended. All syrup was at bottom of the cup.

This coffee shop goes above and beyond in customer service. I placed a mobile order today and when I let them know thru their JoeCoffee app that my order was wrong at pickup, they refunded my order and brought me another coffee! I work less than a mile away from the shop, but still.. how awesome are they? Love Paradiso! I visit this coffee shop often, usually its great. Lately it has been horrible. I ordered coffees today it took a really long time. The woman that took our order was very rude. She didnt put the lid on one of the coffees and it spilled everywhere. She did not apologize, we left with coffee all over us.

Awesome little hometown coffee shop! They have way too many flavors to choose from and great little sweets and sandwiches. They even do breakfast!

Pretty good coffee place. The Frozen coffees that we ordered were very goodand the cookie we ordered also has fairly tasty. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

In Phase 2 of COVID19, they would not allow me as a paying customer to use the restroom. I was on a 4 hour work trip and made a stop to get a coffee and use the restroom. I would have bought lunch too but they rudely informed me they are takeout only and have no outdoor seating. Also, they didnt have any plain black coffee ready. Verbal interactions were very customer unfriendly so I said forget it and walked out (after they charged my credit card). I was trying to patronize a local business but its obvious they dont care.

I’m here almost everyday. It’s amazing. Perfect place for a drink AND a nap 🥴🥴

Found them on Google passing through to Alabama. Fabulous customer service!! We had Lattes, try the Hawaiian Turtle, people!!!Cleanest restroom south of Dallas weve seen today. Local gentleman named Brady showed the friendly side of Vicksburg with great conversation on the patio.

Ive only been one time, but I didnt have any issues. They asked how they could help me when I walked in. I ordered a white mocha and it was decent. I do wish prices were posted, but Id return. Constantly asking how much different items are can be annoying.

Thought it was a breakfast place but its really a coffee shop. We came in just after landing in Jackson. Had the croissant breakfast sandwich with ham and swiss. Suprisingly good. We all enjoyed our food and the ladies were very nice. Not a full breakfast menu but it was fast, fresh, and a good deal.

I love this place! Kayla, one of the baristas, is awesome. She gives me ideas on new drinks to try, and I’ve loved every one she has ever suggested. She truly loves her job and it shows.

The staff was very welcoming and had a quiet atmosphere. There is a place outside to eat during the warmer days. Inside you can play chess, read books, or just hang out. This place is one of the best places to get smoothies and a variety of coffees.

Bad drinks and bad service. Ordered an iced oat latte that was so bitter it burned my throat. I took one sip and immediately threw it away. Complete waste of money. There were 2 ladies behind the counter and neither of them acknowledged me as I waited at the counter to place an order. Even worse, neither of them were wearing a mask! When I did finally place my order I felt as if I was some kind of inconvenience.

The food and drinks are great. Come here almost daily and the servers are always amazing. 10/10 would recommend

I visit at LEAST twice a week..but more than likely its about every other day 😂 I LOVE the frappuccinos. The baristas are amazing; sweetest girls up there! And the Halloween menu is BOMB! Get yourself up there before November so you can try them all!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is my new favorite coffee shop! I’m seriously obsessed. They are local and run deals all the time, and the staff is always nice! I wish more people in Vicksburg knew how good it is.

Excellent slightly tucked away from the main drag spot for breakfast and good coffee. The staff was as accommodating as can be with a quiet atmosphere inside. The biscuits were definitely made from scratch and filled with the best tasting thick cut bacon around. Cafe americano was very flavorful. Well be back!

I went here on a whim during a road trip. I was pleasantly surprised by how good their raspberry white coffee was. I reccomend this drink if you like sweet coffees.

We paid $7 for coffee flavored water when we ordered an americano and pumpkin spice latte. 🤢I dont recall being asked if I liked the drink, but I was distracted. No need to worry about a refund. We were simply passing through.

I really enjoy this coffee shop, and really its so much more than a coffee shop, although its a true coffee house. They have many wonderful food items and specialty drinks. I couldnt say enough great things about the staff and management, so please come find out for yourselves.

The sheer number of tasty foods and drinks are mind boggling! I have never had a thing here that wasnt AMAZING and they are constantly coming up with new and exciting things to serve. I could go broke attempting to try everything they have now and everything they come up with, but it would be a happy poverty!

Best coffee anywhere and plenty of choices. Barista who works in the evening is so sweet and patient. Very clean and quaint little place. I have to make special stops to get my mother lemon squares-her favorite. Perfect combination of tart and sweet.

I had to wait over 25min for a breakfast sandwich when they only had three other customers in the place. They served two other customers first that arrived after me. One had the same sandwich I ordered (probably got the one they started for me). They were all out of napkins and the young man wasnt going to get me a paper towel from the kitchen until I specifically asked the young lady making the sandwiches. Food was tasty, and worth the wait. Ill probably try them again if in the area.

Abigayle Davis makes the best hot chocolate! My mom loves her coffee too! I like to try new things and she is always awesome at suggesting good things for me to try. The bad thing is that my mom spends a lot of money because she can’t decide between all of the amazing things.

I love their Frappes! I just wish I knew the prices of all sizes. I get the small every time only because I know it’s $4.95 lol My last visit I went inside this time and there were TONS of flies swarming around.

Meh. Took forever even though the place was empty, and my breakfast sandwich was thrown together. I had to take it apart and redistribute the ingredients to eat it. Food was decent, but the service needs help.

Usually very happy with every experience here but this morning (a Sunday morning) I spent 15 minutes sitting in the drive through waiting two iced mochas WITH NO WHIP which I clarified. When I finally did get my coffee, they both had whip on them and when I commented that I asked for no whip she just looked at me and handed me my card. No apologies or nothing. Then I had to ask her to go back and get me some straws because I wasn’t going to be offered one. Once I FINALLY had everything, I then discovered that I didn’t receive coffee. I received coffee flavored water with very little coffee flavor. I ended up not even being able to drink either and threw away $8. So disappointing!

I really wanted to like this place but I didnt get the chance to eat because of how I was treated. When I walked through the door, the cashier looked at me and looked away. No smile, no Hi, welcome to Caffé Paradiso, no How can I help you? I stood in front of her for about 2 minutes and she never acknowledged my existence. Apparently she has issues with a POC. I walked out because they dont deserve my money. NEXT!

Not a bg selection for breakfast but we had cream cheese crepes and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich. Both were good. Still better than Dennys and Waffle House. Service is great. Very friendly. Glad we chose this place on our way to Georgia.
