This sign on the door said it was closed but I noticed people inside and the door was unlocked so I walked in and was able to place my order. I heard the gentleman answering the phone telling people unfortunately we are closed and that they would be opening in the morning the next day ... what?

5 stars because the coffee is good. I go every morning. My order is always right. It has only been wrong once or twice when they first opened.However, it’s always closed. Closes at 10:30am because of staffing issue. They fired all of the old staff when they were open the full schedule. I don’t know why they fired them. They were polite, quick, and got my order right.Half the people in Vicksburg were already bashing Starbucks on social media before they even opened because it’s not a locally owned business. Starbucks will probably close now because they can’t find anyone to work here.

Im from Washington state and I love Starbucks, everyone that works here is so kind and welcoming. Anything I have ordered was great.

Food was very good and people were very friendly.

I wanted to love this Starbucks… but it’s always closed. Won’t be long till it shuts down for good I guess.. sad

They’ve gotten a lot faster than they were when it first opened. I come here all the time and it’s great. Order ahead with the mobile app to have it even faster. Good stuff

People should know that the same hands preparing their food and drinks are not being washed in the bathrooms after they’ve touched/wiped themselves… went in to use the bathroom and their was no soap in the women’s bathroom, so I went and checked the men’s. No soap there either. Announced to the employees there is no soap in the bathrooms and one employee told me she “just put soap in there, you’ll have to pump it a few times”. I went and unscrewed the soap dispenser from the bottom. No soap. Not only did she respond in a manner like I don’t know how to use a soap dispenser, but she bold faced lied about putting soap in there. It’s 8am. Not enough store traffic has come through to drain you of soap. And even if they had, stop what you’re doing and refill the soap. Take care of guests that need assistance in your store. And STOP the spread of germs- WASH YOUR HANDS!!!!!!!!

My order was not made correctly. I called to get the item made to my specifications and they wanted me to come back right then to get it corrected or they could not assist me. I declined that offer as I was at work and could not leave. I was asked a timeframe of when I could come to get the item. Once the item was remade correctly, I was satisfied.

Honestly, i’m just trying to point this out the staff in the drive through were pretty rude, I haven’t finish my order and the guy that takes my order sounds like he’s tired of me ordering more with the voice with the attitude no sir. Also the other day I order an Iced Green Tea Latte I drove up to the window they got my order wrong, I ask if they can redo my drink politely, and the guy in the background said “she ask too much”. I didn’t said anything to them I didn’t complain, but honestly they need to teach their employees how to talk to customers.

It is great to have a Starbucks in Vicksburg finally! However, I do think this location is quite inconsistent. Coffees, primarily, are not brewed to the standard Starbucks strength whether that be cold brews, iced coffees, or lattes. Pours are typically milk-heavy for lattes. I am unsure if the staff has been trained poorly or is not sticking to Starbucks’ standards. Everyone is typically very nice, but I think training needs to be increased. Have stopped going to this location due to my drinks being wrong every other time. I have gotten the same drinks for five years so unfortunately it’s easy to tell that the standard is not met. Very unfortunate- truly wanted to support my local Starbucks.

Always great service! I find it easier and quicker to order through the app and pick it up! My go to is always a iced chia latte with sweet cream cold foam! It’s the perfect pickmeup!

Starbucks coffee if your an addict like me got to have the coffee

Drive through employees are always in a good mood. Woman at the window drew a cute red apple on the lid of my 3-year-olds hot chocolate at my request because he asked me to get him some apple coffee. 😂 The service here has been pretty refreshing after the bad attitudes you get almost everywhere else in Vicksburg.

Freshly opened so still working out all the kinks, but overall I cant complain. Ive gotten a variety of items that remain consistent. Very friendly and helpful staff as well! Will return for sure!

I love it here so much. I get a drink from here often once or twice a day and the staff is very friendly! However I do work here so that makes sense 😂! If you’re a regular customer and you’re seeing this review I just wanted to say I love you guys so much! It’s so wonderful seeing your beautiful faces all the time and getting to learn your drink orders. Thank you guys for being so patient with us as we grow with you!

Much better than the local shop next door. Usually I am anti large business, but during a global pandemic one can be assured that the Starbucks in a town will have a mask policy. Additionally, the cafe next door did not know how to make an iced latte correctly (seems they extract the espresso directly over ice, resulting in a watery drink. Also they asked me if I would like cold brew instead of espresso for my iced latte?). At Starbucks you can at least expect standard cafe drinks to be done correctly.

I frequent this store on my way to work and they have a rhythm in the mornings. I just out the car after placing a mobile order on my way and I’m ready. I think they even know my name now ☺️

I tried to order threw the drive thru. I was told to hold by a male. About five minutes passed, a female asked if she could take me order. While giving my order, I was told to hold again. About 10 minutes passed, this time the male came back to ask if he could take my order, I started to order just to get cut off again with a response we out of Carmel😒…. Never again!

I had a lovely experience today :D, the drive thru order taker was very kind and patient with me. The only issue I had was the bread was toasted a little too long, my husbands pita bread was really hard. I do understand that pita bread alone is tough bread but his was rock hard. Other than that I have had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be coming back again!!

I went through for the first time yesterday morning. The young man ringing me up was very sweet. My card wasn’t reading and he was prepared to go through all the annoying steps to make my card work, I just gave him a different card but the fact he was willing to do all that was so nice. I had great coffee and food. I’ll be driving through again once I leave my shift 6am! Ah, so glad to finally have a Starbucks in Vicksburg.

Please don’t go here if you want coffee. I went here twice within the last 2 days and BOTH days they got my order completely wrong. Yesterday I went, and they gave me the wrong size and order. I decided to cross my fingers and hope today was better, WRONG! I got the wrong order still. I couldn’t be bothered to make it right because the lines are long anyway. Same situation happened a couple of weeks ago. I’d rather drive 30 minutes or longer to another Starbucks so I can at least get what I ordered. Avoid this place at all cost unless you want black coffee.. even then they might give you something else.

I wanted to badly for this to be great! Ive been several times and although the staff is absolutely wonderful, theyre severely understaffed and I cannot say that Ive waited less than 15 minutes everytime Ive ordered. I really hope that the kinks can work themselves out soon. Ive been pretty loyal for the last 3 months and would love to see Starbucks thrive here!!!

Worst Starbucks ever. No muffins or sandwiches. They were out of whip cream and every type of milk except fat free. Terrible experience.

No indoor seating with covid. Helpful staff. You can order inside and pickup inside though there is a drive thru. Clean, lots of parking. Clean restrooms.

The service at this Starbucks is really good, but the prices of their menu items keeps going up it seems. I honestly dont think the coffee, cappuccinos, frappuccinos, etc are worth the price you pay for them.

This location was not ready to open. The team members are still in training and they are battling hour long waits still. Every time Ive been to this location so far, which is like once a day since opening, its gotten worse. They needed more time to train staff. You can see the older workers training while they are trying to service the influx of customers. My orders are usually wrong every time. The team is nice and all but management clearly didnt given them enough time.I was kinda annoyed that I sat in a chair to wait on my to go order inside the location, which was taking about 30 minutes even though inside wasnt packed at all. I was told I couldnt sit in the chair because of COVID so I stood in front of the chair. Not sure how that stopped COVID though. Its not like I was dining in, which I understand but 30 minutes standing up waiting for a drink is a bit much of an expectation. They just werent prepared to open and should have waited or provided more time for training.

I just want to say that I am in love with the Starbucks in Vicksburg!! You guys are awesome and my drinks were SPOT ON, looked exactly how it did on TikTok! Also a huge thanks to Anne, Jayy, and Quin for their customer service, the whole team is great but they really stood out to me ! Great communication and I did not wait long at all! You guys continue to deliver greatness!

Got order wrong on multiple different occasions and did not fix it once they were they were confronted. (every time I have been; 4-6 different times)

Im not sure if anyone has brought this up but please do something about the dumpster water pond. Its flowing down an incline from the dumpster and stagnating around the menu, probably soaking into the landscaping. Going through the drive-thru is literally nauseating and I bet its going to get worse as the weather gets warmer. This will kill this location come June if not fixed.

This Starbucks just opened and it is minutes from my home. I am EXCITED that they are here. Still a little wait because staff is new, but my order is always right. Everyone is friendly too.

This Starbucks was so greatly anticipated here in Vicksburg, but I will have to resort to driving to Clinton to get my drink!! I have not received a good drink yet from Vicksburg and I just don’t think that everytime I order A cold drink I should have to ask them for a straw!!! I ordered oatmeal and when we got to Bovina and started to eat—— NO SPOON!!! Had to get all the way to Jackson to get a spoon. They were not ready to open up in Vicksburg ! Disappointing!!

Fast service and the peppermint mocha was divine. I do go at oddball hours so its not usually busy.

Disappointing. Ordered 2 skinny grande nonfat mocha’s. Got 2 drinks that were 2/3 full of weak coffee w no mocha or sweetener of any kind .Among the worst we’ve had among literally hundreds of Starbucks drinks.Hopefully just new store growing pains.
