They are friendly until the money changed hands. Our manufactured home was not set up level nor with blocks in the places marked “blocks here” at the factory. Cracks left in the sheetrock and the seam along the ceiling connection between the halves is loose on one end ( probably because it isn’t level)!Their AC person is never available (we use our own and just pay for it now, 2 years out). I contacted them multiple times with the answer “I will check on it” being the end of contact.Just be careful and it may pay to hire someone to watch the set up being done to make sure that it is done according to factory specifications and that it is level.

Me and my husband bought a new mobile home from c-w it took aboutfour mouths to deliver. its been almost 6 months they still hadnt put thesiding around it has not made repairs that need to be done because of deliver.you called and cant get no answer they always telling you to callsomebody else we was told lies after lies and we Paid cash for new mobileand as of this day we are still waiting on them to compleate work.

They are friendly but the subcontractors they use could be better. Our home wasn’t leveled properly and we keep getting a crack in the sheetrock and the marriage line keeps falling from the ceiling. I told them that it wasn’t level from day one when I dropped my dog’s ball and it rolled pretty fast to the front of the trailer. Also, doors all “fall” towards the front and have to be propped or they will open or close, depending on the direction they open, if not propped. I have been waiting to see if they will come level it but nothing in a couple of months.Also the AC took a long time to get in and then kept freezing up. That’s not good in South Mississippi. It took a while and more than one visit to get it fixed. It was miserable.Just tired of pleading for help. We also picked a bad name brand so that makes it worse.

The service was wonderful when I was trying to purchase a home. After the paperwork was finalized, the service went from 10 to negative. The air condition went out several time. The attitude I experienced with trying to get it repaired was unbelievable and had to wait several days in the middle of the summer to get the a/c repaired.If you decide to do business with this company, please take the application and guidelines home to read and reread before completing it in the office.Yes, they are nice when buying but try after the sale.A very unsatisfied customer!

I would give them negative stars if I could but I cant this is the worst company every the house are throwed together and they all about the sale after that you can forget about it they dont care any more. Run, run, run, as fast as you can never buy from them I promise you will regret it in the future. Also Carl is a jerk and Dobie all about sale thats it. Cheaply made highly priced homes.

Never purchased a home but my car broke down I front of them and their workers did everything to help me.
