I gave it 5 stars just ensure my review was posted!!This has got to be the worst place to buy a manufactured home from. Sad part is I went to school with the owner.... Our double wide is a mess floors are bowing insulation underneath is soaking wet from end to end.. and the repair guy; as hes standing in Rock Revivals has the audacity to tell me it could be insulation water.... huh do what??? I come from a carpentry back ground you cant sell me that shovel full!!! Plus multiple other problems that they keep hem hauling us around about. BBB here I come!!

Terrible experience! Prejudice and judgmental staff. Owner is a disgrace of a human being. Approved a single mother and her daughter a trailer to rent and after having her wait 2 months on the maintenance man to make repairs out of the blue they told her she and her daughter would be homeless because they were not going to rent to her anymore. After giving no reason! Just heartless devil infested people! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

This place is 100 times better than C&W mobile home down the road, we were welcomed here by salesman with smiles. we rode around on a golf cart viewed many houses on site, my ideas were welcomed and explained about the build on most of my plans I had in mind to be good and i also got advice on stuff too on features I didnt know that have come out, my biggest idea is doing solar power stuff in the future. I did find a trailer here Im planning to purchase so plans are finally coming true for my budgets, and like I mentioned before this place is way better than the jokes down the road

Dealt with Mark Holdiness, he was polite and professional, helped us decide on the best course of action for our housing needs.

Doug, Megan, and Chat are great people and have been very patient and understanding with everything involved throughout the process of purchasing a home here. I have no complaints with the team at magnolia estates of Vicksburg. They also have a very professional service team that have fixed a couple issues for me very quickly.

I would not recommend magnolia estates because they barely changed patients portable toilets and they just not serious with there work if you truly care about your loved ones please dont send them to magnolia estates and another thing is the help button if you push it the come 40 minutes after the light was on if you want a good certified nursing home please dont pick magnolia estates and they dont give patients there medicine. First off I love my home that I purchased.all I will say is promises were made and never kept.i do not want my review to reflect on Magnolia as a whole.Just the one that made the promise.
