It’s always packed, and that’s because it’s the only place in town where you can go in and get a decent dark roast. The people who work there are pretty nice, and actually know how to pour coffee, which, shouldn’t seem like an achievement until we consider that there are baristas in other local coffee shops who can’t get it right. I wish Starbucks would give customers a chance to tip using credit card. But that’s really a corporate issue, the local people have nothing to do with that decision.

Visited this place on 31May2021 during return journey to Dallas TX from Corpus Christi TX.We have taken CHAI latte, the taste is good.Good customer care.We have accessed the store directly instead of drive through.Rest rooms are nice and neat.I don’t have much to complain about this place

This Starbucks is located right behind Wells Fargo Bank and next to Candlewood Suites. If you see the Candlewood Suites sign you can turn right and enter there.They were very busy at 3:30 p.m. on a Saturday but the staff was friendly and efficient. Our drinks were made to perfection and the bakery items were fresh.The store was very clean, well organized and everything was arranged in a well thought out manner.Someone entered without a mask and they were offered a free one. This was appreciated by the other customers in the store as there was a mask mandate in effect at the time. This attention to detail was another example of how the baristas are truly observant and making sure this location stays one of the best.*this review is based on my visit of April 10, 2021

Only issue I have is the way the drive though is designed. Makes it super easy for cars to block traffic. Great this is how quick they are with your order and how nice they are.

Today I went to get a drink for my boyfriend and I only knew he liked matcha and the wonderful barista who took my order(EJ) helped me pick one out that was exactly what I wanted. He was very sweet and definitely the best person I have ordered from as I frequent this location. Excellent customer service and the only reason for the 5 star.

I have not had a bad experience at this Starbucks and I have been going here for quite a few years. Friendly, fast and clean! ❤

Real good store considering way too many people come there from 8am to 11am. Other stores exist, especially for food, people!!All of Victoria is coming to this store, not to mention its next to a busy highway, but theres still a lot of entitled people coming in who get mad at wait times or get mad their drink was made wrong when the baristas have to make their drinks really fast (because theyre being timed) and memorize over 50 recipes. I LOVE the everything bagels with cream cheese, and any refresher with light ice+ light apple juice+peach/guava is top-tier.The only thing Id complain about are the flies in the food case.

Chi tea frappe is wonderful. Reason for two stars is the I also ordered a dark roast coffee with 2 sweetener and whipp cream. Was given 2 espresso shots with hot water. If it wasnt for the guy in drive thru who actually understood coffee and fix it right.

Edit 7/2/21:No TP, door didnt lock in bathroom, front counter facing customers was sticky, dirty, gross. The young lady was rude when told (politely) that they forgot the syrup in my kids frappacinos. Guess she wanted then to drink them unsweetened? They put so much steamed cream in my coffee it looked and tasted like just hot milk. Again, very rude girl. Mind you there were 6 or 7 people working and only a couple of people inside and 2 in the drive thru. Zero excuse for the lack of competence, cleanliness and basic hospitality and customer service.Will not stop at this Starbucks anymore.

My experience was great and if your a young teen and your parent wont allow you coffee then I recommend the jade citrus mint tea caution its very hot I did burn myself multiple times because Im dumb but it wasnt their fault

I love Starbucks, but today I sadly say Im disappointed with them. Went through the drive thru in Victoria TX. to get my normal coffee, venti Americano w/ 5 pumps hazelnut, 2 splenda, and heavy whipping cream. Left there and went to drink my coffee got Americano w/ a hint of splenda...sad sad sad...I have a 4 hour drive back to my home and sad my coffee wasnt what I wanted. Its gonna be a long drive..thanks for getting it wrong Starbucks 😪😔🤥

My boyfriend went to get me a drink everything on the cup was correct but the drink was not and my boyfriend drink was all the way incorrect. I tried to call but i guess they turned off their phone because it just goes to dial tone. Would give zero stars if I can🤦🏻‍♀️

My friend asked for a peach tea, and they gave us double of passion fruit tea. She’s had it before, totally different color, and the the blonde with ratchet braids tried to convince us we were wrong. Rude as hell, trying to swindle us. But it tasted good.

They ALWAYS get my drinks wrong. Also get an attitude when you ask them to fix THEIR MISTAKES..The barista told me the wip cream was messed up laughed at me and REFUSED to fix it. My Mocha Frappuccino did not taste anything like a Mocha Frappuccino

This is by far the WORST Starbuck’s location my family and I have ever been to! We were in town for 3 weeks and used this location at least 4 times a week. Every time we came in, the customer service continued to get worse and worse. We use the Starbuck’s app and would place a pick-up order each time. Every time we arrived, our order was NEVER ready. The worst part is, we only ever ordered tea. One time we came in and asked for our order and the associate responded with “I don’t have that,” and walked away. The associates never greet you when you arrive and they never say anything when you leave. The place always looked dirty and disorganized. I highly suggest changing your management and training your employees properly. WORST STARBUCKS’S LOCATION WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO! Very disappointed!

Unusually slow even when going inside to order. Not sure what the issue was, saw lots of mobile orders stacked up on counter. Staff was friendly, but maybe shorthanded for the volume of customers mobile, drive thru, and lobby orders. Coffee quality was great as usual. 3 stars due to service wait time, over 15 minutes.

I went to Starbucks and requested a caramel macchiato with two sweet lows and it taste like sink water. I had several caramel macchiato two sweet and lows and they have never ever tasted like this.

A neat little location.The staff is great, with prompt, quick service. Though the location is a bit small, and seats may be a bit harder to find when there is a larger crows, it has a cozy feel that makes it seem quite worth it once you do settle down.

Not willing to help out customers at all. Had door locked in face after having to get cash because no signs were posted that they were not taking cards. This location randomly closes without notice and does not stick to posted hours. I highly recommend Target location or trying the new coffee place down the road.

Manager doesnt know what drinks he serves. I have ordered 1000s of drink from many starbucks. This guy would rather argue with me. Then make the drink the way its supposed to be.

Theyre quick, knowledgeable, and super friendly.Previously, because it still upset me:One time, they were closed and didnt bother to put a sign on the drive thru speaker. We didnt know until we drove up to the window. There was a line, too. :(

My go to almost every day. The line can be a bit of a long wait though so I started ordering through the app and boy has it cut waiting time to a minimum. Just order through the app, drive to the store and if the line is short enough go through that but otherwise, I just park, hop out and go up to the counter to get my drink and Im out within 10 seconds. The app has a timer to tell you when your order will be ready. The app is SO helpful.

Today was by far the worst customer service i have ever had in starbucks. The cashier louis was beyond rude to a elderly man who was hard of hearing. The cashier was rude when the guy wasnt able to hear and he was short and rude while ibwas ordering he did not listen and i had to have a drink fixed due to his lack of cutomer service. This is not usual for starbucks. They tend to mess up a drink here or there which is ok we all are human but this young man was so rude to this older man and did not care other people seen him. This man does not have the kind loving cutomer service the rest of the staff have. I do not want to just leave a bad review so i want to say how amazing the newer girl kiki is she listens takes time to and she memorizes customers and there orders. They need more like her.

I don’t get how they can mess up an order when you give them step by step on how you want it. I ordered a Strawberry refresher with light coconut milk shaken well and I stress “shaken well!” Otherwise the coconut milk will not blend in well and you can see it floats around in clumps. When she handed me the drink, she saw the look on my face that I was not happy so of course she made an excuse real quick instead of sorry I’ll make you a new one. You can tell the drink was not made correctly by just looking at it. I simply said, y’all didn’t shake it like I ask. I didn’t have time so I left. I’ll stick to buying coffee only. Usually satisfied, but not today!

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever gone to!! Night time crew are absolutely disrespectful and unknowledgeable of customer service! Came in at 9:25 and got to the order board right at 9:30 and got told they were closed, not considering what I was telling them that I was the last customer! Disappointed, should’ve just gone to kahve’s or something

I go there every 2 weeks for happy hour. A lot of the coffee they make tastes very similar to each other except for the eggnog and Chestnut praline which are unfortunately seasonal so I have to wait for them to come back. Drinks are a reasonable price and fraps are really good!!

First, I was given a melted, messy slice of lemon cake. I asked for another one, and the cashier was very rude about it. The second one was also melted. I guess they have an AC/refrigeration problem. I ordered the Butterscotch latte and I dont even taste coffee let alone Butterscotch. Its like drinking warm, slightly sweetened milk. Ive had this happen before at this Starbucks. Youre better off waiting in line at the Target one.

Trapped in the drive through for over 20 minutes. Not sure what was the problem, but that sucked.Im not a fan of Starbucks in general, but every once and awhile I need a coffee and its just about the only option on town.Truthfully not worth it.

Id give zero stars if it were possible. Today was the worst experience at Starbucks yet. We waited in line probably 30 minutes. When we got up to the speaker, no one said a word such as, Ill be with you in a minute. We waited at the speaker about 15 minutes, then got out to look at the window - no car at the window, no person at the window, lights out inside. Apparently, they had closed early without letting any customers know because there were about 7 cars behind us. This Starbucks has always been inferior to others in other towns, but today they exceeded even their own incompetence.

Staff is amazing and make my drinks perfectly. I go as often as i can in the morning after work. To the barista who makes my day, keep doing what you do. I am afraid i dont know your name, but the little hand heart you sent my way while i was in the drive through, you made my day so much brighter!!

I order a special drink. Different bbn price overtime I order it. Simple 5 shots of chai syrup blended with ice only. I either get charged 8 or 9 bucks or 1 or 2 dollars.

Been here a couple of times and I have liked it so far. Its a really good place to go grab a bite and be social.

Were in line for five minutes just to be be told they wouldn’t make my one drink order because “we close at 9:30,” it was 9:30 when we pulled up to order.

Pretty small seating area, but the service is very fast and efficient. The staff are friendly and the overall atmosphere at the restaurant is very nice and calm. Perfect for an afternoon study session or a coffee date.
