My birthday was Monday and my son got money together and wanted to get a gift yesterday. The young man there was so sweet and helpful. I appreciate that he and the cashier treated my son with respect. My son is 12 and small for his age but more mature than people 2x his age. Most people see him and ask why he is alone. Thanks to them both (sorry I didnt get names) for making it a good experience.

Came in to buy a new holder for my hand sanitizer. Found it quickly and checked out easily. I like that they take google pay so I dont need to dig out my card.

Its amazing how much time one can spend in such a small store of delightful candles and scents for the body. They always have some sort of a great sale going on. So glad there for this store located close to home, in the Victor Valley Mall. The workers are always very helpful and friendly.

The sales people are very knowledgeable and helpful. We were told of the items on sale, offered a shopping bag and shown the products that met my needs. Very good customer service.

The options are great and you are almost always guaranteed you will find a scent you like. If you get home and decide you dont like something you can always take it back and exchange it for the same type of item.

My daughter and I came in 10mins before closing...I had missed the sale on the Stress Relief Aromatherapy lotion and made a special trip there and to two other places before closing. The ladies knowing they were closing in 2 mins didnt rush me... were very helpful and very polite. Even while Laura cashed me out she helped me out since I didnt have the app downloaded yet...to do it and Id get credit for the sale. Every female smiled and was polite and was there to help...The 1st sales rep helped us was the one that kept checking on me...I do apologize I forget her name at the moment cause we were rushing but I purchased the item because she didnt ignore me even though they were closing...she kept treating me like it was mid-day and she had hours....We will be back...I love the Lotions and Sprays....always when its the 3 for 3 sale!!! Thank you ladies for being so kind to myself and my daughter.

I really like this bath on body store in Victorville mall. Theyre always fully stock. You have to get on a wait list because of the sale. Please call ahead to get on their wait list when theyre having major sale..especially candle sale.

Most of the employees are snobby and rude! Including managers, I witnessed one manager being so rude to an employee in front of customers. She reprimanded the employee for offering a coupon that the customer was not aware of. Wow...really? You dont want your customers to save money? According to what I heard the cashier is not suppose to tell you if you qualify for any discounts or coupons that apply to your purchase unless the customer inquires.

I love their semi annual sales. I REALLY stock up. Their products make perfect gifts and I use their products everyday.

I had a great experience at bath and body works. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by an associate ( Laura) and she made sure I was comfortable and understood all of their sales.

Im very disappointed in Bath & Body Works. Cuz it seems like every time I go in they dont have what I am looking for. Its Mothers Day weekend there was no Mother Day specials. And by the way to let you know Bath & Body Works men love travel sizes to and they make great gifts for men as well its just an idea that maybe you can make travel size in men fragrances it would be nice!

The ladies that work here are very nice and helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. Ive called to put a hold on an item and they were able to find the item and hold it for me. When going here I am always a happy costumer.

I went in there with my coupons expecting to get a good deal but then they have all these clauses on how to use the coupons☹️😖 and you cant combine I mean you cant do this and you cant do that so I ended up buying nothing cuz I really wasnt getting a good deal and I didnt have the money that I thought I was going to spend so they just get you in there with the coupons and the discounts and everything changes but I have to admit I do love bath & body works and I will continue to go back😊
