Always very helpful, good light music is playing and the energy here is always positive. On top of that the product variety is on point, from wigs to hard to find beauty products. If they don’t have it, ask. As a licensed cosmetologist I highly recommend this beauty supply, best in the HD. No attitudes or side-eyes received here. Staff is always pleasant.

Ive came to this Beauty Supply store twice. Ive had nothing but good things to say about the store in regards to its employees, customer service, and the availability of items they have; however, one mistake that theyve made is the reason why they are receiving a 1 star. I purchased Ebin edge control here (purple top, medium size) for $9.99, while on Amazon, this same edge control is $9.99 for a FAMILY SIZE container. I completely forgot that I had already purchased it and I wanted to return the in-store one I bought yesterday. Upon calling, the employee stated that they are not accepting returns or exchanges. Even before the coronavirus, they do not accept exchanges for returns because it is listed on the back of the receipt in which you dont find out about it until AFTER purchase. They officially lost my business and I recommend anyone in the Victorville, Hesperia, or Apple Valley area to go to GAMMYS Beauty Supply.You over charge for edge control that isnt even enough to last a month, and then you guys dont even accept exchanges. I wouldve been fine doing that but no. I hope the pandemic helps close down this shop for good. And any little mistake you guys make, I will be sure to report to the government.
