I live in Seattle and EVERYTIME I visit my sister in Victorville, I have to stop by and purchase all of my hair and supplies. The staff is very and very down to earth. They are very helpful when you have questions. I think the prices are very reasonable as well. A customer for life. I just wish they shipped.

Majestic is a straight forward no nonsense beauty supply store... like Sallys times 5... but a little more hood rich.The deals are fair and the Cantu comes through.... so many products to shop from.They have a ton of space to play with but a lot of the shelves arent full.They car a variety of beautiful wigs and accessories.Amazing specials on most items in the store including shampoo, hair oils, conditioners of all kinds, gel, etc.The parking is bountiful like the variety of supplies sold here.The service is service.

Its ok staff was helpful but, when I walk in I smelled weed nothing against it but,it not very professional or business related.

I have purchased twice from the TUG line and this order I treated myself to a few of the soy candles. I love the scents they are so earthy and clean. I will continue to buy a mixture of the products in the future. All of my sons love the beard balm and oils. Great job and proud it is all organic❤️❤️❤️

Bad attitudes and do not want to allow ANYONE to use their credit card machine to do the transactions. They ask for your very private credit card numbers over the phone. WHAT!I like the fact that we have a black beauty supply store in the high dessert. The variety of black products to choose from but come on now. You want me to just hand over my business like that.In the past I’ve purchased merchandise at this particular store. The lady took my card behind the counter to make a purchase. To my surprise months later I was charged money from SPIRIT airlines without my consent.I’m not saying that it came from this location but it raises my brow. You have to be very careful about your personal information with ANY and ALL businesses.

They seriously need to restock. Maybe its because of Covid. The other reason for a 3 is the cashier charged me for 5 bags of hair. I didnt realize I was over charged until I got home. Not sure if I was over charged by accident or not. I better pay attention to my receipt next time.

I come today 10mins before they closed and I was not allowed in. I get its a private business and they can run it the way they want to but Im tired of this nonsense.This is the last time Ill shop here. Im sure they have plenty of customers so it doesnt matter but if they keep acting like this Amazon will continue to take over everything--including beauty supplies.

This establishment is so cool all of your bad hair daysare solved when you leave this place, they have every kind of extensions, wigs, ponytails, hair products, combs, brushes etc...they even have jewelry, wig headsanything that has to do with heads, and hair, this be your place to shop, hats, scarves, friendly very helpfulemployees who knows about the products they sale

💔Cold hearts. Made my mother CRY!My mom and I came in here to look at wigs. Her hair had fallen out due to her chemo. So my mom was very depressed.They didnt have time help us understand the difference between the wig displays and the weave displays. My mom just started crying after they kept telling us that they need to help other customers. They showed no compassion at all. They just ignored us.We will NEVER shop here again.We left and went to a different hair store (HE) and they were extremely kind and patient with us!

Came in this evening about 4:50pm (mind you their hours says 6pm closing) however, the doors were locked. Thank goodness for the male who opened the door for me. But that wasn’t the issue. When I walked into the store I asked an associate where can I find crochet hair she had the worst attitude and replied “we about to close in 5 mins” basically implying she doesn’t have time to help assist a paying customer. Finally I found a nice associate named Patty who was able to assist me. I then get to the cashier and you hear the same lady who was rude to me going off about how there are so many people in the store. I have NEVER in my life experienced this level of unprofessionalism. Never met people who were mad about making money and working. It saddens me that this business fails to have decent customer service.

This is the worst place to go to get stuff. The staff is somewhat rude but the owner is over the top rude she has an attitude everytime me or my mother go there. Since covid she just yells and act as if she can’t even do simple thing like ringing my purchases up. While I tried to proceed to buying my items she just yelled no nooo noooo go over there. Like if I was infected. I simply walked to the counter (where the previous person was standing when being checked out) but I get yelled at and redirected. There’s no point to have my service nor my family or friends service if OWNER will act rude while being a paying customer. I will give my business to another shop. Since this Majestic Beaty Supplies doesn’t know how to treat there customers. Highly wouldn’t recommend.

All I can say is Ghetto ratchet, among having empty shelves. There are about 8 employees but only 1 worker! I’d give it minus stars but 1 young girl, I didn’t get her name but she was very nice. I don’t think it would be fair to describe her but she was missing an arm. All the other workers looked at me like I was in the wrong place and she was the only one to offer me assistance which I appreciate it .With that much that I will never walk in there again.

I’ve been patiently waiting for this business to reopen. First they were only doing deliveries for orders more than $35. Now they’re only doing curb side pick up and the only form of payment is card. It’s very inconsiderate to your loyal customers whom want to shop with you guys, but cannot due to not having a credit/ debit card. I’ve been waiting for about 2 months to get some beads for my hair. That’s all I want and I can’t even purchase that. What a shame! Never returning. Worst customer service ever!

It is what it is and I aint even mad... they have great deals and a ton of options.A lot of empty space but the have so many beauty supply options to choose from including, color, conditioners (especially leave in), shampoo, hair accessories, combs, wigs, caps, capes, the works.The service is pretty straight forward... not rude but not really personable... very by the book though always helpful.There is usually plenty of parking and they keep good hours for those last minute emergencies.

This time you have to stand in line outside and wait until its time for you to go in but thats okay you still able to get what you need

I just walked out and tried to go back in to get a little longer size human hair because the girl who helped me didnt tell me the hair I was getting was shorter then my own hair. She helped me knowing there is no mirror to see I went off of her. Now she doesnt want to let me exchange the one I got to get it a little longer . I Will Never go here again.

The staff is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They catch attitudes when you ask questions, dont offer no type of helpful tips,opinions,or suggestions. Ive never been greeted upon arrival! Last time I was there the staff was buying bootleg merchandise in front of the store.... meanwhile there were several customers including myself ringing that ridiculous pointless bell in the wig section until we all had to go search out one of the workers. I hope the store improves in the future, I do believe it has potential. But unfortunately in the meantime I would rather travel down the hill for any beauty supply needs.

They are one of the longest standing beauty supply stores. Always fully stocked and knowledgeable staff. I got their 3 packs in one braiding hair. It was priced well and all the hair care items I needed to keep up my braids I was able to get too.

Stocked shelves. Staff seem a lot more friendlier and helpful than previous visits. However...there is still the rude ghetto staff. One said Ive spent too much time with you and refused assistance on my decision to purchase an item ( barely anyone in this store). That did it!... Rather go online OR use another beauty supply nearby.

Ive been going near little ceasars near the bridge in victorville i like that beauty supply better. The employees at majestic are rude. I understand they dont want kids touching the merchandise but when i ask one of the employees a question their smacking on gum breathing heavy in a hostile way or they talk over me when asking a question.

I LOVE THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY! This is where I buy all my hair color supplies. Their prices are really low compared to other beauty stores around, you can find almost everything and buy anything you want and the employees dont bother you AT ALL (I HATE going to Sallys where the employees believe they are the hair police and are so annoying on top of you telling you what you shouldnt buy for your hair). I love that they always give you free gloves and plastic caps when buying hair color. Also you dont need a license to buy here.

The hair is behind the counter and you cant see everything due to the counter being high, when you go in a hair store you should be able to see everything even if its behind the counter. Nobody wants to keep asking and waiting for a employee to view hair or anything else that they cant see. Prices are to high as well just some things to look at

They usually have what i need in stock and are cheaper than Sallys Beauty supply. I actually met with the owner and she was very helpful. They have a lot of staff on hand ready to help and answer any question you may have where other places only hire one or two people and you have to wait a while to hopefully get an answer. I would of gave it 5 stars if it carried more product for white peoples hair.
