Well I had an 8am appointment and was seen as scheduled. I was having my tires and brakes checked. Perfect timing because I needed 4 new tires and received a great deal. Brakes were needed in the rear at this time and so they were ordered. Customer service was excellent and all my questions were answered. Will be back next Saturday for the brakes. Highly recommend Les Schwab for a no hassle and no nonsense business. Thank you.

Purchased tires here a few months ago & received an email stating Come in and get a free tire pressure check. Well I take the 30 minutes + drive there and they tell me it will be 2-1/2 to 4 hours wait to get the Tire air pressure check done.I really thought they did a great job when I Purchased the tires.I am so sorry I Purchased from them. They are just another repair shop that puts on a good show for new customers & cannot or will not live up to their promises.

I started going here cuz the other places I went took FoREVER! I was driving home, fed up, and just happened to see this place. I think it was tires or an oil change and was in and out within an hour. :) They are honest and find ways to save me money, which is difficult for me to find as a woman nieve about fixing cars and prices. I just went a couple days ago because my car was shaking when I put on the breaks. They fixed it for about $70 and when I left the ABS light was on. I told them about it a went back a few days later. They tried to reset it so the light would go off but the sensor was not working… They replaced the sensor for free since it happened when my car was in their care, I didn’t even have to ask. They’re just… a breath of fresh air from all the other obstacles…

Clean, politeness from staff, n they offer clean restrooms. You can see them working. The synthetic oil gives you more miles, n the car runs better. Have to out of our way 20 plus mps but worth it.

Make sure to make an appointment ahead of time.. WALK IN IS NOT WELCOME. They told me it will take me about 2 hours wait. I walked in at 8 am and right now it is 11:10 and still waiting and told me I still have 4 cars ahead of me.

I had a blow out on my camper tire yesterday. Called this store, got a price quote over the phone and went in. Not only did I get a military discount but they had my camper fixed and a brand new spare on in less than an hour! Outstanding curtains customer service!

This place is absolutely amazing. I was on my way to Las Vegas from LA and happened to get a warning sign for my right rear tire. Got out of the car and it was almost flat. It wasnt flat flat though, so likely ran over a nail or something, so I knew I could just get it patched up without replacing it. I went to several other places like Walmart that told me I could be SEEN in 2 hours, which was a no from me. But I ended up here, and was out of there within one hour! They had just taken the tire off, and dipped it to seal any holes, and put it back on FREE OF CHARGE. I know most places are supposed to patch tires up for free, but Ive done before and the tire has always just gone flat within minutes of driving it. They also had saved me the time and inflated all of the tires for me (including the ones that were not flat, but low I guess) and restored the pressures for me in the car so I could get right back on the road! I was on the road for 10 hours more total at 70 mph most of the time and I never got another warning symbol. Please come to Les Schwab Tire Center - they do an amazing job and the staff is so friendly and understanding. When my tires need replacing, I will definitely want to come back here!

Called to set an appointment for an alignment. Ended up calling back the next day for a quote on (4) shocks and installation. The rep had to look it up and was going to call me back. He never did. (I remember the name, but dont wanna blow the kid out.Called back the next day and talked to Miguel. He ordered up the shocks and had em in the next day!Showed up for my appointment and handed over the keys to Miguel. Took him about 2-3 hours to change out the shocks and alignment. I did talk to him while he worked on my truck and he was happy to engage in conversation.Truck was finished up and time to pay. Dealt with Miguel again. I recommend going to see Miguel for your vehicles needs. His customer service and quality is aces in my book.(5 🌟 because Miguel more than made up for the other employees screw up)

Had shocks replaced and wheel alignment done. Staff very courteous, friendly, and professional. The work was done ahead of schedule. Priced appropriately compared to others doing the same work. This is my new place for tires, alignment, etc.

Been coming here for all my basic automative needs and the service experience for me has always been swift and friendly. Plenty of stores within walking distance around for you to kill time in while waiting on your vehicle.

Bought 4 new tires and asked for them to install new lug nuts that i bought as some were missing. There was 20 new lug nuts but each tire only take 4 so i should have 4 left over. Yet they kept them and didnt know where they went.. At first tired to say i only brought in 16. Ill be going back to America tires. On top of missing 4 new lug nuts the next morning i wake up with 2 tires with low pressure. I also got an alignment and before i got around the corner had to make another appointment cuz the alignment was pulling hard and when they fixed it th guy said a few things were loose. So they didnt do it right the first time.

Scheduled an appointment for 10:00. When I arrived 10 minutes early nobody was at the front to greet customers, other than a female on the phone that didnt acknowledge me. Miguel comes from the maintenance bays to tell me its going to be a 2-3 hour wait. I asked him what was the point of scheduling an appointment then? In which he told me to relax. Allow me to assure you, I was the calm one. He seemed overworked and stressed. This is unacceptable. I drove from an hour and a half away to get my alignment done.Update: The manager Darrell had me come back and made things right. His professionalism and customer service were deserving of 5 starts. Thanks Darrell.

This place is the absolute BEST! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with the staff and the way they took care of my daughters truck! The manager Darrel has an incredible bed side manor with impeccable knowledge. From the moment you walk in, you feel immediately welcomed. There are a lots of tire shops out there and I had been to several in my area but this place is a cut above all the others. They care about you, your safety and most of all, they keep you well informed throughout the entire service process. I purchased rims, tires and a lift and yes I shopped around but not one of the other shops explained the process nor did they explain what it would do to my overall ride and gas mileage. Les Schwab explained everything to me and by doing so, I was able to make the right decision for me. I am a woman and not at all car savvy but with a support and knowledge of these exceptional people, I left with exactly what I needed and more! I might also add that I got all this at a price that was better then most of the other shops. THANK YOU! If I could give a 10 star ⭐️ rating I would! Called Les Schwab Tire and spoke with the manger Darell regarding mounting, balancing and remounting new tires that I did not purchase thru them. Darell informed me that it would cost me based on the size of my tires $200.00 dollars. If the amount was not bad enough he informed me NOT to make an appointment as I would be basically last on his list to complete my service request. Anyone with an appointment or walk-ins would have to come before they would work on my tires. Customer Service is lost in this day in age.

The waiting room is spacious and clean. Having the tv on HGTV gives you a chance to relax while you wait. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. And, they removed 2 nails from my tires...for free.

Aaron was super professional, informative, and authentically warm and pleasant. For such a young guy, I was very impressed, giving hope for a future with people like him around. All the other staff were good as well, and they work fast. Prices are so so, but you don’t have to worry about schister rip offs. They are honest, and diagnostic services are free. I recommend this shop.

First time here, and I have to say one of the worst experiences Ive had at a tire shop.. scheduled appt. For 12 pm and no one even looked at it for over an hour, once it was taken back it took 5 minutes to assess and give a price.. manager was main problem, employees were absolutely helpful, but bad management is the problem.. every one who came in for free services were helped first and out first, while Im paying $600 for tires and alignment i have to wait longer!! An absolute JOKE!! I WILL NEVER USE LES SCWHAB AGAIN or RECOMMEND!!! Manager should have been helping get things done instead of being the one gossiping with employees..

Waste of time! I scheduled an appointment to come in and get new tires for my car. I stopped by in person on Monday to confirm my appointment because my phone was acting weird and they confirmed the tires and make of my car and everything else having to do with my tires. I stop by today at 12:30pm for my scheduled appointment, and turns out the tires I wanted are discontinued! But that I can get premium style tires which will run me an additional 200 dollars over my quoted price! Why couldnt they have told me yesterday or at least on your website put that tires are no longer available! First time customer and Last time customer! Ill stick with some one else.Thanks for nothingEdgar

Legit service best in town

I had just found a nail in a tire--and I immediately got off the interstate at the next exit and drove to Les Schwabs Tire Center. Aaron came out and greeted me before I could exit my car--and he spotted the nail immediately. I had used Les Schwab for my tire needs ten years earlier in another state--but I was treated like a first-class customer again. Thank you, Aaron, and management!

This place usually has good deals on tires. The service is a trip, in a good way tho - - Dudes run out to greet you in the parking lot. What I really like is the straight up price they provide you without a bunch of extra fees and BS. Quick service too.

Ive been here once, and i will be a repeat custumer. They were awesome. I went in to get 4 new tires for my truck and an alignment. They got the wheels off and discovered a potential disaster. My right rear rotor and lug/studs were damaged. The attendant showed me, and wanted to make sure i knew what needed to be done, before just doing it and charging me without me knowing. They took care of everything, inside of 2 hours, and that was fast considering they were short staffed that day, and of the 4 employees working, only 1 was qualified to do alignments, and being 4th in line for an alignment, and it being 2 and a half hours before closing.. These guys were great. EXCELLENT SERVICE, FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE. THEY HAVE MY REPEAT BUSINESS. Thanks LES SCHWAB TIRES employees..

Ive been hearing about Les Schwabs great customer service for years and made the decision to buy my new tires and wheels from them this purchase. Service above and WAY beyond any I have ever seen!....Took my RV to get air in the tires, long story short, 2 techs and a WORKING manager and about 2hrs later I had air in my tires. The manager flat out refused to charge me a dime!, Even though I insisted, they did not charge a thing.Why did it take so long?, The last genius how put my tires on did not clock them correctly, so they couldnt air up the inside tire, Les Schwab got me on the road at NO CHARGE.They earned my business for life!....Highly recommend this store!!!....
