I highly recommend Carpeteria for your flooring. This was my first time at this store. I had a been given 2 quotes before meeting Joe. After my final quotes with 2 other companies, I chose Carpeteria. Joe is an awesome, pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable person to do business with.. He was prompt with my estimate and gave a reasonable price. Not only was he great to do business with, the installers came and they, too, were great. They came in and just got straight to work! They were friendly, pleasant, great to to talk to, and did a great, great job. Carlos and his crew knew what they were doing. They also installed new baseboards that just look great!! I am so happy with all of it.Ive gotten a lot of compliments on my floor. So, again, 5 stars!!

They installed counter tops, a backsplash and flooring for us. EXCELLENT experience, in every way. No pressure... but, LOTS of help, support and input. Responsive to questions and follow up phone calls. Installation went without a hitch. When we called back regarding a very small, rough spot... the response and correction was IMMEDIATE. Outstanding service. Excellent quality of materials. Lots of inventory to choose from. Wonderful staff and installers. We WILL be using them, again, for any future needs. What a relief to find a contractor who did what they were supposed to do (and beyond,) without any delays, problems, complications or excuses. Simply outstanding! Were so pleased with their work and service!

Worst business owner I have ever dealt with. The owner JOE is so incredibly rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. I will never recommend this company to ANYONE.They installed my laminate flooring and carpet in July and there was already an issue in August with one of the spacers coming up. I called them back two times to have this done and the guy who was supposed to fix it said he wasnt available on weekdays...Only on weekends. So he said he would call me later when he had another day. I hadnt heard from him so I called today. JOE answered and I explained my situation. He told me very rudely that if theyre only available on weekends then thats all they would be able to do. Are you kidding me? I told him I cant do it on weekends as Im not home. He repeated again then said, Well, youre going to have to have someone home on the weekend when the installer is available but were not open anyways, so you have to call back Monday. I asked him if theyre not open why is he answering the phone?? He hung up on me! I called him back and told him I would write this review and he should apologize to me as I had already spent thousands on this laminate flooring. I guess I have to work around their schedule even thought I paid! I am appalled that this is how an owner would treat his customers but I guess he doesnt realize that without customers he would be out of business.I will never recommend this company to anyone unless Joe can be a man and apologize for being incredibly rude and nasty!

I’ve only worked with Charles and he’s my go to guy. So helpful and I keep coming back to Carpeteria because he is excellent at customer service. I haven’t had a bad experience with Joe. He warned me not to lay the flooring in too many directions because he wouldn’t guarantee the transition strips would stay on. So I took his advice to avoid any problems. I like their products they offer.

Joe was very professional. The guys that installed my carpet were extremely hard workers. Poor guys were working for 12 hours though. The house looks awesome and Im very satisfied with it. I would definitely recommend this company.

Tsk tsk Joe.I got REAL 36 months same as cash financing through the same company you use and I didn’t have to pay the flooring company a $1000 fee like you requested. Now I’m getting my tile and carpet through another company who didn’t talk me out of everything I tried to do to make it work to fit my finances. My persistence paid off.Glad we canceled our contract with you.Keeping it real and truthful.Merry Christmas!🎄

We worked with Joe.. he provided a very competitive estimate.. We had him do the work, everything was on time, in budget and really good quality. I priced at home dept, and pricing was about the same, however Carpeterias products were better quality and I felt more comfortable knowing the installers were professionals.

Can not say enough bad things. Horror story. Owner does not care about the customers. I have txt pictures and a police report. Avoid at all cost !!!
